(Even during the pandemic!) The quality of the beads and the price are definitely worth it. (Especially when comparing a small business to big companies, like Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and Joann.) I absolutely love this store! It's by far the best bead store in the tri-county area. I love the selection they have of natural gemstones, dyed stones, and findings. I also love how they price-match local competitors in the downtown area.  But the price-matching doesn't really move me because of the two larger competitors in the area, one of them is a huge ripp-off, and the other has many inferior quality beads and some of their beads are double the price of what I can get at Bead Bazaar. This is by far my favorite wholesale bead store in Miami. They're not too big on the inside, but they're loaded with a great variety type of gemstone beads, charms and findings. If you're looking to start or to supply your jewelry business or arts and craft hobby, this is definitely the place. You can also order from them on their website. I used to only buy a few strands of beads from them before, but that was because I never really truly took a look around at their many products. Once I looked and fingered around I found all kinds of gemstone beads I usually source online. I also love their policy of price-matching any local supplier in the downtown area. The girls who work here are great! And they're also very attractive! ~~~Parking Don't waste your money parking in one of the private lots. If you cannot find street parking there is a city parking lot "Miami Parking Authority Lot 41" one street north of them on NE 2nd st between NE 2nd ave and NE 1st ave. It's much cheaper to park there than in the private parking lots. The private lots will also boot or tow cars that have expired paid tickets. read more

Went in from OHIO to make a wholesale purchase from this establishment in Miami ~ First Mistake! Laura was extremely rude and not helpful or engaging at all! There was an unwelcoming air about her which made it difficult to interact professionally. We were prepared to make a $2000+ purchase but chose to walk out of the store and take our money elsewhere. I called her back after an hour to ask that our wholesale documents be deleted and to advise her why we terminated our visit. Laura did not care. She said okay and that was it... I would rather interact with a dead fish, or a stone, or a glob of glue... anything other than this establishment. Don't go, don't bother, choose another supplier. read more

The best selection of quality beads in Miami. The owners are sisters and are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store dog is a friendly, beautiful, blue eyed Siberian husky. The beads range from about $7 per strand to about $30. If you order $200 worth of beads they will give you a wholesale rate of 50% off. They carry high end stone, crystal, and glass beads which you can't find in other stores in the area. They also sell charms and pendants for jewelry making. They are getting new items in all of the time. They have an online store too. Parking is a bit difficult because they are located in busy downtown Miami. There is a $5 parking lot 2 blocks North of the store. The area is a bit rough so best to go during daylight hours. read more

Its a lovely store, they have beautiful beads, but its VERY expensive... The beads thats cost me $12 I found it in another store for $6 (same color, same material)..The polymer clay disc beads that costs me $13 i found it, the exact ones in $3.50! This was my very first experience stepping inside of a bead shop, and I'm so glad that chose The Bead Bazaar. They had a very large selection to choose from. A wide selection of various cuts and colors. I was inlove with the shops appearance before stepping in it & fell head over heels once entered. Customer service was A+ although she was busy, I still felt like she was very attentive to my needs. She answered whatever questions I had & even taught me a couple of new things.
