Been shopping here recently and had good experiences. The owner is very nice, helpful and not pushy at all. Allows exchanges and does not give u any issues. Changing rooms have mirrors inside and good curtains which is rare in Miami boutiques. They usually all have the mirror outside the changing room which is so annoying, but not here. She runs out of sizes quick so best to follow on IG and buy when she releases new items there and she is flexible with exchanges if whatever u bought doesn't fit. read more

I love this place. The only downside is the drive (I live in Brickell) but it is worth coming over for the great finds and great prices. Vanessa, the owner, is so helpful. She is very hands on and honest which goes a long way. She has been there 9 out of 10 times I have been to the store. This isn't common of store owners. You can tell she is dedicated and a hard worker. Her honesty is something I also find refreshing. She doesn't try to sell you everything in her store. She will tell you what she thinks if you ask of her. She will also suggest other pieces that she thinks would look good on you - most of the time she is right and I end up loving her suggested pieces. The store layout is very open and comfortable. She keeps the place very clean and appealing. This isn't like other stores where everything is crammed into tiny places. There are three fitting rooms which are also very roomy. The shoe section is pretty big with a place to try on all their great shoe selections. She has a great accessory department. Lots of cute necklaces, bracelets and rings to choose from. You can often find the same pieces in her store for about 30-40% less. I am talking about Ohm, Blush, The Closet Boutique... The catch about her store is things do run out very fast. This is a good thing and a bad thing. Good in the sense that you won't see EVERYONE in Miami with the same dress you are wearing. Bad in the sense that you better buy it when you first see it because it won't be there when you come back. Parking is ample. There is a whole mall attached to the back of the store front so this has never been an issue. read more

I've been shopping at V's long before she opened this fabulous store and I can tell you with extreme certainty that she is the sweetest most helpful boutique owner I know. V's is the reason I started shopping at boutiques in the first place. Her selections are always on point. She is always eager to help with styling from everyday wear to special occasions, or over the phone ordering. She also ships anything you purchase for a fee. I would venture to say that about 40% of my closest are purchases from V's, and I've recommended her to everyone I know. So you know my addiction is real lol. I got to go to her brand new beautiful store a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. The racks are full of the latest trends and fashions from clothes to shoes and accessories. To top it off they are priced perfectly. They're accessible for any fashionista even those of us on a budget. I've been here twice. The first time was a quick stop for a gift I needed to buy. The second time I went in because I loved a dress that was posted on Instagram, but also wanted to browse. I believe the owner was not having a good day because she did not greet and was quite dry when spoken to or asked questions.
