I met with Genavieve in person to ensure that measurements were taken correctly and that there would be no misunderstandings in my expectations. Unfortunately, after multiple delays which she claimed was related to shipping delays from her manufacturer what I received at the fitting was far from what was promised -- the dress looked cheap-(dollar store rhinestones glued on a fluffy mess of uneven tulle), rushed, and bore little resemblance to what we had discussed. It was not wearable and so bad that she acknowledged it was not what I had ordered and I was assured it was a mistake and that it would be corrected in time. However, after multiple delays and broken promises, I was told -- just four days before the event -- that the dress could not be delivered at all. This left me completely without an outfit for the wedding. What's most frustrating is not just the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. When I told her I would be traveling an hour with two little kids to come to her store and asked her if the dress was ready for the fitting she delayed multiple times then had the nerve to tell me yes when she knew it was not salvageable. She even told me it was beautiful but wouldn't send a picture when I requested multiple times. If I had been told earlier that the dress wouldn't be ready, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. I would not recommend this service or doing business with any of her brands to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or basic professionalism. Proceed with caution.

First, I am a clothing manufacturer that produces overseas. I bought some items from them and had a problem with the last piece. It did not fit and it was not cut to size -- meaning to a size chart. The closure on the piece was on the garment. I was told if I sent it back but it was deemed damaged they would give back the shipping. guess what they got the piece back and told me it was a true fitm yes for a barbie and it was my fault about the closure on the back . I was lucky to get a refund. I recommended their boutique to a friend who became a customer. I know if there is a response it will be that they said I could send it back over two weeks with my friend. I did not know when I would see her and spent one hour at a post office paying to send it back. I told Meagan the manager, who said you should come try clothes on instead of ordering online. I live two hours away and that's why I ordered it online. My friend who is local came to pick it up. I told her based on my experience I would not be shopping there anymore and nor would my friend.
