The ambiance is great, the owner is extremely sweet and helpful, and you'll be sure to leave with a smile on your face. They don't just sell any old vintage stuff, they sell some of the best vintage stuff I've come across! Whether it's a vintage designer outfit or a vintage story book, they don't just sell any ol' stuff. Belts, accessories, books, frames, clothing, shoes, etc. You can tell everything was carefully selected by the owner before putting it on display, which makes it all the more special. You'll leave this place wanting to buy everything, even the things you can't wear or don't need. There's a fantasy-like and historical appeal to the place. There's a small section of the store that has some great non vintage stuff too. I strongly suggest this little gem to anyone who is an avid vintage shopper or just looking for something special and unique.

Founded in the fall of 2009 the Rabbit Hole is located across the street from City Hall. There is plenty of free street parking available. According to the Rabbit Hole they specialize in clothing and accessories from the "50's-80's with some older and newer things sprinkled in". Every vintage piece of clothing is hand picked. They also offer new clothing and jewelry. A small display in the front of the store held china and glass ware. In addition to the small store they also sell online with a selection of new clothes. When I walked into the store my first thought was that I wished this was how my closet looked. Everything was so artfully arranged. The New Times has listed the Rabbit Hole as one of the best vintage stores in Miami. I almost left with a brown leather bag for $100 but I just couldn't justify the expense right now. Whether shopping or just browsing this is a fun stop to make.

This might be be my fave vintage shop ever! It's an experience, feels like a museum with amazing pieces for your home but the curation of garments and accessories had me looking for a long while. When I saw this beautiful designer dress with a fringes feathery hem for only $6.00, I knew this was going to be a special day. Many pieces I thought would be flattering were actually the opposite while the daring selections ended up being the best picks of the trip. At the beginning of the pandemic…read moreinitial lockdown, I rescued, adopted and care for two individuals who were formerly outgoing, amazing, internationally traveling professionals....my dementia-ravaged parents. My mother needed a new wardrobe, first place I thought of? This amazing little shop. How comforting it was to see ms. k was still there. She told me she also struggled with staying in business with being temporarily shut down. "I'm like a weed, you can't mow me down. I shoot right back up." As my mother toddled in with her aide and me, another customer gave up the "waiting for someone forever" chair. Everyone inside the store shopping or otherwise was just as friendly, wearing masks and social distancing. A little quieter than usual, but still welcoming; the atmosphere was the same. Great fashionable, well stocked, and discerning selection she is known for. Clothes are still fairly priced. The selection is still classy and eclectic, "grown" woman clothes I like to say.
