Hadn't been to an Express Store in forever! But during Christmas break when you're not traveling; and even if you are; what is there to do??? Shopping!! Anyway, I was taking a stroll in Dadeland Mall and went into Express! To my surprise, I found beautiful pieces of clothing for my new 2023 upgraded wardrobe! I was suuuuper happy with a pant suit I bought in this amazing deep magenta kinda color in velvet finish! Oh my!! I also got a couple of divine dresses! Half of the store was on sale so this was a really nice score for me! I'm liking what I see fashion wise at Express! It's getting harder and harder to find good quality, elegant clothing at the mall so this was perfect! I will be returning for sure!! read more

This Express store is located in the Dadeland Mall and is the biggest Express I have ever been to. I love portafino shirts and I like looking at their new styles, I don't always buy some, because let's face it, they had a bit expensive and really, how many shirts of the same stuff can I possibly have? They have lots of trendy clothes. However unlike forever 21 or H&M these clothes are not at all disposable. They are well-made and some of their staple items, such as blouses and trousers are very good quality. This store has very nice displays enclosed in glass enclosures. Their jewelry and accessories sections are by the register, they have such pretty displays, However, at one point there was a line while I was looking at earrings and I felt like I was in the way. Badly positioned. Other than that, I really liked this store. It was busy but the registers were fully operated and the line was moving quickly. read more

Recently I found myself in a bind. Truth is I hate pants and I found myself needing pants. Problem is the pants I had no longer fit, and well, that in itself should give you a clue how long it's been since I have had to buy pants. Specifically dress pants. Ugh. The pair of dress pants I own, because I still own them given that I haven't done my donating to Goodwill bit with them yet, were from Express and lasted me years. I would probably still be wearing them if it weren't that age impacts the body. Anyhow, went to Express given the caliber of attire and given the fact that it was relatively close to the DSW I had gone to prior that day. This particular location of Express is massive. Two floors in fact. Women's attire is on the first floor with men's attire being on the second floor. Got lucky and found there to be a sale of buy one pair of pants, get the second one 50% off. This is probably the best deal you can get on pants outside of Black Friday, so that's how I ended up with two pairs of pants. The girl who attended me in the fitting room was very sweet. She helped me get a proper-fitting pair of pants as I felt ridiculously awkward in them. I'm one of those women who has a small waist and a bigger than average butt for her frame, so pant shopping is a nightmare. This girl, whose name I wish I had gotten, was a champion of good will, literally going door to door and helping clients and their confidence. By the time I left the fitting room, I went straight to the line to pay, and this is where my issue is. For the amount of customers in the line, there were cashiers that weren't open. By the time my boyfriend and I got to the front to pay, they opened up more cashiers, but still this took an eternity and a day. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but I waited over half an hour to be rung up and that irritated me beyond belief. I can honestly say I spent more time waiting to pay than actually trying on pants, and meh, that's a huge no-no. read more

I recently visited this clothing store that boasts good service and high-quality clothes, but I must admit, the lack of air conditioning for over three months was quite a challenge. Despite the discomfort caused by the temperature, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the impeccable quality of the clothing they offer. While the price tags might be steep, the durability and style of the clothes make them a worthwhile investment. If the store addresses the air conditioning issue, it would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience. This also happened last year while trying on clothes there was no air conditioning leaving me incredibly sweaty and the clothes drenched with my own sweat. read more

Jill the manager told us they were closed at 7pm even though they close at 8 (according to express website and mall website). Called customer service like she requested and they were also confused as to why they were closed. They weren't answering customer service's calls to their store. I get if they're understaffed but they were so rude and kept trying to close the door on my husband while he inquired. All the other stores were open in the mall except theirs. read more

Express in Dadeland Mall is a great place to shop for the latest styles and cool clothing. I really like the selection here as they have some unique items that I have not seen in other Express stores. The staff here is very helpful in making sure that you have a really good shopping experience. I was happy with my purchases here and some really good items. read more

I needed a pair of black work slacks quick and after seeing a colleague wearing a nice pair I went to Express in hopes of scoring the same ones in my side. Luckily, there was a 40% off sale redeemable storewide. Now, while most of their clothes is overpriced I found a nice pair of pants which is exactly what I needed and came for. Malls usually give me anxiety because I hate shopping but if you park on the second level of the Macy's garage then walking here is not harsh. Dadeland can be a bit clustered at times but knowing what you need and how to get in and out quickly sure helps when you're coming for something specific and want to me quick. They'll offer you that points system at checkout which accrues points with purchases making future visits worthy of incentives. It's accesible and luckily right on the tip of the entrance making a stop here quick and easy. read more

I'm very happy with the customer service at this Express location as well as their great products. This neat and very organized two stories Express store, had a good variety of cloths. Located in the new section at Dadeland Mall. Today they had wonderful discount and I found what I was looking for. The guy helping us in the fitting rooms was so nice and happy. He even took care of the stuff we didn't get. The lady in the cash register was excellent and so gentle. She kindly fold the thing I got and wrapped my daughter's sunglasses with care. Best Express location EVER. I think I read somewhere that this is the biggest in the country, and I believe it. It's massive. Express is my favorite clothing store, second only to Guess & Forever 21. They have trendy, flattering clothes, and AMAZING sales. Their prices are a little steep, but the sales make it worthwhile - and they run them pretty often. They also do a lot of incentives, like giving you $10 or $15 off your next purchase within a certain timeframe. All in all, great location & great clothes. If you're an Express fan and haven't visited this one, you're in for a treat. read more

This is my favorite express location. They are always well stocked and have good sales. The floor attendants are friendly and provide great service. I have a credit card with express and I always get coupons in the mail. The best is when they have their semiannual sales. They have several boxes with clothing marked down at fractions of the price. read more

The selection in this store is the best in the area, & the staff is very friendly & helpful. I like that their are various places you could grab a dressing room since the store is pretty big. It was very well-organized, even during the holiday rush & I was in & out within 30 minutes every time I was there =) Their club-music volume however, has to go. I've made it a point to stop into an Express store in any and every mall that I shop in... and this one has the Best selections, as well as the most frequent sales, and they always are in stock... The new location at dadeland is smaller than where they were before. This is my only reason for lack of a star. I love express and the clothes are great quality. they always have the best clothes whether for work or play. Plus they always have deals and sales which is why i come here a lot! I am a big fan of the store. I'll admit some of the items can be pricey, but you can sign up to receive specials--such as sales or discounts. You can always catch me in an Express store. Their clothing can be timeless half the time. The employees are super helpful--I felt bad for the last employee that had to look all over the store to find me a dress that I loved in my size.
