So I love to go to Nordstrom Rack in Aventura but this particular time I purchased some Tory Burch shoes on August 16th, not even a month old. So I decided to wash them because of some dirt, but when I did, the green color bled on the cream color. She were done. I called Nordstrom to explain and the guy went to go look at the shoes in the store and I asked is this normal for these shoes. Of course he did not know and that was fine, but then he said what do you want us to do. I told him I don't know and that is why I called.. Nordstrom rack is always going to be a hit for me. High end fashions at a very good price will forever be my vibes. I stopped in to find a pair of "comfortable" heels for a dinner this coming week and found that and a pair of sneakers and spent under 30 bucks thanks to my $10 Nordstrom note credit on my shopper account and the clearance markdowns. This Nordstrom Rack has great deals! It's located in the midtown Miami area and is conveniently located to other shops in the area as well. It can get a little chaotic but staff is usually helpful with any questions you may have. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, perfume/cologne, make up, purses and backpacks. They're on sale for $19 so I'm happy I'm getting my underwear for the year. They also have really cool T-shirts the men's cologne the shoes I found a unbelievable pair of Versace sneakers that are is intricate and colorful as his dream. get there early so you don't have to fight over everything. It's definitely worth going just the fragrances they have products to make ups the clothes the this shoes the handbags I bought a handbag that he originally paid $1700 for the $500 it was in perfect condition and I was able to get both my sisters matching precious. read more

Kind of a let down for me, and I love a Nordstrom Rack. I felt like the space was really small and the departments were really tiny, not much of a selection of anything, especially the men's clothing and men's shoes, but that being said, I kind of felt like things were oddly spread out so they had space for clothing, but just didn't have it. Did everything sell out before I got there? Or did they just not order enough merchandise? I was definitely let down by the shoe selection. Even more annoying is the clearance area which had no clearance pricing on them, only the large, "clearance" sign above. Even though it was on clearance, you had no idea what the price was because it only had the retail pricing on it which was not the coolest. I was really surprised by this location being that it's in the middle of the shops at Midtown, I assumed it would have a great selection of things since it would be so heavily visited by locals and tourists, but either it's just not or everyone got to the goods before I made it there. read more

The selection here for clothing is meh. I will say I've gotten a few decent pairs of shoes and boots but all were just put out, no wait on it price reductions the way you would get out in the suburban strip mall scene. But its a hotspot for tourists so don't expect to find any bargains left for clear the rack sales. It's all picked over well before you got there. The same shoes on the "designer" section are also in the regular section. I do have to compliment them on the sales staff. They are always quick and nice at purchase and I've had to do a return and it was a super smooth process so kudos to them on that! read more

This Nordstrom Rack is located at the Shops At Midtown, across from West Elm. There is some limited street parking available (but you will have to download the parking app to pay for parking) or you can park at the nearby parking structure. Unfortunately parking is not free in this dog friendly outdoor shopping mall and no stores here seem to validate parking :( Anyways, I came by this location last night about 30 minutes before closing with my dog and my husband (yes Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores are dog friendly). This store seems to be a little smaller than the location at Miracle Marketplace, but did seem to carry high end brands that I prefer to buy. However, those brands (Valentino & Prada was just a few brands to name that I saw on this visit) were just too expensive. You are better off purchasing these items at those brand stores during their yearly sales where a lot of their shoes and handbags are 40% off. Nordstrom will also sell those items at the sales price and will price match those brand stores. Anyways, I did like browsing in this store but one thing that would keep me from coming back is the parking. It really is a shame that stores and eateries here do not offer validation because this outdoor mall had a lot of great places to check out. read more

I'll give this store a 4-star only because I walked out with some really good finds. Also, It was late Saturday when I stopped by and the store still looked nice and organized. Some stores can look rummaged through on a late afternoon. This store is small but because it's in an artsy and posh area they do carry a few more designers than a store that's attached to a mall or a main drag. The service was great and I was able to move around the store effortlessly. Not because it was empty but because the store was laid out for easy browsing. I can see how some people may not find everything; it's not a big store at all. Because I was shopping with nothing in mind, I was able to find lots of cute dresses and accessories on clearance. It's better than the other locations but the whole garage ordeal stresses me out. This is a very busy area so entering and exiting might be challenging at times. The parking isn't free anymore but when I need something nice and don't have time to search at Ross then this is my spot. I always find something here even if it's not what I came to get, isn't that magic? It's finer clothes sold in the same department store layout you would find at Marshall's or TJ Maxx but the stuff here is nicer. The sale rack tends to have some nice stuff sometimes. I found a coat here in July that just needed me and it was on super sale so despite the 90 degree weather outside I purchased it. It can be hit or miss but their return policy is good so you can try it on at home with shoes and all that to see if you really need it which totally helps. read more

When my flip flops broke on the cruise ship and I had to use super glue to glue them back together; I was in dire need of a replacement pair. I was also not amused at the price tags for my beloved Reefs while wandering around St. Thomas. I LOVE Nordstom! This is the only store where I can truly find name brand items for dirt cheap. I usually don't like splurging on clothes since as a hair stylist I'm always staining everything I own... Buuut they have some great materials that are bleach resistant, east to clean, or blend in well when color falls on it. I love how they are always rotating brands, styles, colors & availability of items depending on the season. The shoe section is my favorite and the sizes are so neat and always in the correct place. read more

