This Marshall's rocked! It was packed with foreign tourists. I weaved around most and spotted newly arrived Hurley and Michael Kors swim suits. I didn't bother trying them, but picked out 3 @ $19.99 and $24.99. So inexpensive! The Hurley sells for $100 at a local diver shop. The funniest thing a saw in store was a couple of European tourists holding artificial flowers and posing in front of a display to take selfies! lol! The check out line was 14 people deep. Every cashier position was staffed, so it took about 5 minutes to reach a cashier. Great management! read more

I always find so many amazing gems here! From vases, to unique home decor, to authentic Italian olive oils they have the best variety for all your home needs. It's my go-to spot, and the service here never disappoints. I came here earlier today to buy some things for my casita and Maria in the front helped me out so much. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! You can find So many hidden GEMS. Located in dolphin mall is the only annoying thing, mall is always packed and so is the parking lot!!!!!! When it comes to home goods they have it all and for a great price !!!! You can find an assortment of things From Oreo flavored popcorn to a huge giraffe decoration lol. ( I almost got the huge giraffe lol but it was too long ). There's a lot of other cool decorations and kitchen utensils. I can spend hours inside looking at different things, they also have a good assortment of candles!!!!!! The staff is pretty nice and helpful, you can't find something they will help you, the cashiers are also nice and work pretty quick! Cons: huge lines at checkout sometimes. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 57/100: Marshalls is basically very consistent everywhere you go. Department store with lots of curiosities, more than fair prices (I will first visit a Marshalls or their sister stores before going to huge department stores; specially for beauty and skin care products) and some consistency on their products (you won't always see a product more than twice). This store is not the exception. Only downside is that since it's pretty big, packed with tourists (Located on Dolphin Mall, Miami) and lots of merchandise, it rarely looks organized. Other than that, I've always enjoyed Marshalls' stores. read more

I'm a fan of this Marshall's at Dolphin Mall. I normally stop in here just to have a look around when I'm at this mall to buy something at another nearby store. Sometimes Marshall's will have decent deals on something I'll be interested in, at other times not so much, but in general they usually have some pretty amazing prices on name brand clothes, home decor, bedding, photo frames and artwork, DVDs, electronics and just about anything else you can imagine. Keep in mind that the stock at Marshall's is always changing, so if you see something you like and it's priced to suit you, you'd better grab it now, as it most likely won't be there the next time you stop in. One downside at this particular Marshall's location is that there are normally always long lines to checkout once you do find something you want to buy. read more

I went to the Home Goods in the Coral Square mall. I found a mat I wanted, but it was not priced. I asked two people on the floor for the pricing and they said to go to the counter. The first woman I spoke with at the counter pointed me to the manager. I went up to the woman who I assumed was the manager and asked her if she could get the price for me. She said nothing, continued talking to another employee. He picked up the phone and walked away. She then walked to the cashiers and said who is on break. I walked out of the store and shopped elsewhere. Customer service sadly lacking in this store. Will not be back. read more

Marshall's is an offpricer so they of course have great deals, albeit inconsistent selection as with all offpricers. SO if you see it now, buy it now. They wont have anymore later. All in all they have a great selection at great prices. read more

As I continue on my quest for a bargain, I am at yet another Marshall's. Yes, this is my first choice to find certain items. As always I know this will be a hit or miss experience. This particular store is on the larger size and I did take the time to walk around in search of products, jewelry and housewares. There is plenty of parking and the store felt clean. On this Saturday, it was busy but I think this could be fairly normal in this busy shopping center. I don't recall finding exactly what I wanted but this is not discouraging with Marshall's. Big store with good prices on lots of stuff. I picked up quite a good number of items here (shirts, socks, nice shorts, kiddo outfits), including Nike & Adidas. Prices were marked down a lot, which was nice. Aisles are narrow unfortunately. Dressing rooms are all the way over on the women's side but I didn't see any lines. I've been frequenting this store for a while now and to be honest, it's a hit or miss - you might find good things not necessarily at a good price, but some other times you find nothing at all, not even good deals. Anyways, the reason as to why I'm posting this review is to give a shout-out to one of their cashiers, Jorge - you will find him by the back register, the gentleman is a trip! I love Marshalls. I cook, I bake, I split my time in Marshalls between shoes and the kitchen section and I am still amazed at the range of international products that even William Sonoma can't beat. They have jams, chutneys, chocolates, candies, mixes, pastas and everything you need to jazz up your kitchen, from garbage cans to canned goods. I can't say enough good things about my favorite little section. In fact, I'm made truffles for christmas gifts and I walked away with a Ghiradelli chocolate bar the size of my torso! This specific marshalls is good for shoes and housewares, not so much beauty or clothes, for that, I recommend the 72nd (Sunset) Marshalls or, my personal favorite, the one in the Falls (great for designer handbags) and the one in Aventura, although that may be a TJ Maxx, either way, it's worth the trip. Also, for shoes, the Mall of the Americas Marshalls is fantastic. Something else I like about this Marshalls is that it's CLEAN and usually organized, unlike the Ross half a mall away, which is always a disgusting mess! read more

