Each time I walk in here I feel like I'm wasting my time, as the store is so small, they have such a poor selection for both sneakers and clothes. When I do find something, they rarely have my size. If you're looking for lots of adidas merchandise at great prices, it's best to head to the Sawgrass outlet. read more

Ovid had great attention to detail when assisting myself and three daughters. Answering all of our questions throughly without hesitation! Originally I wanted a Campus for myself but unfortunately my size was not available yet Ovid went above and beyond to assist us. I ended up with the Gazelle instead, my daughters asked for a size and Women and were shown the selection of shoes that Dolphin Mall had. One of my daughters found a Gazelle in Kids that fit her perfectly. Ovid went from the Women's department to the Kids department ensuring that we left satisfied. read more

Wow I was impressed with the amount of merchandise that I found in here and extremely great prices. No wonder it was packed with people but the service here was so effective the deadlines moved fast. This is located inside a dolphin mall in Doral Florida. read more

I wanted to try on the golf shorts they had on sale but I couldn't because the fitting rooms were closed. I asked for the manager and someone told me that they had boxes there. I looked and there were a few shoe boxes which could easily moved to the back room next to it. I pointed this out and he turned around and left. I asked how to contact customer service no response so I searched online and called. In the meantime the real manager showed up and said that he couldn't move the boxes (really wouldn't) so I talked to customer service they took all my information. I am very loyal to Adidas especially Originals. However I left went next door to the Nike store where I ended buying a pair of shorts paying more. I will never go back to that store. BTW despite collecting all my information nobody has called me back! read more

The store is always clean and someone is always willing to help. However, while they do have outlet prices I don't consider this a true outlet store as it is so small and doesn't have a lot of the things other outlets like the one in Sawgrass Mills has. read more

Not nice to treat a loyal customer like that! Would have doubled my spend on the replacement rod!
