He himself sized me and provided several options to choose from. He was transparent with pricing and was upfront with tailoring time frame. What I loved most about this location is that they give life time size refitting for all customers free as long as you give them a 3-week heads up in advance. This place is a total scam of false promises and incompetence. They made me come back multiple times for "fittings," each visit met with fake smiles and assurances that "everything would be taken care of." Total bulls**t! In the end: All groomsmen got mismatched white shirts--some with buttons, when we specified French cuffs for the custom cufflinks. Shirts weren't even pressed all wrinkled messes straight out of the bag. Suits were a disaster, and the whole order was botched despite unnecessary repeat visits. One final fit check should've been enough but they dragged it out for nothing. Now I'm stuck with a worthless tux and a wedding party that looked sloppy because of their laziness. Overrated, overhyped, and hands-down the worst service I've ever dealt with. Future customers: Save yourself the headache--GO ELSEWHERE. Or don't say you weren't warned. read more

Got nothing but LOVE for Sartori Amici and Sebastian!! It had been over 15 years (maybe even 20 ‍) since my husband had bought a suit. Turning 60 earlier this year, wanting to dress the part for some upcoming parties (so many of his friends turning 60 this year also), as well as some upcoming travel and planned trips, we went to Sartori Amici. Sebastian's service, and genuine desire to fulfill my husband's needs, as well as dress him more "in-style", was a huge success, especially considering my husband HATES shopping! Sebastian also made sure my husband got all his clothes tailored in a timely manner for his upcoming events.
