I read in reviews that the men in Artigiano treat you like family, and I can tell you after working with them firsthand, that I can also say the same. Went here to get a suit after Nordstrom was unable to fit me and was completely blown away. This place has a homey vibe and is filled with passionate experts who are dedicated to their craft. They stayed open an hour late for me to make sure I got fitted to the best quality possible and bent over backwards to help me get a suit tailored and a custom shirt made on a short deadline (three weeks). These guys are the real deal. Everyone who works there, especially the owner, is extremely professional and you can immediately tell they take their work seriously. They treat their customers with the utmost respect and are very accommodating. I simply needed the buttons changed on my blazer and so I gave them a call and asked if they could do it by the next day. I thought they would give me a no, but without hesitation they said they would help me out as long as I had the buttons (which I did). They did me the favor and they didn't skimp on the quality of their work simply because it was a small job. I bought entire wardrobe for work at Artigiano 6 years ago. I purchased several pants, shirts, custom shirts, belts, as well as a pair of jeans and a sportcoat. Although it was more than what I had budgeted, in the end it saved me ALOT of money. The styles are classic and timeless. The clothing (from several different designers) is extremely well made using high-quality materials. I probably wore each piece 200 times; they all held up very well. Only recenlty did some items become threadbare. Now I need to find time to to travel to Miami for some custom fitted shirts and pants. Shopping at Artigiano is a unique experience. The sales professionals truly care about your appearance. It does take a good amount of time to shop so don't sell yourself short with a quick visit. I would reccomend Artigiano not only as an enjoyable shopping experience but an investement in yourself.
