Our next family adventure take us to Marshall & HomeGoods located in kendall one of the favorite store of my wife , she love this place so many things to buy and see. Sunday we going and we buy something for the patio for $79.95 after that we see online with double price $299 , I love this store. Everything you need for home decoration is here with patience you founded what you looking for.

Love this place so it would've had 5 stars, but there's always a line at this Palms location so 4. So grab a cart and take your time to find the best deals. I hit the clearance sections first and end up finding beautiful things at excellent prices. Today I needed tea and went to the gourmet food shelves in the front. I picked up a box of Touch Organic white tea, 100 bags for only $4. A great deal. They have a wide selection of organic pasta too, with different bases. I bought green bean gluten free fettuccine for $3. Never had it before, but if something looks tasty, grab it because you might never see it in the store again. I checked out the frame section and bought a large dry erase weekly chart for only $2 dollars down from $20. Gotta love scratch and dent! Once you're done browsing, make sure to keep the cart because you'll be in line for a while and will want to lean on it. You'll find full price seasonal items beside you as you wait to checkout so if you see anything good, you've already got the cart to hold your new goodies in.

I went in search of the "unicorn" but came away empty handed. What is the unicorn? Well, it's a 3-pack of black Calvin Klein v-necks in a large. I'll find them in Small or XL, but never a large, especially at places like Marshall's or TJMaxx. I'm thinking that the store associates gobble them up before they even reach the sales floor. At $16, they are an excellent buy. If you purchase a plain v-neck at any other men's retailer, like Banana, Club Monaco, or even Macy's, you're going to pay $20 and up. The CK shirts hold up well in the wash and they shrink to fit, which is nice if you've been working out and want to let others know in a subtle way. And nothing slims better than black. But this store is a hot mess. There isn't an order with the dress shirts or underwear. Nothing is organized by size or brand. You have to dig everytime you shop here. It's not going to be easy and it definitely won't be fun. But if you find the unicorn, then it's all worth while. Good luck trying to find it here though...

This place is very popular. I always found lots of healthy products here as well as fashion stuff as well. However there's always the long line UT the staff take care of the customers very well.They deserve more star.

I browsed the home aisles and that seems to be there best area of the store . For men and children I loved the Nike , true religion , Levi and new balance apparel and accessories but wished they had this for women . I left with stuff for my little one and some Korean facial items I wanted to try but nothing that made me feel like I'd come here again or a wow buy . Customer service was good but the bathrooms were beyond gross and in need of some updating . Check out area items needed some tlc as well. Overall I wouldn't come back to this location.

Per Store Manager there is an "unspoken policy"--not posted or formally explained--allowing disabled customers to bypass the line if they stand at the far-left register by the handicap placard or ask for a manager. His exact words were:"Whoever yells the loudest gets it." *That's not a policy. That's chaos.*Let's be clear: under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employees cannot ask customers to disclose or prove a disability. But, just in case... because everyone should no store policy. Not just a select few. P.S. If you're a disabled customer looking to bypass the line, T.J.Maxx apparently expects you to go directly to the far-left register near the handicap placard and inform the cashier. There's no sign--but that's how it's quietly enforced.

If there is a review you would want to read to save your money and go somewhere else, ready this…read moreone because it's as honest as it's going to get people, I work nights--long 16-hour shifts--and curbside is the only way I can shop consistently. I spend hundreds of dollars every single week at this Walmart, both curbside and in-store. But after everything they've put me through, I will NEVER give this place another penny. Most employees at this Walmart don't speak not ONE word of English btw let's start there. First, the curbside parking is a joke. Half the time there's nowhere to park because the designated pickup spots are full or blocked, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. Then there's the condition of the groceries. Rotten produce. Damaged and crushed items. Spoiled fruits. Moldy vegetables. It wasn't a one-time mistake--it became the norm. Every large order came with something completely unacceptable. Taped up shelf items that look like they came from customer service placed right back on the shelf and then put in your cart as curbside pickup. Broken or if terrible quality. After I finally left a harsh review, the manager reached out pretending to care. She apologized, said she wanted to "make things better," and for one single order, things were okay. She even gave me a little sample bag as a gesture. But that "effort" didn't last long. Because the very next big order? Cause again I spend ALOT of money here weekly... Everything was rotten and messed up AGAIN. I tried calling the manager multiple times--different days, different times--and she avoided my calls. When she finally answered, she gave me the excuse that their "system was down and to submit a refund for the order or anything that was damaged and that I didn't even have to return it to the store... siiiiike not the case cause after I threw all damaged goods away and submitted it they said I have till Dec. 16 to return them, mind you this happened two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for help, she also said that she needed a couple of days to "look into it" I understood because it was the holidays but never heard back from her." I was nice, never disrespected and I even told her that if I was the associate I would shop as if it were for myself cause I worked in retail before 23 years ago and I know how it is. But she never called me back. When I followed up, one employee said she was "out of the office." Another said she had "a family emergency." The story changed every time I called. At the end of the day, nobody cared enough to fix anything. And to make things even worse, when I requested a refund for the rotten and unusable items, they told me they couldn't process it unless I returned the spoiled food--food they knew I had already thrown away because it was rotting, leaking, smelly, and completely unusable. No one in their right mind would keep rotten produce sitting around just to "prove" it was bad. They knew exactly what they were doing--making it impossible for me to get my money back. After spending this much money every single week, the lack of customer service, the complete disregard for quality, and the dishonesty around refunds is outrageous. They have shown me over and over that my business, my time, and my concerns mean absolutely nothing to them. I will NEVER shop here again. Not curbside, not inside, not ever. And I am making it my mission to make sure everyone knows about this place. I'm posting this review on every platform and every social media outlet I have so no one else gets treated the way I did. If you value your money or your sanity, shop somewhere else. They lost my buisness and my shares. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER.
