If you're shopping at Dolphin Mall, do yourself a favor and make Bloomingdale's one of your first stops. Dolphin Mall is a Miami staple, and having a Bloomingdale's here is a huge plus. I love that they have their own direct entrance into the store making it super convenient too. The store itself is always bright, clean, and well organized. The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed, and I especially love how the Sunglass Hut section is beautifully lit. It really makes the displays pop! What keeps me coming back though is the customer service. The employees are consistently attentive and genuinely nice. They've checked the stockroom, searched other locations for my size, and always go the extra mile. A special thank you to Jeremy and Yackie for always taking such great care of me. The selection of brands is fantastic, and for the prices, it's hard to beat. They also signed me up for the Bloomingdale's loyalty rewards program, which ended up saving me a nice amount on my recent Versace watch purchase. I just love Bloomingdale's! I wish I loved this outlet. I am pretty sure 99% of what's offered in this outlet was never offered in a regular Bloomingdale's. I looked thru shoes first and was hoping to find a little dressy sandal for an upcoming beach vacation. Nope. There were no upscale brands. I moved on to the outfits hoping for some nice linen pants, again for beach wear. Nope. Did not recognize most brand names. I was mostly sad after fitting this outlet at what they did not have. read more

You can't order online or in person you can only order by calling that branch. I called 10 times. No answer. Got on the phone with a Bloomingdale's rep who also tried to contact them. No answer. Great store with helpful employees working in here. I had a question about an item with no price tag and this lady was very nice about it and found the right information for me. The selection of name brand shirts, pants, jackets, etc is really good and the prices are very good. I think I like the Aventura store better, because I found that one a bit roomier, but still a great place for bargains. read more

I have visited this Bloomingdales outlet several times and it can be hit or miss. Thankfully, the odds have been in my favor the past few times I've visited. This Bloomingdales Outlet is located in Dolphin Mall - and has assortment for men, women, kids and a bit of home knick nacs. Pro Tip - there is plenty of parking by this location, as I feel most folks are trying to part at the mall's main entrance. I visited recently to find a cold-weather coat and left with a sense of great accomplishment - a Cole Han coat more than $150 off the original price! I say this location is hit or miss - because of that murphy's law that when you are set on finding one thing, the store you're at never seems to have that one thing. Thankfully, no matter what you're looking for you'll most likely be able to snag some designer items for a great value. I would say their shoe selection is one of their better assortments, but snagged some great items from their jeans. For makeup fans - they have a large selection of NYX brand items on the cheap. I was excited to visit a Bloomie outlet for the first time. I went through their racks, find something I like, pulled it out, only to find that it's not my size. Then I stepped back, and realized that many items are put in the wrong place. The sizes are all mixed up. And even the size tab on the hangers do not match the size of the clothes. You'll have a small hanging on a hanger that says L, an XL on a hanger that says M. So it's not just some customers putting clothes back in the wrong place, it's the staff not organizing the racks. Same thing goes for the shoes. Size 9 and 10 in the size 7 section, etc. I know this is just an outlet but nonetheless I expect and have experienced better. Nothing is more annoying that finding something you like only to find that it's not your size. And to avoid such grievance and waste of time, I'll save myself from visiting this outlet again (even though I did leave with a pair of True Religion for $66). read more

Bloomie's outlet changed location a year and a half or two ago. Yes, they have a better location within the mall now - well that depends on where you park. I bet it gets more traffic at this location than the one before. Like any other outlets, you have to browse and look what you like/don't like. Bloomie's definitely has outlet prices, be patient. Shoes and accessories sections are great, definitely can't beat the prices. read more

***Men's section only*** Impressive amount of inventory on clearance racks, but upon further inspection, diamonds in the rough were nonexistent. Everything seems to be a Small or XXL and over stretched or over adorned. Everything on clearance was 70% off original price, but I just couldn't find anything worth buying. Bloomingdale's Outlet is known for having interesting sales. Case in point; this week their promotion consists of 30% off one item, then 15% off your total bill. Need further clarification? Say you pick out a pair of loafers for $100 and some other accessories for a grand total of $200. Those $100 loafers are now $70 bringing your final bill to $170. Now apply the 15% discount to the $170 and you've just saved another $25 bringing your grand total to $155 (pre-tax). It's not a phenomenal promotion, but it will probably get you into the store. And if you paid full retail, you probably saved over $100 at the very least. But still, the men's section needs an update. Your number one Bloomies fan is here. Seriously folks. However, I am not a fan of this outlet store. I was so psyched to see that Miami had a Bloomies outlet. Unfortunately, I wasn't so excited when I went there. I will always and forever go to the regular department store, but I am not happy with the outlet. The prices that this outlet store promoted were pretty bad. I find better deals at the regular department store than at the outlet. It was a bummer for me while I was shopping, because my bf ended up buying things and I left empty handed. I will admit the selection is pretty good, and you probably will see some things you've seen at the department store, but the price tags are just not nice. The Bloomies outlet does have a good selection of both mens and women's designer clothing. If you have some money to spare this might be a good place for you to go. read more

I had purchased Gucci shades and I was told by the sales person that there was warranty on the glasses in case the pealed. To make the story short, the glasses did Peale and when I call to try to exchange them they just say they will transfer me to the manager and they will disconnect the call. I will no longer continue to try to speak with someone at any of their store and they just lost a client. I'll let everyone I know about this situation so they can take their business to other stores where employees want to assist regular customers. read more
