Nice clean store. Have a huge selection of shoes and a pretty good clearance area. Con: Parking lot is small and directly in front of store. I seen workers parking in the front, front parking should be reserved for shoppers. read more

I came by a few times during the week and there store policy is that they close at 9 :P.M . I came by today again and they were closed by 8:30 P.M. the lady inside thought it was funny. So I will be back tomorrow to have the last laugh. To be honest, they don't even acknowledge your there shopping or ask if you need help. Nestled in a triangular corner off Okeechobee Road in the Hialeah warehouse district, the Skechers store is a solid place where I've gotten my everyday office shoes and crosstrainers. I even got a pair of dress shoes once, and can't complain about durability since the pairs tend to last a year or so. The aesthetics are pure functional warehouse, with shelves going all the way up to the roof and metal ladders to access them. However, only employees are allowed and sometimes you have to go from one corner to the other to find help. Still and all, the employees are fairly plesant. This being Hialeah, there is a traffic horror story and it has to do with the fact the store boundary is next to a fast food restaurant. They have signs that they'll tow you. Your best bet is to use the back parking lot. read more

Had the worst experience yesterday. First, I got there 20 min before closing time so I knew that I had to shop quickly but soon after I had gotten there the security guard came up to me with his mask under his nose & told me that in 15 minutes that I had to leave. It was very rude. Then he came back and told me I had to go checkout so I went to the checkout line and waited while the person in front of me was paying. While I waited a good amount of time, around 5 + minutes I had time to decide that I wanted to get another pair of sandals for my sister so I left the boxes of shoes in line to hold my place and walked to the sandals to grab the pair. A very young man started harassing me and telling me to get back in line and that I couldn't be in the store. I told him that I was trying to find a box with the right size and that I had been in line and nobody had taken care of me. He continued to harass me instead of help me locate the box. I went back to the line & paid. In the 15 minutes I was there a torrential rain came down and so a couple was waiting inside the store cause the rain was so strong. But the same guy told us that we had to all get out of the store and basically pushed us out into the rain. This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will never go back to that store again. read more

Deals are pretty good. Always have the "Buy one, get 2nd 50% off" deal. Store is huge and pretty clean for the most part with sections for men's, women's and children. read more

If I could give a negative star, that would have been my choice. My mother went yesterday to your store, SKECHERS Factory Outlet in Hialeah, FL and I was extremely sadden by your organization's lack of compassion. My stepfather suffered a massive brain stroke and was in the hospital for 16 days, unfortunately he passed away Oct 2nd. The day before his hospitalization they went to your store to buy sneakers, He was supposed to start physical therapy. My mother could not find the receipt with all the craziness of being in the hospital and making funeral arrangements and brought the bank statement as a backup to return the funds. I understand certain policies are in place, however, certain exceptions could be made if she physically brought to the store, shoes not used, bank statement and a copy of the death certificate. Even with that your store manager refused to give her the money back. My mother was upset and sadden by your store's lack of compassion and for that I will never buy Skechers shoes. We did get store credit and will purchase our final shoes from Skechers. You will never have my business again. I hope the $90 was worth losing not one but three customers and at every opportunity I will recommend they not buy Skechers. read more
