2 stars for quick shipping, a sleek website, and beautiful selection. I ordered two rings and an areaware planter and the rings so far have arrived quickly and without damage. HOWEVER: The packaging for the two rings was the worst I'd EVER seen; just two rings, tossed into a small jewelry bag, tossed into a thin paper mailer. No cushioning, no padding whatsoever. Just a thin cloth and thin paper (not even cardboard!!) between my two rings and whatever wear and tear FedEx put them through. For what I paid for them, this is ridiculous and frankly quite embarrassing. My planter has yet to ship; I will be updating this review once it arrives. read more

Kinda had high hopes! Great quality but after only a few months and a couple of times of wearing my items they each started to break. The hem on one of the pant legs unraveled and the stitching in my jumper is tearing apart. Yes, I used them careful (because they are so expensive!). We had a terrible experience with Style Mafia. They should not accept work from end customers if they lack the expertise to deliver adequate service, or customer service to deal with the issues. My wife purchased a dress for a wedding, which the store offered to make alterations to. She was clear that we had a deadline as had to travel for the wedding and the store said it would be ready in 2-3 days, when actually it took over a week to arrive. We only received it the day of travel so, along with the stress, my wife didn't get the chance to try the dress on. When we arrived we found that the alterations had been done so poorly the dress was unwearable. When we complained we were told to call back at a later time because they were too busy to discuss. Then that the owner was travelling. Eventually we were told we would only be given an 80% refund, even though the store accepted in writing their culpability! We are in the process of reporting them to the fair trade bureau because we were so shocked at our poor treatment. Shoddy product, poor service and zero customer care. read more

I ordered a Chopova Lowena skirt online that was hard to find in my size. I was very happy to find it here. I even got a sign up discount which was nice. I received the skirt & one of the belt grommets was missing its back & fell out of the belt. I didn't even try it on. I contacted them according to the website & received a message back saying "thanks for reaching out" & that I would be contacted back within 2 business days. It is now over a week and 5 emails from me & 5 business days later- nothing. They don't respond to emails at all. My skirt was on sale so it was supposed to be final sale. But when you send damaged merchandise to a customer, that should not be final sale. I have a feeling that this skirt was discounted because it was damaged & that is why it did not sell in store. DO NOT SHOP HERE ONLINE OR IN PERSON. Zero customer service. Dishonest. I have money to spend when I travel but I will not be stopping in in person when I am in South Beach. If it was possible to give this store zero stars I would. I bought a $500 dress on this site with 2 day shipping to arrive in time for an event after purchasing and receiving the dress from the same site in a larger size which did not fit properly. Instead of going through the exchange process I decided to hold off and order the smaller size with two day shipping to make sure it fit better and arrived in time. At the time I purchased this item, the dress was not on final sale and by the time the second dress arrived 3 weeks later, the dress had been put on final sale and Shannon the e-commerce manager responded to my inquiries about the situation telling me that I was wrong about it not being on final sale and she couldn't help me. I have asked if I could have proof that the dress had been on final sale at the time because I looked at each dress thoroughly to ensure that I could return it as I know buying a dress for an event online is risky. With each email I was sent an automatic reply telling me to look at the return policy. The lack of help I've received or willingness to engage seems crazy to me when I've spent $1000 on one dress on this website. I would not spend my money here again. Customer service is so important and it's upsetting that I feel so cheated out of $1000 after trying to ensure that I handled everything correctly on this website.
