came here from out of town(California) just window shopping and was surprised they have the brand Hot&Delicious. i was so excited to find the matching bottoms to the top i already have. unfortunately they didn't have my size only a size Large in the light blue pants. not to mention they were almost $200 when they normally run A LOT cheaper...like holy cow that's upping the price by too much..like greedy level. i saw a lot of reviews of when people took photos the older lady would get upset but fortunately for me that didn't happen when i took a pic of the pants i wanted. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The lady working this evening on 4/9/26 around 7pm was so rude. She acted as if I was damaging the clothes simply by looking at the tags. She was clearly racially profiling and made me feel so small. I was too annoyed to buy anything after encountering her rudeness. I just spent thousands of dollars at designer district yesterday so I have the means to buy anything in this store. Do not treat people badly. Management-fire this employee. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! I recently purchased a dress from this store for a special night out on the town - unfortunately - one of the straps holding up the dress came unstitched (shoddy construction) before leaving the hotel room (first time EVER WORN outside of the store). I had to stitch the dress strap back in place in our hotel room before we went out for the evening. What the staff in the store failed to do when I bought the dress was to provide a new (never been worn before dress) and they instead sold us one (by their own admission the next day when I tried to return it) that was "probably" roughly handled by previous customer(s) trying it on - store associates would not approve a full refund. Staff, however, did provide the same dress in exchange (never out of the plastic bag it was shipped in new) - SHADY!! Why didn't they provide us a new dress to begin with???? Additionally, the store associates would not provide contact information for the shop owner to discuss the issue further and could/would not give a legitimate reason why this was an inappropriate request from a customer. read more

The older ladies working there were rude from the moment I walked in, and instead of being welcoming they immediately told me no pictures or recording inside. On top of that, the clothes are way too overpriced for what you get, the quality is cheap and definitely not worth the money. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for good customer service or well-made fashion. read more

Don't even step into this place, staff is rude, condescending, high pressure selling skanks from oversees with used car dealership attitude of salesman who are trying to make you feel like they are doing you a favor selling you their sweatshop merchandise that are made in Turkey, lol. My girlfriend took pictures and send them to me and she liked this dress there. I told her to just go buy it. She is super conservative when it comes to us spending but somethings are worth it in my opinion. She is extremely smart but against her better judgement went there for the 2nd time because I told her to just go buy it after she told me they were rude the last time she went there. She went in to buy. Of course she tried to negotiate best deal and they were so rude to her that she left and did not buy it. By the way it's fashion and style is 2 years old so no one should buy it. Here's the dress' picture attached. I told her to buy it for $1,000 but when she went in the sales lady made a mistake and said she will honor the price of $850 that she had promised. So knowing the price of $1,000 was negotiable, she tried to negotiate so they shot themselves in the foot and did not make a sale that was a 100% guaranteed. I will also contact the brand "Diamond for Eden" in Paris via facebook and let them know who and how their brand is being presented. Good luck selling your 2 year old fashion now. Came in here ready to spend some cash. Even with the awful experience here, still bought a overpriced pair of swim shorts. The women who has worked here for 20 years, as she claimed, was one of the worst sales professionals I've ever met in the industry. Had to ask her to show me where things were, she seemed to careless on helping me out. Even when I was paying for my swim shorts, she had major attitude. Word of advise, hire people who care about customer service. I decide to take my cash right next store to Surf Style, I spent over $300 for some shirts and had a great experience with Suzanne D. U Rock Couture is my favorite store in Miami Beach. I like to treat myself at least once a month and I go and shop either at the Ocean drive location or at the Collins ave. location. Both stores are so beautiful, and I love the variety of beautiful clothes and pretty accessories in both stores, and I am always able to find a beautiful shirt or either a pretty jewelry there. I am so excited that i have found U Rock stores here in the city where i live as I love all the clothes and jewelry pieces i have purchased and i m looking forward to visit the stores very soon again. The customer service is always perfect at both locations. I always feel very welcomed and invited visiting U Rock stores and i exit being so grateful and happy for being able to purchase a beautiful shirt and jewelry. I even bought 2 beautiful coffee tumblers from U Rock covered in glamourous crystals, so now i have my coffee in a gorgeous cup. Tonight i bought a beautiful je t' aime shirt and i love it. Today I was in Miami Beach for a day longer than expected. I did not bring another outfit & my friends wanted to go out clubbing. I wanted to go all out for the last day. I needed something beautiful, showstopping and unforgettable. After walking down ocean drive for 40 minutes I finally came across U-rock culture. Though the window display did catch my eye, I was not sure if they were gonna have what I was looking for. To my surprise, they had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Literally within the first 3 seconds of walking in the store I was in love with atleast 5 items. Rhinestones everywhere. Show stopping styles that you could never find on any social media app. I have money but I am not Miami wealthy so I was nervous to see what the prices were. I looked around for help & immediately was greeted by Sana who was nothing less than perfect. She was not only helpful, but a complete Angel with a heart of gold. Everything I loved was under $200 and which exceeded my expectatloons completely. Not only are these ONE OF KIND pieces but they are good quality & substantially cheaper than any store I had gone to. I walked out with 12 outfits & paid extra to have my suitcase home exceed 15 pounds. These clothes have lasted me months in New York. I am so appreciative and would shop there everyday if I lived close by. Definitely check it out if you wanna look hot anywhere you go. Thank gosh they have an online store so I have been able to order a couple more accessories but nothing compares to the first step walking in. Everything is perfect. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! My husband and I visit Miami Beach often and while there this past May we purchased a number of items including a crystal embellished clutch. The first clutch purchased would not stay latched so we immediately returned it for a different one. Fast forward to our holiday party in December and I was excited to use and show off my new clutch. Unfortunately, an hour after arriving the metal strap broke off and the clasp both broke clean off. The good news is that we were scheduled to return to Miami Beach a couple of weeks ago. I brought it with me to exchange. When I explained the situation to the clerk I was immediately turned away with her saying that their exchange policy is two weeks. This I can understand under normal circumstances, however this store is in a heavily trafficked TOURIST location on Ocean Blvd. so one would expect that people who are not FROM the area would be making purchases from their store. The issues that I have specifically are; being treated like I stole the clutch from them because I didn't have the receipt on me, the abruptness in turning us away, and that we paid a fair amount for it and they refused to do anything to fix it. It's really too bad because we are still enjoying the other items that we purchased from them and are keeping our fingers crossed that they do not fall apart also.... read more

