This is the second time I've had an issue trying to return something I purchased using PayPal. I had the order number, but the manager claimed the order didn't show up in their system. She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. This Kendall Kohl's location is a complete disappointment. First, the heat in the store was unbearable -- it felt like shopping in a sauna. Second, the cashier's attitude was downright rude and unprofessional. If you can't treat customers with basic respect, you shouldn't be working in customer service. And third, don't advertise a mystery discount with no listed limitations if you're not going to honor it. I had a discount that clearly showed no brand exclusions, yet the cashier insisted it didn't apply -- the same nonsense she told the person in front of me. No one speaks English. The entire staff is in front talking about liposuction and massages. Not one can respond to a question. Quite embarrassing for the store. Entire store is full of boxes, making it unsafe to walk. While the employees are in front gossiping, a huge line is developing. read more

My husband and I were in this location yesterday and I was sad to see some troubling things. The store is just dirty. The floors in the changing rooms are covered in hair and dust. The check out area is the same. Just filthy with dust. And I saw three people just outright stealing without any employees in sight. People mostly teenagers going into the dressing rooms with merchandise and coming out with nothing. I checked and the items were not left inside. I couldn't find an employee to report it to. I discovered Kohls last Christmas and fell in love. The store is well kept and organized, with a great variety of brands and items. They also have great deals on clearance clothing, and parking at this location is convenient. A great perk is to place your order online and pick up in store. There is one rather dry associate in the Customer Service department who could really learn to smile, but otherwise service is pretty good. The only area that is ALWAYS a mess is the toy section right next to Customer Service... Oh my!! On a side note, the rewards program and Kohls cash make it easy to save money. They also offer additional discounts via email, usually 10-20% off. The app is pretty handy, making it easy to keep track of your reward points and Kohls cash. Late last year, FINALLY, one opened up in Town and Country mall. So, I decided to check it out...after all, I felt as though I had known Kohl's all this time, from the commercials and all. I was not dissapointed. Kohl's turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It has everything from designer clothes to designer cookware. It also has tons of stuff at affordable prices. I was really impressed by their merchandise. I mean, Macy's is sort of like that but WAY overpriced. I don't know how Kohl's manages to sell good quality products for reasonable prices. Went to Kohl's two days ago to return some amazon items and let me tell you what a fan I am! The amazon return feature for drop off at Kohl's is great! No more boxing items up printing labels. Just bring your item and the Email you receive once you select return at Kohl's. Once you enter the store walk to the right and back end of the store where they do their regular returns. You'll see a stand to the left that says Amazon returns. The line to return was fast and painless. I was also given a 25% off coupon to use in store which I think is a great business move on their part and poor move on my end for using it haha. I now have a chic shower curtain from Kohl's as well as a cute Valentine's Day card for my boyfriend. All in all we're all winners with the new Kohl's Amazon returns! read more

I like their discounts but its really messy, im impressed, i think theyre short on staff, management there isnt very well trained nor the employees, everything is laying around on the floor or clothes are mixed up and messy, two ladies folding the same table didnt care to separate the mixed up mess, they folded shirts on top of different styles, i didnt feel like unfolding each and every one to see what was underneath. Then theres a section for electronics and games i guess, its like a tornado of toddlers ran thru it bc its overwhelmingly messy not even pleasant to dig in thru all the stuff. I had a stroller and there was barely any way thru. Not to mention the toy area. Its like they dont wanna sell anything. One particular lady at the jewerly area was very rude, she kept tending to 2 ladies and i kept waiting and i asked her for the price of some earings and she said she will tell me in a second, well a while went by and she kept laughing and talking to the other ladies and i asked again and she rudely said she couldnt bc she would have to open with the key and check and she cant right now and she walked away. Not very well mannered people in this area. Stay away, the deals are somewhat good but you really have to find something in all this mess is very time consuming. With coupons of $10 towards anything you buy it's impossible not to visit Kohl's. They have a great selection of stuff, but you definitely need time to look for items that you would buy. Bought a birthday present here, with a $10 coupon, and the item was $12 + tax, so in total I paid less than $3 for a birthday gift! How cool is that!! Had a REALLY nasty experience today. Went to return slippers I got from kohls.com, they were damaged after only a few weeks of use. My mistake was to bring the order e-mail that I received, but I had it in my e-mail and I brought the order #. So I showed them the e-mail which had the SKU #, and I was waiting for them to do whatever they have to and give me my refund. The manager comes out of nowhere, looks at me and my wife and says that they CANNOT return it, really nasty too. Real angry. He said since it was damaged, they couldn't resell it, and that it's a matter of "integrity" that we shouldn't be returning it. In other words, we have NO INTEGRITY because we want a refund on a damaged item....that's falling apart to pieces after 2-3 weeks of use.... I looked at him, grabbed my phone and explained to this wonderful manager that there's a refund policy and he HAS to return it. He said we have to return it to kohls'.com and I told him they sent us to the store, and then he said "where did you buy those?" in a real sarcastic attitude, so I told him sarcastically "look at the receipt on the phone, you see the words "kohls"? That's where I bought them, obviously..." They returned the slippers, but I will BE MAKING A LOT OF COMPLAINTS about that manager and this kohls because they obviously don't care about customers (I've been a customer for years at this VERY STORE and never been treated that way). They just lost a LONG TIME customer, over a $17 pair of slippers. 2.5 stars... All those years of Kohl's commercials raised my expectations for this store, I was really expecting an "ahhhhhhhhh" moment (angels with harps and puffy hearts)... I was somewhat disappointed because the quality of clothing is not better than Forever 21. I tried on a few of the Vera Wang Lavender label dresses, the seams were falling apart and the cuts were irregular - not good fashion - I can't believe that Vera Wang would put her name on such poor quality clothing. I like this store, first off because it is conveniently located in the Kendall area. You can find good deals in their clearance racks. Also th fax that sometimes they run the kohls cash specials where you spend $50 you get $10 kohls cash is great and now for thanksgiving they are giving back $15.00 for every $50.00 spend. Their hours are convenient too, they open at 9:00 even on Sunday's and close at 11 pm. They have great specials and they are always emailing coupons. Great store!! read more

I was so excited when I found out last year that a Kohl's would open near my house. For the past 6 months this store has really saved my butt quiet a few times. It opens around 8:30 so if I need to pick up an outfit for the kids school pictures, buy a jacket because my job is a freezer and I forgot mine at home, need to get that special someone a birthday gift, or just to kill time this is the place. The return/exchange line is a breeze, they have several cash registers open in the front and even if it gets to busy you can also pay at the beauty counter. It's a pretty nice place, the clothing prices are pretty cheap. The customer service is cool the staff is very helpful well at least to me when I asked for assistance. The only thing was the long wait line for cashiers, today must of been the day when they had a shortage on cashiers. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to avoid the hectic shopping malls, it carries just almost some of the brands. read more
