I think it's best to go here when it first opens up before a lot of people are there. Also parking can be packed quickly as well you may have to park further in the parking lot when you go later in the day. I like to check them out from time to time to see what they have. I usually find good items for much less but because it is smaller your options are limited. Overall I do like the store and will recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

Since at least 5 different sales girls have the same manner, I'm guessing the store owners encourage this. They also don't have mirrors inside the dressing rooms, which forces the customer to come out to the mirror in the store. Then, wanted or not, the sales person comes over to make suggestions if you are on the fence about liking the outfit or not. Maybe it's just me. I prefer to be left alone for the most part and ask for help if needed. The store does have fabulous clothes though, so the sales techniques that make me uncomfortable are a small price to pay.

The store is dirty and not at all organized. It's difficult to find anything and very difficult to move around in. I felt like I had been packed into a sardine can. We made our way to the back of the store and I had enough of the "coziness" so it was time to leave. I was just way too crowded in. If you have trouble with closed spaces and being to close to people, this is absolutely NOT the store for you. I didn't interact with anyone who worked in the store other than the security guard at the front when we were leaving. He was very kind and gave a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. It was really pleasant speaking with him (darn it, I always forget names). Accessibility: Navigating this store easily in a wheelchair... absolutely not. I mean, it can be done, but it is difficult as the aisles are very small. Even the main aisles from the front to the back of the store are very small. Accommodating to my Service Dog.

When it was returned, the chain was different--longer, lighter, and lower quality than the original. This necklace had been worn daily for years, and the difference was immediately obvious. When we questioned this, the owner was dismissive and rude and refused to meaningfully address the issue. The police were called due to concern for my daughter's safety and to make a report. Based on this experience, I believe customers--especially those dropping off sentimental or valuable items--should beware. I do not recommend doing business here.

They were literally trying to tell me off and clock it when they're just being rude and unprofessional. They constantly told me someone would reach out to me and no one ever did. I've literally never been treated like a criminal before with a package going missing, even Bottega sent me a replacement when the Fedex worker delivered my package to the wrong house... This treatment is ghetto and embarrassing for this business. Whoever runs this company is unprofessional and is literally blaming me for my package not being delivered to me and telling me to figure it out myself.

I had bought from their website many times and planned to visit the store in person during my Miami trip. Saw about their new store move on instagram. Never visited the old store, but this one is cute and well organized. My friend wasn't into vintage, but she loved it and bought 2 rings, a necklace, and a tank top. As for me, I was in a mini vintage heaven. I say mini because the store is not huge, but the selection is awesome. Photos and details they give online are good, but seeing things in person is even better. The prices here are super reasonable, and I shop vintage everywhere. 7 dresses, a bag, and 2 belts later, I was satisfied. The owner was also helpful with recommending other vintage stores. Too bad it was our last day and no more room in luggage, but next time! read more

I was told my bags were only worth $2,500, and the whole interaction felt like an attempt to scare me into settling for far less than they were actually worth. The most telling part was how fast the story changed. The second I mentioned I had another offer for $4,000, suddenly the value of my bags magically went up. Then when I came back to get my bags, she tried to offer the $4,000. That alone told me everything I needed to know. It made the entire experience feel completely dishonest, manipulative, and predatory. What stood out most was how disgusting her attitude was throughout all of this. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect. Just arrogance, rudeness, and behavior that made me feel like she was trying to take advantage of me. I would never do business with her again, and I would strongly warn anyone thinking about bringing valuable items there to be extremely careful. I would recommend never visiting this store.

She's great at finding suggestions for how to dress for the different decades. Miami twice has been a staple for vintage fashion for over 40 years with good reason.
