This H&M is very organized and spacious. The clothes tend to be more work attire and some weekend clothes. They have another level but I didn't check it out. I found the prices to be more expensive but that could be because of tariffs or the area. They also have a lot of smaller sizes from what I looked at not too much large sizes. Maybe upstairs offered more but other than that it was clean and organized. No crowds but it was later in day when I went. Most of the stores are opened later in this area. So I think it's worth going to see if they have some thing you like. read more

This is one of the most beautiful H&Ms I've ever been to. The location on Lincoln Ave is gorgeous, expectedly, and the 1st and 2nd floor have a bright, fun aesthetic that gets you excited and ready to shop. That is, until you reach the 3rd floor. That's the mens floor. The floor where all of us guys wonder up to to find affordable t-shirts and something that'll go with our new AE Jeans. As it happens, it's also one of the worst things on Lincoln St. The floor of the 3rd floor was dirty, most of the clothes were wrinkly, and the dressing room was an absolute chaotic mess. Oh, and it was about 4x smaller than the 1st and 2nd floor. Woman: 7/8 of the store, Men: 1/8. It just felt disrespectful, particularly because both times I've been there I was really excited to go and then had my hopes dashed. All of the guys were wondering around dejectedly, searching for something they knew they weren't going to find (good clothes). 5 stars for the first two floors, -2 stars for the sad 3rd. read more

This location isn't like other ones I've been too. Usually most H&M stores are very helpful and willing to help you out. Everyone in there literally acted like my wife and I were invisible. There were a lot of side conversations going on and no one cared if customers were there or not. It was also difficult to navigate through the store. In order to get to the men's floor you have to go up one and then walk down some stairs which no one explained to us. I recently went to South Beach (something I try not to do because of the traffic) and went into H&M. I had not shopped there for a while. I immediately saw how much more expensive the clothes were, but the quality was still mediocre. There was only 1 associate in the men's section and he was no where to be found. The only cashier was on the first floor and she was busy somewhere else. Then I was asked if I wanted a shopping bag. I said of course. I was charged for that shopping bag! I was dumbfounded. Who the hell carries a shopping bag into a clothing store?! It's not a grocery store! And don't tell me it's to reduce. No one goes clothes shopping and takes their own bag just in case they see something they like. It's just another way to squeeze more money out of people while providing by them less. read more

The absolute best thing about this location is how they turned a theater into an H&M but still kept the theater theme throughout the store while making it very Miami inside. The store is enormous. And like every other H&M, it's very messy. The lines can get long because it's south beach and it's very busy and the employees aren't in a rush. Take the elevator because why not? It's gold and you can take selfies inside while you go up the floor. It's a good place to shop cheaply while you cool down from the Miami weather. read more

I came here the day it officially opened to the public (yesterday) and waited in a line of about 10 people which wasn't bad at all (went in the late afternoon). Once I got in, of course it was a mad house but it was opening day so have to give them a break. It wasn't PACKED. Yould could freely move around everywhere and it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. I was really surprised that they still had a LOT of things in stock (I assume everything) and in every size. The store is amazing as it has every style of clothing ranging from super fancy party dresses to very casual tee's. Great price points as well as the clothes really range in price as well so there's something for everyone. The staff was really helpful and friendly despite it being a crazy madhouse/opening day. It was refreshing. The store in itself was beautiful and HUGE. Make sure you don't skip out on any floor as each floor offers different styles. I did not want to wait in the crazy line for the dressing room so I just found a mirror and tried things on over my clothes and figured I would return anything I didn't like (I ended up liking them all when I tried them on at home). There was a pair of shoes that they didn't have in my size but one of the associates told me that they get shipment in on Saturday and to write down the style number (which she showed me how to find) and call to see if they get it in then. The check out line was SUPER fast as I only waited behind one person!!!!! I will definitely be back to this store as it is probably the best retail store in South Beach. Finally!!!!! read more

Slinking in here like a crafty fox entering a poorly guarded henhouse, I shrugged off my guilt knowing full well I was already 20 pounds over my allotted 50 pounds luggage allotment. I guess if you're going to be bad, be really bad. Very nice and very crowded. I wouldn't try something on here for all the fish head soup in china. I would buy a ton of stuff and try it on at the hotel and then return what I didn't want. Really if you know your size here you should be alright. Really cute stuff but disappointing bikinis as online they have really nice ones that were not here. On the flip side if your looking for a good basic you might find it here. There was a dj playing here and so behind one of the racks I danced a bit checking off my need to go dancing for the night. I didn't buy anything but did find the purse I wanted so ill be back. The setup of this H&M is weird although I like how it was multi-level and located on the Lincoln Mall strip. You walk in, and there's just so much to look at. It was about an hour to closing time and our party came in to look around. Such great deals and I ended up finding some mini-skirts and a cute cut-out pleather dress for good prices. I honestly had to guess if the skirts and dress would fit since the dressing rooms were closed and I didn't feel like changing clothes. Actually, I couldn't even find the dressing rooms. The signage for the rooms were in such odd places that I felt like I was going thru a maze. The line to purchase were long during closing and there were only a couple cashiers. Came by about 30 minutes before closing for a quick v-neck shopping trip. This was probably the emptiest I've ever seen this place, so that in itself was a major plus. We climbed the three flights of stairs to the top floor and swept through the clutter. The store was totally trashed at this hour as you can imagine tourists and locals come through all day long and just move things around and leave clothing all over the place. I feel bad for the staff for having to maintain this high volume retail store, but I guess it's to be expected. The prices at H&M are consistently great and the quality is decent, so that's why we keep coming back. I was really excited for this location when I heard of its opening over a year ago, and I've come back again & again for some bargains, however, my last visit was enough to make me not want to come back. I was here on a Saturday afternoon, and was unaware they had a DJ in the store. I thought the music was just over the top loud, but no... It was the damn DJ playing awful EDM hits. The music was so loud, enough to make your ears bleed. I asked an employee if the volume could tuned down, because it was making my shopping experience difficult & she simply said "There's nothing we can do!" I should have spoken to a manager, but instead I decided to leave all the merchandise in my hand on a table & left empt handed. I lived on the beach for many years and when I was rushed to buy an emergency outfit, I'd have to decide between thus location and the Aventura one. Granted, this location is in a much mode congested area due to its vicinity to SoBe so it offers its perks and cons. All of the nearby retailers are pretty much tourist traps but with its lack for parking it makes the feasibility of accessibility much more restricted. If there happens to be a special event and the parking garage is hiked to $20 then you question yourself in how bad you need another pair of jeans. If you're on foot and just taking your sweet time to stroll and shop, then yes! Sometimes all you need is a quick blouse. Yet other times you're trying to redo your wardrobe. Either way, try to arrive during hours that aren't inflicted with high heavy traffic because you just might get lucky and find that perfect meter spot. read more

