I was familiar with the owner because I follow her on social media and I was familiar with some of the staff - including Jenny! it was cool to meet them in person after seeing them online for so many years. Anyway, they gave me a bougie boutique experience! My husband and mother were with me - Jenny and Carin made room for them to sit and wait while I shopped...which removed any pressure for me to hurry through browsing (smart thinking ladies!!). I ended up purchasing a glorious bag. I will absolutely continue to shop with them online and expect to return in person very very soon soon!

It was uncomfortable, and she didn't seem to know how to treat customers well, especially those clearly there to spend or sell high-value items. Prepared to be profiled by your looks. Instead of professional service, I was met with strange behavior and an overall weird vibe. She eventually recommended I go to "Rebag", which was the one helpful part of the visit. I've been couple of times there and they sell quality items at a great price. Most of the boutiques want to rip off your money but the owner of Coasta Berre knows the fair value of each item. They also take a style questionnaire to keep it on file and for further reference. I like that they have so much variety in this store and they sell local brands as well. The store also does some events and you might want to follow them on their Instagram account to keep up to date with their stuff: @costaberre. They also have more high end stuff from local designer brands. So there is everything for every budget here. Can't wait to go back!
