Loved this Marshall's in Miami.Was looking for some cute ocean themed items to give as a gift for my future brother and sister in law . The store had a huge selection of those items I found a set of 3 kitchen towels with surf boards .I almost kept those for me since I used to surf and really like them .I also found paper napkins with a chill beach scene and a really cute decorative bowl with seahorse on it. The lines at this store were long but they had plenty of staff to check us out quick and the prices were really good. This store had everything I needed and if I lived in the Miami - Kendall area I would certainly come back. Will visit on our next return to the 305. read more

Love this place so it would've had 5 stars, but there's always a line at this Palms location so 4. So grab a cart and take your time to find the best deals. I hit the clearance sections first and end up finding beautiful things at excellent prices. Today I needed tea and went to the gourmet food shelves in the front. I picked up a box of Touch Organic white tea, 100 bags for only $4. A great deal. They have a wide selection of organic pasta too, with different bases. I bought green bean gluten free fettuccine for $3. Never had it before, but if something looks tasty, grab it because you might never see it in the store again. I checked out the frame section and bought a large dry erase weekly chart for only $2 dollars down from $20. Gotta love scratch and dent! Once you're done browsing, make sure to keep the cart because you'll be in line for a while and will want to lean on it. You'll find full price seasonal items beside you as you wait to checkout so if you see anything good, you've already got the cart to hold your new goodies in. read more

I went in search of the "unicorn" but came away empty handed. What is the unicorn? Well, it's a 3-pack of black Calvin Klein v-necks in a large. I'll find them in Small or XL, but never a large, especially at places like Marshall's or TJMaxx. I'm thinking that the store associates gobble them up before they even reach the sales floor. At $16, they are an excellent buy. If you purchase a plain v-neck at any other men's retailer, like Banana, Club Monaco, or even Macy's, you're going to pay $20 and up. The CK shirts hold up well in the wash and they shrink to fit, which is nice if you've been working out and want to let others know in a subtle way. And nothing slims better than black. But this store is a hot mess. There isn't an order with the dress shirts or underwear. Nothing is organized by size or brand. You have to dig everytime you shop here. It's not going to be easy and it definitely won't be fun. But if you find the unicorn, then it's all worth while. Good luck trying to find it here though... read more

This is a good size Marshall's which always makes me happy. As I enter, I have my usual plan of "attack". First stop... product. Are any of my favorites here? Yes but not the one coveted item I've been searching for. Ok, second, anything exciting on clearance? I did find something but I've seen it at a better price but I do know at Marshall's, you must grab it when you see it. It may not be here in 5 minutes. Time to proceed. As I circle the store, there is so much to see. This location was one of the better stores I have been in and if I lived closer, I could see stopping here on a regular basis. My love for Marshalls has grown over the years. It's like my guilty pleasure for all things I need, want, and think I need. Even if I just feel to window shop, why not start at Marshalls. From the moment you walk in there's always great sales to the right with the latest holiday and seasonal decor. I always get a cart as a just in case measure. I usually scroll through the gym attire and barbells and yoga mats then I head to all the isles with all the facial and beauty cleansers. I can spend an hour just going through all the products and smelling all the different aromas and fragrances. I also like that they carry a lot of products that are not tested on animals and are organic. Ive bought alot of different trinkets that work for all different areas of my home as well. From the bathroom, to the kitchen, the bedroom, and living area you can always find something. All in all its really just a cool store to walk away with cool decor and all thing home and for yourself. It's the perfect shopping experience. They are also finally going to share half the store mid July with Homegoods. Just another reason to shop here. Plus isn't shopping just a great stress reliever! read more

