The cashier/employee by the name of Pamela was extremely rude and the customer service lady was just as terrible. I have been here several times over the years. My most memorable visit was a few years ago in the evening, when I couldn't leave as there was a shooting in the parking lot. We were told to stay inside. Later on we could walk out at own risk. I was over being stuck and did. The dead body was hanging out of the car and the cops were present. Now, many years later, I have memories to this entertainment and a Whole Foods is established by the area where all this went down. Not to scare you, I'm pretty sure it's safe now to shop here:) Shopping is pleasant. There was no wait at check out. I did see a long line at the return isle. Bathrooms were clean. I get so frustrated coming to this store. I use the app for making a list & finding the aisle items are located. 99% of the time app says 8 in stock & there are none - and in the wrong location. Employees are everywhere with scanners, which should be taking stock (and getting in the way of shoppers) but counts are always wrong. read more

This is ridiculous. I wanted to buy a New TV and saw online many TV s with great deals. I have a Target card so I ordered one for pick up in the Pinecrest store . I went we got the TV a target team member helped me load it and off we went . We opened ourTV to install it and saw it was completely crushed . Disappointing to say the least. We called were told it was available in Kendall store so went returned it in Kendall and exchanged for same model . Next day we opened the TV it also was crushed ! I mean really ?? What they just throw TVs and waste of people's time and another trip to Target returned never again.! Okay so for starters, I LOVE TARGET and everything about it! This one is very far from me but I was in the area and stopped by just to "look" but of course $135 later I most deff did more than look. The more I roamed the aisle, the more I liked this Target. It has become my favorite location and I hate that I'm so far away from it (Midtown is my local target). It is clean, spacious, great staff, everything I needed or better yet wanted was in stock and I got a pretty cool deal on personal items. Parking is shared right in front of the store and it's spacious enough and there's a whole foods right next door. BAM 2 birds 1 stone. This Target makes me want to move down south (sorry Target in Midtown I am abandoning you) 2 thumbs up from me. read more

Pick up/ drive up order and "fulfillment" department is horrible. They promise 2 hours in the app yet fail to have the order ready in time and the only solution they offer is to come inside and shop for the order yourself (like okay if that's the case why I'd drive up/pick up even an option). No one in the guest services department will pick up the phone even though I can clearly see there were no customers at the desk being helped and employees behind the desk available to answer the phone but choosing to ignore the calls. Manager is pathetic and will not talk to customers face to face only through an employee. Target is great no doubt about it. Super convenient and had so much of what you're looking for. I bc will say the experience of shopping in store varies significantly than online (as one might expect) but online and the app make it challenging to find what you may have once found in store. I've recently mostly done drive up pick up at this target and despite checking in early (one I leave my home) and selecting the parking spot I'm parked in immediately, it takes SOOO long for them to bring anything to you. It's not even during the busy hrs they identify on their app. I've been sitting here for over 15 min since checking in and have seen two people come out to bring out other orders. This isn't the first time or even sending time this has happened. They need to figure something out because having 2 people do this doesn't seem reasonably fast enough. read more

This is by far one of the best TARGET ever. They have always had everything I need. From groceries, to work out clothes, bathing suits, movies, toys for children, and even paraphilia. The customer service is wonderful. Here they really make sure you are satisfied with their service. You always have to try their drive-up service. It was truly amazing. All you do is shop pay on your target app. Send them a message your on the way, and when you get there you send them another message that you have arrived. They bring your items to the car. This Target is right next to Whole Foods which is AWESOME! This location carries a lot of little extras that aren't at the one closer to my house. Parking can be dicey, there's plenty of it but you might have to walk a bit. The layout of the store is a lot more intuitive than the one by my house so I prefer it. What else can I say? Wahoo. Impromptu Target trip - I'm always down. I've visited this new Target (located right next door to Winn Dixie) a couple times now. Last night's visit was actually in my jammies....yep, I went there. New Target v. Dadeland Target Location/Parking: New target is a bit farther from campus, but it may be worth it just for the parking. Dadeland Parking in that garage is a pain...and heck, I'm not even driving. The new Target has a huge, open lot with tons of spots. Selection/Crowds: While it seems like the new Target is much larger, it may just be that the Dadeland Target is just more crowded. We visited the new Target on a Tuesday evening and it was empty!! I can guarentee the same would not be said for Dadeland. I also feel like the new Target's selection is larger...but seriously you can get lost in that place...not the best store organization method. It's a Target showdown. Great experience today! I stopped by guest services to return a lamp and the ladies were super understanding and quick, just what I needed. I also went by starbucks to get my usual White Mocha and the gentleman who I believe is in charge of Starbucks called alex was really sweet, he made my drink deliciousand even remade my daughters because she didn't like it!! :))) The holiday wondershop was very good as well just wish the trees were more organized, the whole staff who helped me were really nice, the team girl called Jelisa even went out of her way to help me! I definitely will come here instead of the one over by Dadeland. The parking lot is huge without all the spiraling up and down the garage. The store is larger but I don't feel the selection is much bigger. I guess because it's new, things look more organized, though some shelves look empty. Kind of feel sorry for the Winn Dixie next door, whose appearance is totally dwarfed by this newcomer. And with Target selling grocery as well from bananas to milk to steak and wine, who'd want to shop there? Have to mention that I discovered some candies from a brand called UnReal. It's basically M&Ms, Reese Peanut Butter Cup, Snickers, etc. but made WITHOUT chemicals, artificial stuff, GMOs, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and all that stuff. And it's delicious and has less sugar than the real, erh, better-known original. Can't help giving it a shout out as I'm overjoyed I can enjoy these candies again without - erh, with less - guilt. read more

Even if I'm the 1st vehicle to get there, I will probably be the last one to get the items ordered. You'd think they would deliver them according to arrival. I LOVE this target. It is a little far from my home, but I choose to come to this location. I love that there is adequate parking and I usually do not have to look long to find parking. As soon as you walk in, you are hit with the $1 section. There are always many wonderful items to choose from. The store is always clean and well kept. I have yet to see it in disarray. I honestly don't understand the American public's love with Target. I have been to several locations (this one, the one in Midtown and the one in Dadeland), but I have yet to discover America's love affair with this store, which to me, is basically a glorified Wal-Mart. I arrived and parked in their crowded lot. I had to park in the middle of nowhere (something reminiscent of the Wal-Mart in North Miami Beach, Miami Gardens and Doral) and went in, but I won't take points away for that as they share the lot with Winn-Dixie. I noticed right away that unlike the Wal-Mart Supercenters, this store did not have a gardening section. Strike 1. Upon finding the toy section, I noticed no one on-site on the floor that could help. No staff to be found even though this is supposed to be what sets them apart from Wal-Mart. Strike 2. Finally, I found a guy who was working in electronics and said he "believed" they had some science-themed toys when I asked, but he'd have to check in the back. I was already pressed for time but he said he'd be quick. 5 minutes passed....10 minutes...15 minutes... I'm sorry, but that's just rude. I would have preferred to be told he could not find any toys than to be left waiting in the middle of the store. Finally, someone appeared in the toy section and she confirmed that they have no educational toys, so I wasted my time waiting for something they don't even carry. Strike 3. With the exception of a few board games, Legos and some water guns and other poolside items, everything else was stuff like dolls or action figures. That's pretty sad. You'd think that with such a large store, they'd have a better selection. Wal-Mart does and it's supposed to not be as "upscale" , so what's Target's excuse?
