After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. No one in their right mind would keep rotten produce sitting around just to "prove" it was bad. They knew exactly what they were doing--making it impossible for me to get my money back. After spending this much money every single week, the lack of customer service, the complete disregard for quality, and the dishonesty around refunds is outrageous.
