Waited till today to post my review. Left my name and number with the teenager clerks to have the owner call me by Thursday to speak with him and address my grievances like a gentleman, but he never called so here goes... My wedding date was June 30th. It was six in our wedding party with suits priced at almost $300, so do the math - that was an easy $1800 off of just us alone. Measurements were taken in the weeks prior and pickup dates were made. The day BEFORE my wedding we had one groomsmen with a size 34 waist, given a size 40 pair of pants and a jacket for someone twice his height. The other groomsmen wasn't even provided neither the vest nor the shirt to his 3 piece suit. The young girls left in charge of the store's response was, "The seamstress will try her best, if anything you can call us tomorrow after 12pm (actual day of wedding!)." When I went to drop off my suit after my wedding I asked to speak w the owner. The clerk said he wasn't there so I asked for his contact information. Upon the girl telling me she can't give that out I wrote my name and number on a paper and asked her to ask the owner to call me by Thursday. That's ok. If I've learned anything from 42yrs in Miami is you see a lot of places come and go and no one is immune from customer satisfaction. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. You've been warned. This isn't the same Manny's. It's switched owners and they kept the name. read more

I hadn't been in a Tuxedo store since my son went to prom many moons ago! But I needed a tux for my father and my cousin suggested Manny's. From the moment I walked in, there was such a positive energy in the room. Fernando was so kind to my father, who is in his 90's. He was extremely professional with such a great attitude. First of all I would like to thank the owner of Manny's for going the extra mile to make my sons prom happen. After a mishap the Tux was had not been received by the pick up date. Luckily the owner assured me he would overnight it for us. We went today to pick it up and jacket was not 100% perfect. Owner immediately offered to call in the seamstress to have it fixed. At the end of the story my son was happy with his Tux and I felt we were treated fairly. wowww!!!!! Beautiful Tuxedo for my 14 year old. We went early on the week to try it on, they took care of us immediately and we only had to come back Friday afternoon to pick up. On Friday, He tried it on just to check last looks, and they had to do some adjustments because my son is very slim, but they did it right away, and I even ask if they could make the pants a little more narrow on the legs and they did with no hesitation, and we were out in 20 min. My boyfriend and I were looking for a tux for our wedding, and after going to Mens Warehouse my boyfriend remembered about manny's where he had gotten his tux's in the past. After choosing the one he wanted he called Manny and they offered his and his groomsmen a better deal, so we definitely went back this saturday to reserve. Once there we were treated very well by Ben and he was very helpful. The specific tux I wanted him to get is technically a day tux however Ben gave us the idea of wearing black pants and making it a night tux and keeping the same coat. Perfect! After spending 2 hours in the store, I can tell you that I will NEVER come back! When we arrived there were five people ahead of us, but that didn't bother me. Waited a little while and my son went in to try his tux. The pants were way too short. We were told it would take ten minutes to fix. It actually took 40 minutes to get the new pants. They were also short (they looked like the same pair of pants). Waited some more. When I complained about the wait they finally brought out the new pants. Thank goodness they fit. While waiting a friend came to pick up her sons tux and his sleeves and jacket were too short as well. What a hot mess. You would think we hadn't come in before for measurements. Im guessing that they hire close friends and family. The guy who attended me knew very little. When I went to pick it up, the order wasn't even sent back for measurements and I was told to return in half an hour. Probably explains why everything felt a bit awkward when I tried it on. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY BUSINESS. I decided to get all of my tuxedos for my wedding here. A total of 10 tuxedos. When I came in to pick up my (the groom's) tuxedo 2 days before my wedding, they told me they had never seen me and did NOT have my measurements or my tuxedo ready. They "threw together" a tuxedo for me which did not fit at all and said "that's all we have". They gave my father a dirty jacket and shirt. When my brother in law came in to pick up his tux it was way oversized and they gave him a shirt that was 5 sizes too big and told him that was the only shirt they had that would fit his neck while laughing at him. They gave another one of my groomsmen a dirty jacket and shirt. We found a much nicer tux at Men's Warehouse for my brother in law. So when my Mother in law went to return the tux and confront them about the issues she was received with excuse after excuse from Carlos the supposed store owner, while he called her a liar to her face. I then called after their confrontation and he continued to call us liars and tried to tell me that we were all happy and it was obviously our problem that we weren't happy. NOT ONCE DID THEY ADMIT THAT THEY MESSED UP. THE OWNER OF A BUSINESS FELT IT WAS A BETTER ROUTE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER A LIAR THAN JUST SHUT UP, SAY SORRY, AND FIX THEIR MISTAKES. He still denied to me that he did not have my tux ready and told me that the tux fit me "perfectly". I looked like MC Hammer with the pants that they had. NEVER GO HERE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S MONEY. They are messing with people's weddings and they should know better. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Go to men's warehouse and save yourself the nightmare of dealing with this DIRTY, CHEAP, SCAM of a tuxedo rental place. read more

I have no idea what anyone else on here was rating, but Manny's might as well be called Manny's horse blankets. None of the tuxedos we rented for a wedding fit or even matched. There were a total of seven tuxedos rented 5 came without stripes on the pants, 2 came with stripes on the pants. The shoes also did not match in the same ratio. Which was not noticed until later because everyone picked up the tuxedos at different times. Many of the tuxedos had stains and cigarette burns that were not noticed in the ill-lit room provided for us to try them on in. I will say I did enjoy manny regailing us with stories of bar complaints as a former lawyer. Made me feel very comfortable with the transaction. I would have given this zero stars if possible. read more

I spoke with Jose, the store manager, who was extremely nice & provided excellent customer service. I then went in so my son could pick out his tux & get measured. We were immediately greeted upon entering & the employee asked if he could help us. I stated we were there to see Jose who promptly came out to greet us & help. The store is very clean, well stocked, with a very nice selection of tuxedos & suits in an array of colors & styles to choose from.
