The employee was a tall young skinny girl that was passive aggressive with me and said we can't return your money because it has runs and scuffs. I said look at all of your dresses this is how they come. I grabbed dresses randomly from the rack and showed her that they all had scuffs and runs. She said sorry return it back online and that was it. Apart that the dresses were damaged the customer service was poor. I definitely won't recommend any of my daughter's friends parents to shop there.
