This is by far my favorite target. Every time you walk you everything looks very organized and clean. Right now due to COVID-19, they have blocked certain sections to help avoid crowding. They ask if you have the target app to ensure touch free transactions. They have a great selection of clothing, toiletries and even groceries. They also have a Starbucks inside, you could use coupons and the target card to pay. They also have a small concession stand where they sell personal sized pizza from Pizza Hut and many other options as well. read more

This is my preferred Target store in Miami. This location is large and always seems to have what I'm looking for and more. We stopped by here a couple days ago for no particular reason and found 90% off close-out deals on just about all of the remaining Christmas merchandise. We purchased a lot of wrapping paper, bows, empty boxes, and also ended up with an artificial 6ft Christmas tree for only $6. This Target has also been a good option for groceries in case our local supermarket was out of stock on a certain item. In our case.. oat milk. Apparently, some inconsiderate individual was intentionally buying out all of the Oatly at our local grocery store. Luckily, this Target always has an abundance of Oatly available for us. Our go to Target. Located in a good shopping plaza with plenty of options. We usually make a night out of our visit here. We start with a dinner at PDQ, Habit or the pizza place. Go to Target for whatever and then finish with buying some groceries at Publix. Even with all these different stores, parking isn't an issue so that's great This Target is pretty calm and finding help is easy. Recently, their electronics department has started an overhaul. It looks like they are going to for that Apple Store feel and make it look more like a lounge. Should be interesting to see if it works. Love this place, located in a fairly new shopping plaza, the place is clean and well organized!!!! great prices and amazing quality finds. Came here to get some white claw and ended up leaving with a bunch of other stuff lol. What was supposed to be a quick in & out trip, turned into a one hour shopping spree. Target has really good prices compared to Publix and some other of its competitors like Walmart, etc. the staff is always friendly and very helpful, I was having trouble finding a skin care product, so I asked this young woman and she was so nice and didn't hesitate to help me, it took us a while, but we found it together and thanks to her help I was able to finish up and get going! Was searching for a particular item and found it on sale at Target. Most of their stores were sold out, others were listed on the website as only having 1 remaining in stock, and according to the website, this location still had 3. Drove here and found what I needed, but either the shelf tag listing the price was wrong or their website tries to make it seem as if customers are getting a better deal than they actually are. For the particular item I was buying, the website listed it as normally costing $50 but that it was on sale for $35.49. When I got here, the standard (non-sale price) shelf tag listed the regular price at something like $37.99. Other than that, this is a pretty standard Target, but it's missing the self-serve check out lanes that I've come to appreciate at some of their other stores. Target is the only store I know that you go in for a .99 cent item and you walk out with a $100 receipt for tons of "I must have" items...like another pink flamingo towel from the $1 section..! As everyone, I've tried all the Target's around my area, out of the area and when I travel, but this Target in particular, I L-O-V-E..! It's one of the bigger Target stores and it has everything you can possibly want and need and items are always in stock which IS always a plus. The staff is friendly and willing to help out when you need assistance. The down side - the last couple of times that I've been inside this Target, it's been Summer hot; and today, it was no exception and with the 100 degree Miami temperature, the shopping became unbearable. I told one of the lady mgrs. about how hot it was in her store and she told me that she would convey it to the corp. office since they were the ones that handled the AC for their store...what...!!! I started walking out and out of nowhere came another mgr. Eddie was not only attentive, and not as dismissive as the other mgr., but he was professional, forthcoming, assertive and very accommodating. He told me that not only was he going to convey the issue to corp. but he was going to have each of the AC units in the store checked to make sure they were all working as they should...what a difference...! Along with the AC issue, I had a concern about a promo they were running and I didn't understand how it had been applied to my purchase. Eddie was kind enough to reimburse me the $$ and told me that as a customer himself, he wanted to make right by me...customer service at its finest..! Not my favorite Target of all time, but it gets the job done. Lately I've been ordering a lot through the app and getting my orders via drive-up. Every time I put things in my (virtual) cart, frequently it says that the item is not available at this location, but they have it at Bird Road. So many times, I've had to change my order to drive-up there instead. I went once within the last few months to do an in-person order pickup and when I arrived, the order was not actually ready (although I'd received an alert that it was), and I ended up getting the display model from the back that an employee went to go and get while I was there. Also, the makeup section at this location pales in comparison to many others. I will always love Target no matter what though! read more