I'm impressed. And I'm also glad that there is a Nordstrom Rack nearby in Midtown!!!! The staff seems well trained and are customer service oriented, which is always a pleasant surprise in Miami... The store is kept in shape throughout the day ( I went In the late afternoon and even the shoe section was organized) and the layout makes sense. If the lines get too long for the register they even have a way to ring you up via phone which is awesome although I had no idea what was going on. Why am I missing a star... This Rack location is clean and very well kept. All the sale and clearance racks are labeled and sectioned off. The shoe section is also split nearly into the regular shoes and by style then a separate section for designer shoes. There's a large intimates and hosiery section right when you get in. There's also a large active section with pretty good deals. The jeans, pants and skirts sections are intermixed which can get a bit confusing. It would be nicer if the styles were different racks. The fitting rooms are very clean and the employee who runs it was sweet. The cashiers worked quickly and kept the line flowing efficiently. Overall up to par but the only thing to note is parking could be very difficult as there is no lot, only parallel parking spots around the Plaza with metered parking. read more

I like the location of this store. The fact that it's right in the corner of the mall is a plus for me. Not too much walking around to get to the store required! If you park across the street you'll have to pay for parking, unless you make a quick run & pray the parking police doesn't run you on their app, LOL! --- The merchandise seems blah... nothing special to me; reminds me of an overpriced Ross or Marshall's. I came looking for a specific bag that was supposed to be available there (according to the info online) & of course, it wasn't available... I didn't get to interact w/ the staff so I can't really comment on that but no one asked me if I needed help, they all just seemed to be minding their own business stocking the shelves/ racks, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since I'm borderline antisocial on most days of the week anyway... This is by far the most organized and well managed Rack I have been in. The store is a little smaller than most, but everything is extremely organized which helps a lot. They have a really great shoe selection. The racks are really well organized and the employees seem to be constantly walking around putting everything back in its correct place. Also, the customer service at this store is the best. The staff is really friendly and knowledgable. Today I went in and signed up for a free rewards card that allow you to gain points for redeemable coupons. I got stretch black Theory pants from $285 to $19.93 now that is a steal! read more

Here's something you should know about me before you read this review. I'm cheap. Thrifty, tight, cost conscious, whatever you want to call it; I am a girl who likes a good deal. With that in mind, I also appreciate cleanliness, organization, and of course, good customer service. I'm particularly happy with the manager on the floor when I visited last month, who went to extraordinary lengths to try to find me a particular item in my size. It was to no avail, but I'm still grateful to this Gabrielle Union look-alike beauty. Happily, the midtown Nordstrom Rack delivers on all of these. It's head and shoulders above the loehmann's that used to live in this space. At times the selection may be out of sorts, like when I first visited this April and found mostly sweaters and boots. Don't fret though, it's such a busy store that they receive shipments every day of the week, so if you don't like what you see just come back in a week and chances are, it'll be different. The deals can't be beat, especially when it comes to designer shoes and handbags. The only way to shop!!! read more

About half the size of the Coral Gables location, they really don't have that much stuff here. On the plus side, it's clean, new and easy to navigate. Less overwhelming than the larger location. If you're not looking for anything in particular you may find some deals here, but the selection is limited. I usually spend well over an hour perusing different clothing and shoe racks, but I was done here in 30 minutes. The shoe selection was sparse, and the prices still pretty high, with hardly anything under $129, boots $199 and above. You're better off shopping online. read more

I came in to return one $40 item from a $350 dollar order and despite having email proof of the purchase, a Nordstrom rewards account, the card I had used to make the original purchase, I was denied any refund or store credit. I used to spend regularly at this location but will not be returning. To deny a customer over $40 when they regularly shop and spend money is the epitome of poor customer service. Try your luck elsewhere where they may actually treat you like a good customer. read more

Selection for women's shoes was terrible! I thought that I was at a Walmart or a flea market! The clothing was pretty low quality as well & the prices were far too high for the quality. Shopped at other well known department store outlets this weekend & they offered additional 60% - 75% off for holiday weekend. This was the only one not offering incentives to spend money. I was ready to buy a pair of shoes on sale that's price was over $400 dollars, this shoes been on clearance for over 2 weeks. I spoke to the manager to see if I could buy it and make a price match in the 2 weeks sales but she was not helpful at all. My customer satisfaction went to the floor I'm a regular customer that like to spent my money on good deals at this place but this time manager was not trying to help me or make any deal even that in 2 weeks 25 % sales was coming up. I offered to buy them at full and them Holden them until the sale but she said than she will not put them on the floor for sale and she will not allow me to do that. Very sad.. OK so I've been coming to the store for ages now! I love it because I can find really nice designer clothes and not spend a bundle for them. I typically shop a lot online at their website but what I love about the stores if I do order something that I don't like, I can bring it to the store and get it refunded right away. Or get a store credit and buy more LOL. Which was the case today. I bought these beautiful Fendi glasses online but I really didn't like the way they looked on my face so I brought them in here and was able to pick up a couple other things just exchange them. The only issue I have with the store is that you You really have to search for what you want. They have a designer row section which is pretty cool but again you will have to look through to find deals and steals. But I have to say the staff is always really nice to me whenever I have questions and there's a huge variety of items in there to choose from. This Nordstrom rack has the best selection of men's shoes. I live near the aventura location but have better luck at this location. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there is little interaction between employees on the floor and customers. I encountered about 3 employees and only received smiles, no offer of assistance. At least they acknowledge people. The team at the register are usually all smiles and helpful. read more
