I love Marshalls and I won't stop shopping there, but there's some things that this location can improve on. I stoped in at this Marshalls during the week because I was looking for a specific item which I did end up finding. Now I love Marshalls and it always has great finds. But this Marshalls in particular the line was extremely long for a Thursday evening. It was almost as long as it was during Christmas time, except it wasn't Christmas. There were only three registers open and no one found that of importance to open more registers so that's why I'm giving this review two stars because I feel like the service could've been better. Marshalls was a bit of a mixed bag. ha.ha. We came here looking for bathing suits one morning. We found the place to be lightly staffed and pretty messy. A bit untamed. We came to find out that they do not have bathing suits at Marshalls, sounds like someone did a cost/benefit analysis on it or something. We found all of this out because a very friendly staff member informed us of the no bathing suit approach, but then gave us some ideas on where else in Kendal to find bathing suits at a low price. That was very nice as she could have shrugged, grunted and walked away - but instead gave great customer service. read more

I love all the marshals I have been ​in​to, ​of course, I am a woman​ ​and I really like this location of Marshall, first because it's convenient​ley located​ near my area​, ​second because of ​a ​good parking lot​ and ​ third because ​it has great offers, products, ​and merchandise​e.​ I specifically like to go there to find gifts because they have so many options for​ ​my family​. ​ The service is always great. The restrooms are not to clean but not too bad, the fitting room good and the people who are helping in the fitting room are very nice, they were clean inside too​. This store isn't as bad as others mention. They have discounted brand names clothing and shoes (Crocs for $15-$17), purses/wallets (Michael Kors), toys (Melisssa & Doug), house and personal items (phone covers, sunglasses). I agree it could be more organized sometimes but that's not always the employees' fault, it is more on the consumer side. You certainly don't have anyone following you around to see what you are looking for, but that's not what I expect from stores like this anyways. read more

This is my go-to Marshalls. It's not that big, but they seem to usually have everything I'm looking and not looking for. It's pretty organized in comparison so many other Marshall's or Ross' in my area. Their prices are fair and there's rarely a check out line there so shopping is made easy. Awful customer service...manager has no clue on store policy... very inexperienced... very sad I had to have such a horrible experience in this location. I purchased an item that was more than 30 days old in which I had the receipt for with the tags in place; they didn't want to return it however I went to another Marshalls and I didn't have a problem. read more

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because selection has improved. Organization is a bit better, not much but better. I have to say that service here is HORRIBLE!!!! I think my kids would work the registers faster. The wait is ALWAYS long. It's like they pay them to take longer. I really didn't want to head to the mall for a shirt. Figured cant be that bad. I honestly don't think this place is bad as everyone says it is! Do they offer discounted clothes? YES. Are the clothes fashionable? SOME OF THEM. Is it organized? Well, the clothes are in the right place. Are the workers friendly? I didn't really talk to any workers besides the cashier, but she smiled at me. Could there be a larger selection? DEFINITELY YES! I found what I needed which was a pair of black dress shoes, and I will definitely be coming here again. read more

This is the closest Marshall's to my home. Though I prefer the TJ Maxx Homegoods, this Marshall's does the job when looking for a gift or random items. I must say, this is the type of store in which you must keep an eye out for items and make purchases upon finding items you like, as there isn't much repetition of items, and what is in stock flies. You can find well known brands ar discounted prices as well as not so well know brands, those are priced for even less. The customer service is ok, but don't expect help while at store. Pretty much the only interaction you get, is upon paying for items. The amount of cashiers open has improved over the years, however, do expect delays if shopping on weekend. Parking in this location is also a bit of a hassle. read more

We came here for a return. Our male associate was very friendly, well mannered, and helpful. This location does get crowded however the checkout line moves pretty fast. There are several cashiers so do not get discouraged if you see a long line. We had a great visit today and are looking forward to return here soon. read more

I have no idea what possessed me to even walk into this store when I clearly know how badly this store sucks. It's dirty, poorly kept, unorganized and the people that work there have the combined IQ of my shoe size. I grew up in the Kendall area and I remember as a little kid thinking how bad this store blows, you can imagine how low I think of it now considering I'm an adult and have a much higher set of standards.