The selection is nice but the customer service is horrible. The prices are always missing, and there's no one to help you. The lines are massive and with no one to help you, you have to go in line. And since there is no price they act like headless chickens, you won't be allowed to buy the item. So you wait to be told no. Shopping for my cruise. Picked up some Sperry Tops for $34.99 and a Tommy Bahama towel for $14.99. Can't beat that with a bat people. Everything and I mean everything is a deal at Marshalls. No matter whether you get something for the house, bathroom, outside, clothes, fragrances, or accessories everythig is brand name at a great low price. I bought Miami Dolphins headphones for $4.99, I bought regular USB cables for data transfer for $3.99 and HDMI Monster Cables for $12.00, Best Buy had these same cables for $39.99. The only thing about Marshalls and this goes specially for the ladies is that if you like something and they dont have your size,good luck finding it. read more

Best Marshalls in Miami! I found way more clothes than usual from my favorite designers. As always, the prices were incredible! Sadly, this was my last stop in the mall, and they closed before I had a chance to explore the HomeGoods section, which I'm sure also holds a ton of treasures. Very disappointed with the store manager Glenisha, I bought my daughter several items as wedding gifts, but in one of the packages they did not remove the alarm, the day we made the purchase it was late at night and they were rushing the costumers and announcing that they will be closing soon, the cashier didn't removed the alarm from an item that cost less than $20 and I spend over $200 my daughter goes back to the store to ask to please remove the alarm, but without the receipt, then GLENISHA store manager, with a lack of professionalism and education, did not want to remove it, I am a frequent shopper and I spend more than $500 a month and because of how they treated my daughter and her fiancé, I will not return again. I have many options where to buy and where they care and treat customers very well. My daughter later on found the receipt and went back to the store and the manager was still very unprofessional!! read more

Love this place for home decor!

BEWARE OF THIEFS!!! If you are using a stroller and like me have your wallet inside a dipper bag this could happen to you, and no one from the "management" team will even look your way. I never lost sight or contact with the stroller or dipper bag yet the Thief probably saw when i searched for something in the bag and pulled out my wallet. They knew exactly where to stick their hands. The costumer service at Marshalls in Dolphin Mall was the worst experience I have had in a department store. Within 30 minutes of being in the store my wallet was stolen along with $800 cash, all my credit cards and personal information. The wallet was inside my dipper bag hanging on my stroller which I never lost sight of. I began to panic and ask for assistance form the management team. An associate approached us and pointed at another lady and told us she was the manager. This in fact was not a manager and just a supervisor who did nothing but tell us we had to call the police on our own and file a report. Frantically, my mother, myself with a 5 month old baby looked for a quiet place in the store to call the police. It was hurtful to see how poorly we were treated, there was such a lack of empathy for our situation such poor treatment from staff. The store "manager" refused to show us surveillance video or even offer a glass of water or somewhere to sit, she didn't even bother to hear us out at least in an attempt to sooth/calm a crying, panicked mother. Today's event occurred around 1pm on a weekday which means the store was not full and there was ample time for someone to assists us. If the proprietor stuck around to see what happens they will defiantly be pursing Marshalls costumers at dolphin mall as no one in the store even cared to call security, mall police or even so much as to look concerned. I will never return to Marshalls as my memories are solely of the lack of empathy from the management team in my time of need. read more

The selection of the Homegoods section of the store is always picked through and slightly dingy. It reminds me more of a Ross than a Homegoods, to be honest. Even though this is the one closest to me, I drive to the one in Pines or Midtown, which are always much better stocked, more organized, and just a better shopping experience. read more
