I called multiple times and all they said was that they did refund me (it had been over a week at this point with no refund). Then, I broke my foot so I ended up settling on something that would cover my unsightly boot. The dress had big balloon sleeves that were extremely long on me and ended with an ugly elastic at the wrist, so I knew I had to do something with them. I own a blouse with similar sleeves that end in a cuff, so I took the blouse with me when I dropped off the dress. Ana is lovely, honest and fair. She explained that it might not be possible to make the sleeves look like the blouse, especially in just a few days, and I appreciated her candor. She charged me a fair price and I left hoping the dress would look as nice as possible. I picked the dress up today and was amazed by how good the sleeves look. She made the cuff look exactly like the ones on the blouse and now it looks like a completely different dress! I am SO grateful to Ana, and will ABSOLUTELY be back! I am very particular about my clothing and get pieces altered often, so if I'm pleased, it says a lot! If you need something tailored, do not hesitate to give Ana a call. Ismael was knowledgeable and truly seemed to want the best for us when it came to photos and appearance on the day-of. Furthermore, I & A was able to help my dad! He traveled in from out of town just to realize he forgot his suit on the west coast! Ismael mentioned on our first visit that if such incident occurred, he could help. Sure enough, day before the wedding, my husband brought my dad to the shop and not only did they leave with my husbands perfectly tailored suit, but also a perfect rental for my dad.
