I don't know how they pass fire inspection. The aisles are literally 1 foot wide. Im pretty skinny and had tonturn to the side to squeeze through the clothing racks. Overall the men's section is pretty bad, they only had a total of 6 racks. The line is always out onto the sales floor no matter what time of day you come. read more

Yaqueline is the rudest older woman who works here. Everyone else is so sweet and inviting but yaqueline insists on treating people like she is better than them. She won't even look customers in the eyes. The manager had to apologize for her ridiculous behavior numerous times. Otherwise I love this store, everyone is so kind. So nobody assisted us while we're in the store. Also, the line was like way backed up and there was a bunch of people walking around and nobody was helping out cash out people out the lines only two people working while other people just dillydallied all over the store lastly, I bought these pair of shoes that were the last ones there that I really needed for an event that I'm going to and they were really damaged and worn out and the manager refused to knock down the price. Stopped by here to finish up last minute Christmas shopping and we found this Flagler location to be clean and organized with plenty of unique items at reasonable prices. As far as item selection, we prefer this one more than other locations. Another positive about this location is it's proximity to a wide variety of food places nearby within this plaza or just a mile or two away near FIU. I noticed all the bad reviews for this location related to poor customer service. We didn't experience any of that. The only thing was that the checkout line was a bit slow and could've been a little faster, but the service was very nice in our experience. read more

TJMAXX has to be one of my all time favorite stores! This store is like my Target... take all my money. The fact that they sell practically everything doesn't help. It's a one stop shop. The finds are great and the prices are decent. I wouldn't say the cheapest but still. Now the clearance items are awesome but you have to dig around for those. These were some of my best finds today. The artichoke tomato bruschetta spread is the SHI*! Pair it with some parmesan garlic and herb pita chips and it's the perfect appetizer while entertaining. But all that aside, you can tell we are nearing the holiday season because the store is a HOT MESS. My suggestion would be to go as soon as the store is open and make sure you go comfy (gym wear and sneakers) because there is sooooooo much to see and go through. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place is a joke, customer service is the absolute worst. I've never experienced anything like this. I came in to return something, waited in line for 10 mins. There was one person working the register and one person organizing hangers and walking around doing anything to avoid the line that was quickly growing, when it reached 6 people behind me she finally decided to get on a register... I shopped around then was back at the check out, same situation, different people. I've never seen people work so slow. ZERO sense of urgency despite a growing line. 2 people in front of me, 2 people working behind the registers, finally after 20 mins I am called to register 2 only to see the women grab her phone, answer it and WALK OUT OF THE STORE...I unload my cart, thinking she will return shortly. 4 minutes passes, she returns, says something to the effect of oh I didn't know blah blah blah....I said yes, you pushed the button that called your register. When I mentioned it to the manger, she couldn't care less. Didn't even apologize. Great Never again. read more

I've been to this location several times and mostly every time I've had a bad experience with the employees. For some reason they always seem to be in a bad moon. Also I've noticed a few times when I'm looking at something, one particular employee that is working on the floor walks in front of me and starts moving stuff around or putting stuff back on the racks even though I was going through that rack of clothes and she does it several times. I understand she is doing her job but I'd be nice if she could just wait until I'm done (also because of covid and social distancing I don't appreciate her standing right in front of me) read more

Loving this new location! I came here to simply make a return and ended up shopping for an hour! I was really happy with this new TJ Maxx. It is very clean, organized, and chic. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Lines weren't bad at all, but I may have gone during a quiet time. I found this location has more stuff than the others I frequent. Maybe because it's so organized, it's very easy to find everything. I didn't end up finding much to actually buy, but nonetheless it was a pleasant experience. My general TJ Maxx frustration continued at this store though: no size 5 or 5.5 shoes! :( read more

I bought some pants on clearance at another Tj max store for $23 with my TJ max card and wanted to return them. I lost the receipt. I wasn't expecting any cash back, only a store credit. The cashier said he needed to verify the price. He came back and said the pants were now $10. I decided to keep the pants... I browsed through the store and found the same pair of pants at the original price $29.99. Came back to the cashier and they still didn't honor the exchange for store credit. They came up with an excuse as to how many weeks the pants had been at the store I bought them versus theirs. TOTAL NONSENSE. Never again to that store. If indeed this is not the stores fault but TJ Max policy, then i foresee a dark future ahead. Policies should make sense and not push customers away. read more

I've read the other reviews and that is not my experience. I actually really like this store. It's small but they have a nice selection and this is the only store where the line is usually short. Other Tjmaxx's have super long lines no matter when you go. Regarding the sales staff, they are the same amount of rude at every other T.J.Maxx. So, who cares. I like this store. read more

This TJMaxx has terrible customer service! The line is usually over and hour. The staff is super rude! Waited in line for over an hour got to my car and noticed one of the items I purchased was broken; there was no way to notice unless I opened it. Went back to rerun it since I was still in the parking lot and they give me an attitude. I spent over $200 with the TJMaxx card, you would think they would be a bit nicer to their patrons specially card holders. People should just be nice to each other in general, no need to be rude. I had just been in with the clerk just a couple of minutes before. I had to get back in line for another 45 minutes for the return. I only came to this store because I needed a quick outfit for my niece. Unfortunately for the sales employees here who are very nice, there are 2 managers- a guy and girl- who don't seem to think that they work in retail or actually work at this TJ Maxx AT ALL. The guy didn't move from his spot after I told him there was a stain on the shirt. "You can go get it," he said. Ummmm ok, isn't that your job? The girl, who came because the guy didn't budge, said, "What do you want a discount or something?" Ummmm no what I want is another shirt that isn't damaged, but I guess that's too much to ask. Had my phone stolen there as well ! Same exact story from below with the only difference being that my phone was stolen on a different day but still the same time, same location,same dismissive rude staff and same story about being told that security was not in. l Came in the next day and was told again that the security wasn't going to be in and they had no idea when they would be. The store has barely any service making it impossible for customers to track their phone even if they wanted to. It's clear that there is an employee theft-ring going on in this store. I returned a shopping cart that was almost a block away and the cashier I talked to didn't even look at me as I was talking to her. Didn't say a thing. Another employee just started at me right beside the cashier, silent. A customer ended up thanking me likely from the rudeness of the employees.
