The staff refused to let her in because of her shoes and made her go all the way home to change into high heels. We did that, came back, and then watched other guests enter wearing outfits that clearly didn't meet the same standard. The dress code was enforced inconsistently, which made the whole situation feel arbitrary and unfair. To make matters worse, when I politely asked a staff member about the policy and requested his name so I could provide feedback, he refused to identify himself and was dismissive and rude. That level of unprofessionalism only made an already disappointing experience worse. After all of that, we finally got inside--and it wasn't even worth it. The atmosphere was underwhelming, the service left a lot to be desired, and the entire night was a disappointment. Management should seriously review how the door staff treats customers and ensure the dress code is enforced consistently and respectfully. We won't be coming back.