This is a brand new store located on Flagler street and a few blocks away from the new Walmart. It is large, clean and well stocked. The parking space is large and there is a Starbucks inside. I could spend some hours walking around, the products and shelves are just so nice and organized and the sunglasses/hat section is great for dressing up and day dreaming. The layout of the store made everything very easy to locate and find. I was able to achieve everything on my Target run list. Electronics associate did not know what product I was asking for, although you would see it in loop On the televisions around every 5-10 Minutes. To be more precise the response "I've never heard of this game in my life". I proceeded to guy purchase other products, was not given a bag nor asked if I minded. Walking to the front of the store to make other purchases, the cashier accidentally threw gift cards and another product in my bag (while she was complaining to another associate due to her work hours). I was abruptly stopped at the entrance soon after and asked to walk back to have my bags searched... Horrible service. I love target, but this building needs to hold their associates more accountable and treat their customers with more respect. I will change review the next time I'm come by. HopeFully I'll be treated with more respect rather than a nuisance. read more

I love this Target. They are usually located in Malls or crowded places, but this one is in the boundary of Westchester, Doral and Sweetwater. The location is a lovely new shopping center that is packed with competitors and places to grab a bite. The store is normally empty, as if they were brand new. Although they have been open for a while, but I love going around and not feeling like it is Black Friday. They have good deals. Incredibly rude and unhelpful employees at the front desk of the gift exchange 12/26 @ 8 am. Unfriendly and provided no help or guidance in regards to our exchange. The male could care less about helping us and didn't NOT want to be there and the female was just as unhelpful. If you're going to have someone work at the return exchange you might want to hire someone with actual customer service and kindness, not kids who hate their job. Along with that, you could see employees everywhere in groups powwowing and not even catering to the customer, more focused on the social hour. I wish there was a Target in Doral. The drive is worth it for me because I don't have to worry about parking unlike the Wal-Mart near Dolphin, which is always jammed and you never find parking. Target is a blissful place for shopping for basically anything and I love that! It's not chaotic and they actually know what customer service is! My sister was getting a pair of flats and the price displayed was $19.99 but at checkout they $35.00. We mentioned this to the cashier immediately said, "No problem" and made the price adjustment. He understood that we were in a hurry but we were very grateful he did not give us an issue over the price. Not to mention they have great prices and pretty darn good fashionable clothing! I love Target and I was happy to see one in a new shopping center and a bit close to home. But apparently this place is not the one for me. The times I have come here to buy beauty products they either have it, don't have it, or they had it but removed them from the shelves. The times I have gone it does seem calm and not so hectically busy. But at the same time it feels like there is little to no employees and if you so happen to find one to ask for their help they have this negative vibe towards you. You have done nothing wrong. You're just asking maybe a simple question like, "Where's the restroom?", "Where can I find this product?", "Are there more of this?", etc. It doesn't matter! They just give you a negative attitude as if they don't want to deal with you or they just don't want to be there working. Not my place to be. I personally prefer the one in Bird Road since I never had a problem going there or with the employees. You can find some that don't want to be there but for others there are some who are very helpful in Target of Bird Road. Shame because this is a new Target in a new shopping center. read more

