She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service.

Changing rooms have mirrors inside and good curtains which is rare in Miami boutiques. They usually all have the mirror outside the changing room which is so annoying, but not here. She runs out of sizes quick so best to follow on IG and buy when she releases new items there and she is flexible with exchanges if whatever u bought doesn't fit.

Pricing is reasonable given that it's a private boutique in Miami and the clothes are adorable. Staff was extremely friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or stalk you around the store like many places do. The woman working there took note of specific styles I was trying on and went out of her way to recommend other things she thought I might like which was super helpful (and ultimately successfully dragged me into convincing myself I needed more lol). Christy (the owner) and the girls are always very friendly and helpful. Christy travels to LA one to two times a month to find all the pretty stuff for the store, so she's not around as much as she used to be when I first started going there. But she also has great help now and can leave the store in their hands. I would say about half my clothes and shoes are from here. Like I told some friends today, I am a walking advertisement for Angel Boutique! Lol
