The minute I walked into the store she started unloading her breakup story on me without me even saying so much as a "hello." I got all of the details from his other baby momma to all of the messages she sent him, and to be honest, I really just wanted to find a dress and leave. She seems very nice but is a liability to the business- if I had not found a cute dress that I wanted to buy, I would have given up and walked out because of her.

I showed up on Monday during my lunch break between 10:40-11 and no one was there. According to the sign and website they open at 10. A woman next door told me they wouldn't open until noon. I decided to come back the next day at noon to make sure they would be open. They were not open. I called and no one answered the phone until 12:30. The woman who answered told me they got there at 12:30 today. I explained the situation to her and she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service.

In addition to clothing, they also carry fajas (spanx) of all types. Great for when you have a certain outfit to wear and need further shaping. Great store and GREAT service, always.

Pricing is reasonable given that it's a private boutique in Miami and the clothes are adorable. Staff was extremely friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or stalk you around the store like many places do. The woman working there took note of specific styles I was trying on and went out of her way to recommend other things she thought I might like which was super helpful (and ultimately successfully dragged me into convincing myself I needed more lol).