I was here because I needed to quickly find a last minute belt & a shirt. I was not intending to spend much time here because I was short on time. The great part of this store is that it is huge and has 3 floors of items. There are plenty of options to pick from. When I finally found a shirt I walked to their fitting room and I was waiting in line for 10 minutes. There were many people in line and only a few dressing rooms were open. I did notice that there were many other dressing rooms however they were not being operated. For such a large location and with so many people in line I believe that all fitting rooms should be put to use. I ended up just leaving without trying on the shirt because the line was not moving and the people in front of me had a lot of clothes to try on. When I found the belt that I needed I made the line upstairs in the men section and the lady in the register left as soon as she finished the transaction with the person in front of me. I asked two other employees if anyone can help me to purchase my items and they just seemed like they really didn't want to try instead they just said not sure must be closed. This is a fantastic H&M. Why? The buildout is spectacular, and even with its 3-story tall LED screen with epilepsy-inducing video fashion show footage, the intricate details of the store pay homage to the deco theater (that previously housed the New World Symphony) that stood before H&M took over. But first...the shopping details: This store has the goods. It first opened during the Maison Martin Margiela H&M collaboration, and when my pals in NYC told me the whole Tri-State area was fresh out of the collection, Lincoln Rd. had lots to pick from. Although Lincoln Rd. is filled with flagship retail stores, other chain retailers (ahem, Forever 21) don't necessarily get it right. H&M deserves 5 stars for setting up a flagship for Florida/Latin America that is worthy of its landmark, historical location and Deco architectural surroundings. Well done. read more

A lot of the men's clothes are low quality at cheap prices. There are some good finds of trendy clothes but mostly for teenagers or men in there early 20's who want casual clothes for hanging out. I think you could go to Macy's and find more different name brands than the stuff here. I visited this H&M today. This used to be a theatre and it turned into their flagship store which is really neat! I went right when it opened and even though there was quite a bit of people, I never bumped into anyone. It was really spacious and kept nice and tidy. However, I don't think their styles have a lot of variety. I would have liked to see a lot of the bright, vibrant colors that represent Miami and have that integrated into the clothes, bags, & accessories. I read some reviews that said the LED screen behind the registers gets really hot after standing there for too long. I was only slightly, and I mean SLIGHTLY warm at most. It was nowhere near as ridiculously hot as some people have stated. There were also no lines at the fitting rooms since the store just opened up. But the line at the register was pretty long, even with extra cashiers, so that's a negative. Overall, it's a great location in Miami and definitely worth checking out. However, I just don't think it quite hits the mark when comparing it to other H&M's in Florida. Still a lovely store to visit and I would definitely come back again! My advice is to go right when the store opens if you can! read more

Check out $1 and $3 men underwear, always on sale! What a bargain... Employees don't really ask you to help, but that's okay. They say hi when you are around and help if you need anything. One manager who works in the afternoon, short, latina, female, curly hair.... she has a GROSS attitude. I've seen her dozens of times and she acts like you bother her when you ask her any questions. Last time she asked me: "Why do I always buy women's clothes?" I replied: "Hi, welcome to H&M, how can I help you, how's your day? Shouldn't you ask this type of questions?" I'm gonna get her name and bring light to her bad attitude. I typically think h&m is decent (I shop their stores maybe once a year) however this location pissed me off to the highest pisstivity! I took a pair of men's jeans to the register and they rung up for $29.99. I politely told the cashier the sign on the table I got the jeans from said $14.99. She calls to the men's dept, they say oh no they are $19.99. So I walk back upstairs to men's, take a pic of the sign, the managers Annabelle and Nicole come to the register and argue with me that the sign is wrong (not my problem) and they can't honor the price advertised. They were willing to give me the jeans for $19.99 (there wasn't a $19.99 sign anywhere in the store so still unsure where this figure came from) but not $14.99. Pathetic to ruin your integrity over $5. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I doubt I'll be shopping here again, ever. read more

Everything is pretty neat and organized which i like but the clothes are nothing out of this world to me. I dont know if its just me, but i think they hype it up way too much on tv/commercials. All depends on your taste in clothes because i didnt find that many things that REALLY caught my eye.