Buyers be aware what you purchase there. It is definitely catered towards the tourist industry. I went to South Beach with some friends to celebrate a birthday. We live in Florida so it was no big deal to drive down there and spend the night. I purchased a pair of jeans that caught my eye even though my wife objected. The original price on the jeans were $289 dollars. I thought I did a grat job in negotiating a price of $200. When I got home the next day I researched the jeans on line and found I could have easily bought them on eBay for $89 dollars!! In addition which I was also not aware of, the back of my receipt was stamped "Final Sale", so I can't go back and get a refund. All I have to say is shame on me for not being a better shopper. The store is geared towards Tourists and a big rip off. So buyers beware. read more

I actually eyed this boutique when I was in Miami last year in 2010. So I made it one of my missions to get back to this place when I discovered I would be making another trip to Miami. Its called U-Rock Couture. There are a plethora of different shops on South Beach but U-Rock Couture stands out amoung many. The overall theme of the store seems to be to sell anything fabulous and over the top! I loved it. The store decor itself was quite over the top and extravagant. Needless to say I was in complete awe as I walked through the store! Everything is so blingy, so over the top, so glam, with a Cuban or Hispanic flair. My most favorite part of the store were the shoes! I can't say this enough, if you know me you know I love most things with sparkles, glitter, and sequins. Glam :-) The shoes were all these things and more. U-Rock Couture is also fill with other glams clothes and accessories, like the completely necessary blinged out Dwayne Wade jersey the mannequinn is holding below, rhinestone rimmed shades, and glamerous belts. U-Rock Couture is definitely the place to find all these glamerous, blingy, and over the top! So if your ever your ever in Miami and your looking for some pieces that will set you apart from the competition, stroll on down Ocean Drive and visit U-Rock Couture Boutique. In June 2011 I bought a funky retro hippy necklace. Red beads with silver beads and a silver cross price: $250. I was assured by the lady who sold it that it was pure solid silver. This was one of many items my girlfriend and I bought. In total we spent $2,000 +. Within 10 days (after having returned to London) the "pure solid silver" beads and chain turned copper!! It's was silver-plated....and poorly plated at that! We were also told by the sales girl that we could claim back the US Sales Tax at the airport when we left the USA. This too was a bare-faced lie. Anyway, on the 8th March 21012, we returned to Miami (we are from London) so I took the necklace back to the store. I was asked to produce the receipt which I didn't it have, but was pretty obvious that I bought the necklace there because they had an almost identical one for sale. Plus, we were wearing their T shirts bought on our previous trip. I said I would be happy with an exchange, which the manager refused. Why? I don't know. The only thing I was offered was: he would send the necklace back to the company who produced it, ask them to re-string it, send it back to him...and he would post it back to me in London. Well, its the 16th April 2012 and I am not entirely surprised to report that the necklace has not been sent to me as the manager promised. Shops in general are very quick to take your money, yet very reluctant to give it back even when their products are faulty and not fit for purpose. However, this outfit take this to a new level - its like getting butter out of a dogs mouth! It's not as if we are local, allowing me to pop in and pursue this matter.....which probably explains quite a lot. These people are very clearly ripping off tourists knowing they are powerless, when they have returned home. Anyway, to steal a line from Arnie "I will be back"( later this year), and, as they have been lying fairly consistently (they do little else), there will be no Mr Nice Guy next time I walk in their store. My advice? Don't buy their over-priced tat and if it goes wrong, don't expect any customer care whatsoever. These guys are bandits (not Rockers) and couldn't give a flying toss about the customer. First time in boutique and I was appalled at the music. Profanity, racial slurs, pornography.. why are businesses that are in the business of customer service falling into the abyss of wretchedness? One of the nicest stores in south beach. i was there in Dec and the manager and staff were awesome. My wife and I had the best shopping experience. Keep in mind things are very pricey. We know we paid more than we should've and probably could've gotten it cheaper else where but the service was really good and the manager also gave us a discount. However, I was there last month and the only thing that stayed the same is the chandeliers! Staff is horrible! We were greeted by an aggressive, anoying blond women who was very rude. We ended up shopping down the street. What a dissapointment. read more
