I wish I could give zero stars. Every trip I go on, I always visit a Michael Kors store. This one has by far been the worst. Sales associates were very rude and unwelcoming. They followed my family and I around the store the entire time. I started to put my items back and go to another location, but due to time constraints it would have made it impossible to do so. Even after I purchased my items and they knew I wasn't intending to steal, they were still rude. Never returning to this location again. They do not welcome people of color. read more

I visited Michael Kors on June 15, 2019 around 11:30am & my experience was not good. The girl in the shoe department just stared at me but she did not offer can i assist yoU. Then I went to the other side (where they have the clothing) and there were 3 girls just chatting & chatting despite seeing customers. I approach one who has a Michael Kors blue & white long dress with white sneakers & asked her regarding a price she answred uncaring. After walking & looking at everything, there was this girl that appeared her name was Ariana. She approached me if i needed it help & she assisted me. I was shocked to ses the rest of the girls lack of customer service but this girl Ariana Wow she goes above & beyond. I observed her that she would approach everyone asking them if they need any helP. The others were still chitty chat & not caring. I shop in Michael Kors all the time in GA since I live there. Now, I was shock to see the lack of customer service inthjs store. This type of employees reflect management & management should hire more Arianas. Lovely person & she really knows about customer service. Maybe she should train the other girls &specially the one in the shoe department. Its an "outlet" yes, but you and I know an "outlet" for a high end designer still means steep prices, but its prices are much better than full price for sure. This is a great outlet store, and if you like Michael Kors products, you probably won't find better prices anywhere -- at least during the holidays when the outlet drops the prices on their purses, to the point they are as cheap or cheaper than they would be at Marshall's, or any other discount store. Consistently though, even during non-holidays, their prices are much lower than at Macy's. Word of advice: be patient, and try to come early -- the earlier, the better. I came with my mother, my sister's boyfriend and his mother this past Saturday, during lunch time, for an exchange on a purse. It was two days after Christmas and they were having people lining up outside of the store to let them in, in batches. After a certain amount of people left the store, they let us in, but we had to wait our turn, as the store is not very large and cannot comfortably accommodate large crowds. One of the ladies in line told me that on Christmas Day, the line went all the way out the mall's front door. Wow, glad I avoided that! On the 27th, when I was there, the line extended all the way to the restrooms, which was a bit better. After about 15-20 minutes, they let us in, so the wait was not too bad. The store employee that monitored the line of shoppers waiting to get in, provided us with an additional 20% off coupon in hand, so I got a $400 purse for less than half the price. The store not only carries purses, but also sunglasses, wallets, and watches. They have purses in pretty much every color and material. While some of the employees were okay and somewhat helpful, a few did not care enough to stop and assist or were dismissive of me and my mother, preferring to put back merchandise than to help us find a price or fix the length of a purse strap. I eventually encountered a very doting and extremely helpful employee, named Javi. I guess other people felt the same way I did, because it seemed most of the other shoppers flocked to him or were flocking to him for help. He told me not to take the purse that was on display and he would instead get me one from the back to ensure it wasn't scratched. That was stellar. We got my sister a red purse but they didn't have any in the back so instead, Javi brought some leather polish and polished the purse for us. We never asked him to do this, he just did it while we paid at the register and caught us by surprise. My customer experience with him was 5 stars, so if you go, I suggest you ask for Javi. He was the only employee willing to assist us at all times, no matter how busy he was, and seemed to be one of the few that was working extremely hard, running back and forth, and even sweating as he did so. read more

I am a self-proclaimed handbag connoisseur and a bargainista as well. Usually those two things don't go too well together when beautiful, buttery soft leather handbags are at stake but qual sorpresa Dolphin Mall has some great designer handbag deals. I have to admit I own many Michael Kors shoes (both his Kors and Michael lines) but do not own a handbag. Well yesterday while getting in some early Holiday shopping, I ventured into the store. The selection and lay out/aesthetic of the store is nice; the staff not so much. I was browsing the store for about ten minutes and not once was I approached and asked if I needed any help. In fact I don't even recall being greeted at the door. There was a particular bag that I was quite interested in but was not able to access it due to standard Dolphin Mall overcrowding. Also the employees walking around the store were not very busy (two were very involved in what seemed like a "what are you doing tonight" conversation). They gave off a typical Miami uppity without validation attitude and frankly customer service plays into the final decision of my purchases. I think they need be reminded that they are working at an outlet store in Dolphin mall & to lose the 'tude. After this annoyance, I decided to take my business elsewhere and got 3 great handbag deals from the Coach and Off Fifth outlets. Also Coach gives these "additional 20% off coupons" at the door, just saying... Still love Michael... just not his Dolphin Mall counterpart. read more

I like to be in style, yes... but if the fabulous bag I'm buying for such an amazing price is a season or two behind, I'm not going to leave it at the store. Add to that a 40% discount, I'm sold! I'm sitting here attempting to get an issue fixed so I email through the system since there is no longer anyone answering the phones, about four days later I get a response that I don't have an account, mind you I have Runway status, with them. So here I am trying to chat from 11 o'clock in the morning until 845 at night so far and now I only have 6 people in front of me. This is ridiculous!! I tried yesterday got disconnected three times.. I had a great shopping experience here when looking for a birthday gift for my mother. They had a great selection with mostly really good deals. The purses are great quality and so cute. The service was top notch and the girl even went to get me a brand new purse still in its wrappings to make sure it hadn't been handled on the floor. The people working here are awesome. At times they good be over friendly, but there is a sincere when they ask you for help. The staff are nicely dress by the way! I forgot that I was at the outlet mall because they acted like they worked at the regular department store of Michael Kors. The store has good sales. The prices are reasonable and are cheaper compared to going to the Michael Kors's store at Dadeland and the places that carry his items. I wish they had more of the instore items at the regular department stores sometimes, but I understand its a business. read more

Let me say I've been shopping in this store for the past 3 years and they have always have good customer service and their sells personnel are very good. Today 1/5/19 I had the worst experience in this store. The sell personnel where so rude, no one tried to help. I had to basically follow the people working there to get help. There was a handbag that was on sale and they kept telling me it was only 25% off (mind you this is the outlet store) so I show the sales person this particular handbag showed in the michaelkors website the handbag was lower price that they where selling it for. There was no reasoning with this people even thou I show them the price is marked in the michaelkors website. My husband tried to speak with the manager and they totally ignored him. Finally when I spoke with the woman manager there, she basically told me there was nothing she could do, that if I didn't like the price, then I had to order it on line or go to the boutique store to purchase it there. She was very sarcastic and so rude. I have never experienced this kind of treatment, So then I called the boutique store in Dadeland, the lady who helped me on the phone told me yes we do have that handbag for the price it showed on the michaelkors website. This lady put the handbag on hold for me. So I left the outlet store and bought my handbag in DADELAND MALL.. now let me say if the treatment wasn't so bad in the Outlet store I would have bought another handbag there but, management needs to learn and train well there employees there. They have no skills on how to deal with the public. So to the manager who told me to go to the other store I want to let you know I did, I got the handbag I wanted the service in the Dadeland mall Michael Kors was great.
