I purchased a seasonal candle for $7.99, and shortly after leaving the store, it slipped from my hand and fell to the floor. Since I was still very close by, I returned to the store hoping to either replace the broken candle or receive credit toward another. To my surprise, both the cashier and the floor manager refused to assist me in resolving the situation. They did not offer to replace the candle with a similar one or provide any form of credit. I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism and willingness to help, especially as a frequent customer who had spent nearly $100 in the store just the day before.
