She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. The lines at this store were long but they had plenty of staff to check us out quick and the prices were really good. The parking is fine because they have parking on every side of the building, so you can just park at the easiest entrance. There is also a parking garage and large lot behind the movie theater. While there are a few chain restaurants, I think all of them are overrated, and the one thing lacking in this mall are some better restaurants.

This plaza is very spacious with plenty of parking and has lots of stores and food options. Some of the other stores include Publix, TJ Maxx, Ulta, and CVS. Food options in this plaza include Panera, Pieology, PDQ, Chipotle, Sokai, The Habit Burger, Panna, Sub Zero Ice Cream, and more.

We have toddlers and the kids clothing selection is incredible, better than my local Targets in MN. Tons of inventory and selection. We also needed diapers, kid shampoo, and other stuff, which we were able to find. We also needed a few grocery items and were able to find them as we didn't want to make a separate trip to Publix. The staff in the store were helpful, and the checkout person was also very nice. And as wild as it sounds, I was able to find decent parking, too.

The craft and fabric section are the absolute worst. Half the time there's nowhere to park because the designated pickup spots are full or blocked, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. Then there's the condition of the groceries. Rotten produce. Damaged and crushed items. Spoiled fruits. Moldy vegetables. It wasn't a one-time mistake--it became the norm. Every large order came with something completely unacceptable. Taped up shelf items that look like they came from customer service placed right back on the shelf and then put in your cart as curbside pickup. Broken or if terrible quality. After I finally left a harsh review, the manager reached out pretending to care. She apologized, said she wanted to "make things better," and for one single order, things were okay. She even gave me a little sample bag as a gesture. But that "effort" didn't last long. Because the very next big order? Cause again I spend ALOT of money here weekly... Everything was rotten and messed up AGAIN. I tried calling the manager multiple times--different days, different times--and she avoided my calls. When she finally answered, she gave me the excuse that their "system was down and to submit a refund for the order or anything that was damaged and that I didn't even have to return it to the store... siiiiike not the case cause after I threw all damaged goods away and submitted it they said I have till Dec. 16 to return them, mind you this happened two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for help, she also said that she needed a couple of days to "look into it" I understood because it was the holidays but never heard back from her." I was nice, never disrespected and I even told her that if I was the associate I would shop as if it were for myself cause I worked in retail before 23 years ago and I know how it is. But she never called me back. When I followed up, one employee said she was "out of the office." Another said she had "a family emergency." The story changed every time I called. At the end of the day, nobody cared enough to fix anything. And to make things even worse, when I requested a refund for the rotten and unusable items, they told me they couldn't process it unless I returned the spoiled food--food they knew I had already thrown away because it was rotting, leaking, smelly, and completely unusable. No one in their right mind would keep rotten produce sitting around just to "prove" it was bad. They knew exactly what they were doing--making it impossible for me to get my money back. After spending this much money every single week, the lack of customer service, the complete disregard for quality, and the dishonesty around refunds is outrageous. They have shown me over and over that my business, my time, and my concerns mean absolutely nothing to them. I will NEVER shop here again. Not curbside, not inside, not ever. And I am making it my mission to make sure everyone knows about this place. I'm posting this review on every platform and every social media outlet I have so no one else gets treated the way I did. I stoped in at this Marshalls during the week because I was looking for a specific item which I did end up finding. Now I love Marshalls and it always has great finds. But this Marshalls in particular the line was extremely long for a Thursday evening. It was almost as long as it was during Christmas time, except it wasn't Christmas. There were only three registers open and no one found that of importance to open more registers so that's why I'm giving this review two stars because I feel like the service could've been better. The value of what I got was exceptional I just wish the service would be better.
