All TjMaxx and Homegoods. stores are incredible amazing products but the lines are extremely huge they mostly have 3 cashiers at the most it is incredible disrespectful that you have to be in line for more than an hour sometimes to buy things you need especially in Miami. Please you can do better hire more people there is plenty of people out there that needs a job. read more

Yesterday at your store, I witnessed something truly disturbing. An elderly woman had her wallet stolen right out of her handbag while she was looking at birthday cards. Her cart was full of gifts she was about to buy. When she reported it at checkout, an employee with a walkie-talkie and black short hair with small braids came over. She needed someone Spanish speaking to help. I stepped in to translate since the area is mostly Spanish-speaking. This employee had a cold, military-style attitude zero empathy. Zero effort to calm the customer. When I asked her to check the cameras, she claimed there weren't any. Her tone got confrontational, so I kept calmly asking her to please check or call loss prevention. I told her to relax as her voice got a bit higher, but she just walked away, leaving the poor elderly lady standing there frantic and alone. Another very kind Spanish-speaking employee came to the counter and asked the customer what she needed then the employee with the walker talkie spoke rudely to the employee and asked her to go back to her work because she was not a supervisor and couldn't help the customer, it's just the way she speaks to people that's now how people in retail are supposed to be she just looked annoyed and mad prior to this interaction. That's when I stepped in again and told the employee she didn't need to be so nasty to her own employee very demeaning -- all that was needed is customer service and empathy just treat a customer at your store with respect they had their belongings stolen in your store show you care. I ended up in a back-and-forth with her, then walked away because I was there with my own elderly mom. A few minutes later, we were still at the handicap counter and that poor woman was still frantically digging through her purse over and over. The manager was nowhere to be found the entire time I was there! There has to be more accountability with employees when it comes to customers That employee seriously needs customer service training. She showed zero empathy, and that's just not right! read more

On a busy Saturday, only 4 of the 19 available checkout lanes were open, resulting in an excessive wait of nearly one hour just to complete a purchase. This level of service is extremely disappointing, particularly during a peak shopping period. Management should ensure adequate staffing and open additional checkout lanes when customer volume is high. I strongly encourage the store to address this issue and improve its checkout operations to provide customers with a more efficient and satisfactory experience. read more

Homegoods/TJ Maxx - Line of costumers - Department Stores Near Me - Miami, Florida

This is one of my favorite TJ Maxx / Homegoods! They are organized, they have a wide variety of items, my favorite part of this store is their blanket selection! Staff is always friendly read more

the bathrooms are actually disgusting. I've never seen a tjmax with such a disgusting bathroom . pee on the floor , feces on the toilet , paper on the floor . they need someone constantly checking and cleaning in here . the pay line is so long . they have 15 cash registers and only 3 are open . ridiculous. read more

had to stop shopping here even though so close to home the registers always require a minimum of 30-40 minutes in line you would think they would adequately staff the register but they do nothing even if you call manager- also hard to shop when they have inventory being distributed during busy hours just decided to stop going because it became an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience....... Do not recommend read more

The worst Tjmaxx in miami. Lines wrap around 5 times and reach the back of the store. There's no concern for the customers experience with the amount of money this store makes they need to do better. read more

This location has the slowest cashier service regardless of day of the week or time of day. It's ridiculous that they never have enough cashiers working as well. The cashiers move with no sense of urgency. The line is always way too long. I've gone to the store and walked right back out because the lines are ALWAYS so long and moving at a snail's pace. There are many other HomeGoods and TJ Maxx locations nearby with way better service. read more

This TJ Maxx/Homegoods is the best! This is a massive store with a huge selection of items across a variety of price points, and the store itself is incredibly clean and organized. I came in around 11 am on a Sunday morning and the shelves and aisles were stocked and pristine, with workers walking around restocking and keeping things organized and tidy. The line here is usually quite long, but it moves quickly and the finds are always worth the wait! read more

HIRE MORE EMPLOYEEE!!! The lines are insane. It shouldn't take us 1 HOUR to purchase something..... It's absolutely outrageous. Do better.

tjmaxx on 120 th st in Kendall. As usual, there's about a hundred people or more waiting to pay and there's only 3 registers open.

If you have a return you have to do the whole line it's absolutely ridiculous there's no organization Should be 2 separate lines for buying and then returns like every other store read more

It all depends how much time you want to spend in line. In line for over 30 min, 7 register open and all of a sudden 3 people when on brake. Called and spoke to manager, Maria who stated they are on brake. Let's see what we can do. Prime time it's at 6:30pm. Poor management on a busy afternoon. read more

The line is outrageous. It's Sunday hire more cashiers. Don't be so cheap. I'm sure you can pay one for a full day from the profit of just one persons purchase. There are literally 6 registers open the line goes around 3 times. read more

Absolutely the slowest and worse customer service of any store! They never have enough registers available and ridiculously long lines. Particularly from the store managers. read more

I love this TJ maxx because it is combined with a home goods! Love to just walk the aisles and see all the new things, but this location is always packed and the line is always super long! They definitely would benefit from a separate return line! It is a bit messy at times, but usually has a few good picks! read more

Horrible store! About 75 -90 in line and about 5 registers open! It's terrible. Poor management and no consideration for the customers.