I want to start by saying the only reason I give it 2 stars is based on when I purchased a TV when I first moved and on a gentleman who helped with a perfume when I asked for helped. Besides that as far as I'm concerned customer service and accountability really lacks in this Target. Anyone who personally knows me. Knows that I love Target. I have walked in to buy detergent and walk out with a grill, coffee maker, clothes..you get it.. half of the store on my cart. But recently I had an awful experience. I love buying their sparkling waters and coconut waters. I bought a couple of coconut waters and put them in my fridge. Later at night. I grabbed a coconut water and started sipping. I was extremely thristy and just gulped like half of the jug. When I stopped I realized it tasted so weird. I immediately looked at the label It had EXPIRED JULY 2016!!! WE ARE IN MARCH 2017. The next few hrs I spent feeling sick. Nauseous. I was so sick I couldn't eat, sleep. Just felt sick. The next day when I finally could go over. I went to customer service to return the water. I told the guy in customer service what happened and he took it and said okay and just gave me back the money. The lady behind me looked horrified. The point wasn't to get the money back... I've worked retail. When things like this happen to A)apoligize.... B) escalate to a manager. Not just give me back my money while having a side conversation with your fellow co-worker. Offer some sort of reason why this happened???!!!! I was sick and all I got was "here you go". No explanation, no sorry. I'm truly disappointed in Target's practices. I've told all my friends and co-workers about my bad experience and their all disgusted. I've been told to call their corporate. But at this point I really don't care about an apology. I'm so grossed out that I haven't wanted to buy anything else from them. Also unfortunately I had moved my prescription over to Target as well and even the techs their lack customer service. Extremely rude. Mind you I was the ONLY person there at 10am. Went in early with all my info and very rude. Just told me to move over. Shouted from the back of the room. Like I was cattle. I came to this Target location to purchase Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Gold Edition for Playstation 4 which was on sale on their website for $20 as part of a sale that was going on at the time. When I got to the store I couldnt find any copies of the game I had come to purchase on the shelves even though it said that they had the item in stock on their website so I looked for a sales representative in the video games section but it was empty. I saw some other workers packing up freight with target shirts on so I asked them if they could help me find an item that their website said they have in stock but I cant find on the shelves and they called the person in charge of the video games section and told me if the person doesnt show up within 15 minutes to press the little button on the desk. I waited like 5-8 minutes and another group of customers with kids came and couldnt find anyone in the video games section so they pressed the button on the desk. A Target representative came out of the receiving area to answer the button like 5 minutes later and helped the couple with kids first (even though I was waiting first) then after he was done helping them I asked if the representative could help me look for the item I came to purchase. There were no copies of the video game that I came to purchase on the shelf so the representative went inside of receiving and came out with a copy of the game that I came to purchase and I went to the self checkout area to pay for the item. When I got to the self checkout area the game was ringing up for $30 instead of the price it was showing up online which was $20 (why Target has different prices online vs in store is beyond me) but I asked the cashier why it was ringing up for a different price and showed her the item online on my phone and she price matched their online price which was $10 less without any complaints. For some reason the self checkout was having issues accepting payments however and it wouldnt let me pay with my Target debit card so I had to pay with a different card. Overall I would rate this Target location a 4/5, the customer service is way better than the Hialeah Target but my visit had a few hiccups. read more

Definitely my favorite Target in all of Miami ! I've come here searching for multiple things and have always been successful in finding everything I need (or didn't really need at all.) Specifically, this Saturday I came looking for an obscure tech item that I wasn't sure even existed & sure enough Eduardo from the electronics department took about half an our to make sure he solved my USB issues and led me to the item I needed. I had a bunch of questions and he patiently answered them all. I'm fortunate to have such nice and helpful people cross my path whenever I'm in doubt of anything. This place has ample parking and the shopping center has many other places that can assist you in purchasing whatever you need in a cinch. Target is always my favorite place to shop for places that really encompass a varied shopping list. Lately, there's been a holiday rush due to Christmas but the large aisles and endless inventory are constantly being restocked so there's no need to worry! read more

So I went to this target that I never go to, I bought a coffee machine, Stilosa Espresso Machine by Delonghi - EC260BK. I got home and opened it and the machine was used, I got coffee all over myself from whoever owned it before. so I took it back and I exchanged it for another one, I open the other one right in front of customer service because I just didn't trust them anymore and that one too was used!!! I ended up getting a refund and leaving. How are they selling used coffee machines as new?! That's wild! And wrong! The manager there was a young women she was nice enough to give me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. But damn I was completely turned off by target selling me used items as new! This happened today on April 5, 2023 incase someone in corporate wants to check the cameras or inventory. Imagine everything else they are selling as new! I'll tell you one thing I'm not shopping there again, I'm going to Best Buy tomorrow to get my coffee machine at least if it's used there they promote it as "open box". Do better! read more