The bf has found great deals on Lucky jeans (we all know they can be quite pricey). I have found some great deals on shoes and home items. We purchased our grilling equipment in Marshalls. We purchased our earphones for our MP3 players. Countless items! This location is especially great because of its size and selection of items. Honestly, when you have your own apartment you have to scour many stores to see 1) What suits you, and 2) What can you get for a good price. We found that in Marshalls. I enjoy finding good deals at Marshall's all the time just like the next person...but the place is always a mess and the customer service is nonexistent. I went in there not to long ago and I needed to buy a dress shirt and I don't know the length of my arms and circumference of my neck by memory and they don't have anyone with a measuring tape like they do at Macy's to help you figure that information out so you can purchase the right shirt. Even though Macy's has those people they will still let you take the dress shirt out of the package and try it on to see how it looks on. I went to the dress room with one of the packaged dress shirts and the associate told me that I was not allowed to try it on. I asked if she at least had a measuring tape so I could figure out if it would fit me and she told me "no". So how was I supposed to figure out if this shirt even fit me, let alone if I liked how it looked on. I spoke to the manager in the front and she also refused to let me try it on. She would rather me purchase the shirt, try it then, and if it doesn't fit or I don't like it then turn around and return it. This didn't make any sense to me at all. Why would you put your customers through such a headache. I don't think I will stop going to Marshall's to try and get deals on clothes but I most certainly will not be trying to buy any dress shirts from them. I would rather spend more money on the shirt and at least get the service that I'm looking for. read more

Great Marshall's, probably my favorite location. Very organized and clean. TONS of shoes. Holy cow! Largest fitting room I've ever used! Must have been like 25 rooms in there! Ample free parking in the lot out front. Will hold your items for the rest of the day if you need to step out for any reason. read more

I happened to be on the phone when they call me to the Cashier, I had an important phone call from work, And I hear this lady saying in Spanish, he think he is to important, he won't put the phone down, he doesn't even know what's going on... listen next time you decide to talk shit about somebody make sure that I don't understand your language, I am black/Hispanic so I was very disappointed because I love to buy clothes for my little daughter here, I am paying attention it's not my fault if your recording calls the same number twice and Im standing behind the lady that was called first. read more

so my husband did me the favor of making a couple of returns for somethings I ordered that dont fit. after waiting about 15 minutes he got to the counter and surprise! because I paid thru PayPal due to convenience for me not having to add my address etc., they would only give me back a gift card!! not credit my credit card, only gift card. this is not right and if I had known I never would have ordered from there or would have put directly on my credit card but they don't tell you that before you order. I did ooen an account there but shows no orders. so now I'm stuck with clothes that dont fit. never heard of a business doing this. read more

Disgusting customer service from this marshals in particular I went to return an item with the tag with the receipt and with the number and barcode on the receipt the receipt happen to have water damage so it was faded on the part of the bottom but nonetheless you could see everything clearly the manager on duty was a Hispanic guy with brown hair and he was so extremely rude to me and told me that I couldn't return the item I proceeded to ask him why couldn't I return the item if they had the tag the barcode and the serial number and he replied again that I could not return the item and I could only get store credit I didn't want store credit I wanted my money back I searched on the Marshalls website about this is no were to be found. read more

First I must commend the manager Tony C. Who was my hero yesterday! I came to see if I could find a desk lamp and a bed cover. I found what I came for plus a few other really good bargains. I decided to continue to browse around and left my cart with all my goods for a few seconds on the lane over. When I got back to my cart it's missing. I immediately go to the front of the store ( I know that when your cart goes missing especially at these type of stores it's probably up front since I've had this type of thing happen at home goods. I literally walked to the front like 3 times and nothing. After realizing I gotta get or replace all my items. I simply gave up. So o went to pay and told the cashier ( Alejandro) what had occurred and he checked again to see if my missing items were brought up front and nothing's he then made a comment to the manager Carlos C. I made a point to look at his name tag. As I'm almost done and waiting to pay Carlos comes up with my desk lamp and another item that literally was he last one. Needless to say I was more thank thrilled. I was beyond words thrilled. As I'm leaving I told him how happy I was and that I was going to add a very nice comment in Yelp. He did tell me he found my cart full off all the stuff in the ladies changing room ( and 2 ladies had it). I was shocked and in disbelief. Who the heck goes and takes someone cart. Seriously. Anyway. Word to self! When in Kendall stores keep your shopping cart close cause it's just really crappy what people can do. No respect for others. Selection is not as it used to be and staff is somewhat friendly. Prices are higher and quality is just not there anymore. I find the store is in disarray most days. The lines move pretty fast considering it's always crazy in there. read more

I have always been a big fan of Marshalls, but both my daughter & I are now in the Plus Size range & I must say that they need to focus a bit more in both the Men's & Women's Plus size section. Other than that, all was as wonderful as ever read more