Great store and lots of variety of housing funrimture clothing etc. Also they are taking great rpecaustions during corona virus. Don't try to call staff isn't so nice. But they are kind in the storE. Lines are excessively long in the afternoons they snake around the line section into the home store rows. read more

Muy linda tienda , tiene de todo y a buenos precios. Lo que no me gusta que que la línea para retornar es la misma que para pagar, y siempre es muy larga más de 30 minutos en espera read more

Hands down my favorite store. You can find everything you need here from skin and hair care to a purse, clothing, perfumes, makeup, and complete decor and most essentials for the home. I can spend hours going through the while store up and down each aisle. Even if you go to window shop or have a plan you always leave happy. There's always that joy of finding some treasure you've been looking for or had no idea it existed. Need some keto creamer for your coffee, they have it. Want some disguised healthy chips, they have them too, need new seasonings or a cast iron pot, its here. Go to any location, this specific one is tied for my number one but their all good...just go, you deserve it. read more

Good selection in home decor and furniture. However, the service is not existent. Be prepared to wait for over an hour on line to check out. Never enough cashiers. Today, Monday the line wrapped around three times and there were only four cashiers. read more

Have been in line for about 45 minutes and probably have 20 more minutes to go. Only 2 registers open with the line wrapping around the store at this point. Several employees just walking around and not opening the registers. While I love shopping here this wait is beyond ridiculous. Now it's been almost an hour and they finally opened about 5 more registers because people were complaining of the wait. read more

Who doesn't love to get beautiful things for your home? Well, I am a fan of this store because it has anything you need at great prices. Whenever I need to get something for my home whether it's linens, towels, rugs, kitchen utensils, serving dishes or anything I check this store first before going anywhere else. I love cushions for the sofa or the bed and I'm always changing them, I found that generally Homegoods offers cushions at 1/2 the price than in any other store. I recommend this place for any home-related item, they have beautiful things at great prices. read more

I visit TJ Maxx every so often and find some interesting things here. This particular location odd always well stocked and very organized. There are some good deals but nothing truly impressive. read more

My love/ hate relationship shop with this place. Let's start with parking, park where you can. Don't bother looking for a close spot. Once you walk in grab a cart and be prepared to by all the things you weren't looking for. It's pretty organized and easy to fine items. Once you're done be prepared to wait in line for a while. You would think with so many cash registers they would have someone working them. During their busiest hours they have five people working the register. I've seen people complain and yet nothing changes. Just be prepared to wait and have patience. read more

Management sucks and wait times are horrible and people standing behind the register doing nothing to help the cashiers . If the line is long open more registers. What's the point having 19 registers and 5 open and wait lines over an hour ! !!!! The store has nice stuff but the line is not worth the wait. read more

The power just went out here & I was looking at hats bc it's storming outside & I didn't want to be in the elements with an ankle in a brace. A woman starts yelling at me in spanish first & she got about a foot from my face yelling at me & I'm like "I don't speak great Spanish yet, what?" And she loudly says "IT IS DARK! LEAVE" and I go "I'm aware." She says louder, "LEAVE!'. If I were the only person there, I'd have realized my faux pas. But no one was leaving. I understand we need to leave if the power is off for a long period of time-but this was less than 5 minutes. I wouldn't have had a problem with ANY of her request if she hadn't of had the threateningly angry attitude and the topper, she called me an idiot as I hobbled away. How about don't be an asshole & call me an idiot as I hobble away? You wouldn't have gotten this review because I was always happy here. You lost a customer that has spent THOUSANDS in your store alone. I believe it was the manager or the dress room clerk. Who ever owns this franchise needs to check in with it because the attitudes on some of their employees suck. I don't know if she knew I was gimp & was dangerous for me to be in a wet environment or not but it really shouldn't have mattered. She had zero mercy or respect. She expected to be OBEYED without having any semblance of mercy or respect. read more

I waited in a line with approximately 60 people. It was almost closing time. The line barely moved in the 20 minutes I was in it. 3 cashiers! I had to leave all my stuff and walk out. Love this place so so so much. Here you can find anything you need and all the things you don't need too. The colors, quality, and prices you can find in here are unbeatable. With an ample parking lot. read more

There is always long line here however staff can handle it very well. Sometimes, I found good stuff here.

I went today to purchase one item but after finding so many goodies on sale I wound up with a couple items. After shopping for over an hour and standing in line for almost 30 minutes when I got to the register the cashier said the price tag on one item was incorrectly priced and she would need to ask a manager if they could honor the price. Some lady named Nikki came back and told me that even though the item had the wrong price she could not honor it. No matter how many times I told her they marked that price so why would they lie and put a price they would not honor. She did not care she said no I would have to pay the higher price on the item. I was surprised I thought that by law if a store marks something a certain price and denies the advertised price it was illegal but what do I know I'm just a consumer. Mind you it was only one item from all my clearance pieces and only a few dollars off. Since I stand on principle I just decided to leave EVERYTHING. read more
