Austin Burke has been around since I moved to Miami from the Northeast in the late 70's and were well known in South Florida because they use to advertise like crazy. Today Sr Burke is no longer with us, but Kenny long time employee runs the show and gotta say it's still a great place to go for men's suits. They specialize in Italian men's clothing and will have you fitted in a nice Italian suit with tailoring a reasonable cost. It takes me forever to go out and buy a new suit, but Austin Burke makes it so much easier. Highly recommend this place 5 stars plus. read more

You guys are THE BEST!! Today was our first visit. My husband hears the commercials all the time on the radio, so after going to Men's Warehouse and being shocked by their prices and lack of deals, we decided to pay a visit here. Kenny and his crew have been making South Florida gentlemen look good since before I was born (in the 70's). The store itself is a museum to a lot of local gliteratti from Heat & Dolphins players, the police chief and lots of other fellas in between. I myself had purchased here a few years back, and recently had the opportunity to come back needing to update my wardrobe after working out. Besides the celebrity pictures, the store decor looks to be a museum to the 70's and 80's; I say that not as criticism but in honor of staying power. The service and attention to detail is a level all businesses need to have! Kenny himself measured me, and guided me to the shelves and racks where the different shirts and pants are located. I selected a classic white shirt, as well as a blue one that would work either for work or going to a nice dinner. The pants needed to be trimmed for length, but the waist did fit perfectly as measured. The promised turn-around time is 4 days, and they were ready on time as promised. Oh, and you know what else makes Austin Burke's 5 stars? Continuity! When I stopped by to pick up my latest haul? One of the salesmen who I'd shopped for a few years back was there and he remembered me. That's excellent service there. read more

My husband and I came to Austin Burke in search of a suit for our twin girls baptism. My husband had a specific color in mind he wanted to wear and was able to find a similar color. Ed was the salesman that helped him and he was very helpful. My husband needed alterations on the suit and they were able to get it done before our girls baptism. Kenny also assisted my husband and helped make sure the alterations were perfect. My husband usually has difficulty finding suits because his size is not common and fairly new (48 short.) However, after picking up his first suit, he ended up buying another suit and a sports jacket. He also purchased beautiful ties. Overall, this place was awesome. Best of all, the prices are great! Right off the bat they lose a star for not having my suit ready when they said it would be ready for pickup. I wasted over an hour driving all the way down there and back, and will have to repeat the process today. Time, gas.. frustrating. That's the bad news. The good news is that I last purchased my suits from this place in the late 90s, and it hasn't changed in a rapidly-changing neighborhood. They have plenty of selection to choose from, and you can spend as little or as a lot as you'd like. The salesmen have that New Yorker attitude about them and are all over you as soon as you walk in the door, which I'm not particularly fond of. Once my salesman finished his sandwich while walking over to me, he turned out to be pretty good and I settled on a decent suit. The minute we walked in, immediately stared down by the owner/employer, Kenny Sager. He questioned us what we were doing here and we just replied with "just looking around" and he then responded with a snarky question "well what are you looking for?" Mind this, this is our first time in this store and we just wanted to look around because we heard of this place thru mutuals but immediately felt that we were not welcomed here. Then his OTHER employer who was a short man, probably mid/late 50's, walked by my boyfriend, (who at the time was wearing a red hat), and grabbed my boyfriends hat while still on his head, to turn it to face the old man and he goes "ah so you have a red hat to match the red man huh?" My boyfriend and I were very confused with what he meant by that and while this is all happening, the owner( Kenny Sager ) was watching/listening the entire time and started laughing and brushing off the comment and told us to "ignore him, he doesn't mean that," while still laughing. I have to say the selection and service was excellent. However, the suits are not good quality. I bought two suits just about 4 months back and they are falling apart and I take very good care of them. I feel like I could have just bought the suits at JC Penny with coupons for cheaper and just got the suits hemmed somewhere for cheap. I will not rate higher and I will never go back to Austin Burke. I had to do an update and change my rating to one star. My suits continue to fall apart. It is costing me more and more money to get them corrected. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The location is a sh!t hole. The store interior looks awful with nasty lighting and a Dollar Store vibe. I saw the television commercials and saw the advertising on Instagram by Austin Burke. One day while I was in the area, I decided to stop in to see what they actually had in men's suits. I was amazed at the variety of suits that were actually available - in my size! I found the exact suit I had been wanting, tried it on, had it fitted within less than a minute (no exaggeration), paid and was out the door. My suit was ready, with completed alterations, on time. Compton Canterbury was a very helpful sales associate who showed me slacks, shirts, ties, etc while I was there. I think their prices are fair and I especially like the warehouse atmosphere - a no-nonsense, non-pretenses kind of place. Check them out before you buy your next clothing of any kind. We came here for a suit in 2017 and Kenny Sager was awesome to work with. Now that we are engaged, my fiancé wanted to come back to Austin Burke first before checking in with Jos A Bank or other suit rental places. We had previously checked out some rentals and my fiancé has a 44 shoulder and 32 waist so there was a lot of headache and we were going to have to buy him a suit. We ended up getting a 3 piece navy suit, with French cuff shirt and a tie, for 350. That is beyond worth it. First experience with Sherri was wonderful. Purchased two suits (one tux) and Sherri was not only accommodating, but was very attentive. Went back to pick up today and purchase a third suit and there was no enthusiasm to assist me in my search. Great selection, but driving to downtown Miami to not get any help is not something that I would recommend. If you wear your suits regularly, this is not the place for you. My suits looked fantastic for about the first 6 months of wear. After that time frame, all five of my suits started to fall apart. I have had multiple buttons fall off of all of my suits, the seams break in all of the pants, and the lining of two of the suits has completely come apart. Every dollar I saved by coming to this place has been put back into repairs. Save your money and go to a normal retailer that has a tailor worth its salt. read more

I was transferred to the sales associate I was hung up on before even speaking. I was on hold and had my phone on mute so there was about a 1 to 2 second delay but before unmuting "Ken Sager" decided to hang up. Without guidance I may have been lost in the wool, but with experienced direction and professional assistance, I purchased two full suits (including shirts and ties) in under an hour. Top Quality Clothier in Wynwood section of Miami. Great Quality clothing, Slacks, Shirts, Pants, Sport Coats, & Of course some of the nicest Suits around at very good prices. Staff from Frank to the Owner Kenny are very willing to make you happy with alterations, etc. Plenty of Standard suits or go to the "Quality Room" off to the side where they keep the best stuff. They will even take a deposit and hold the suit for you if you are perhaps attending an event in the near future but not quite ready to have the alterations done. Parking in Lot next to store or street parking in front or across the street make sure to pay the parking meter system. In short forget the department stores or Men's Warehouse this is the go to place for top quality at good prices. read more

My father and I came here after both repeatedly listening to the radio advertisements that are played on AM sports stations down here. We were greeted and helped out by Kenny (radio spokesperson) and Compton. Both were courteous and helpful. Austin Burke runs some great specials, like their current buy 1 get 1 free, buy 2 get 3 free, with 5 neckties deal. The locale is a little sketchy, but because the overhead is low, the savings get passed on to you, the customer. Like most men's retailers, they seem to mark up prices and then offer deals like the ones previously mentioned to offset the high cost. The difference with Austin Burke though is the quality far surpasses Men's Wearhouse and department stores at the same or similar price point. They also offer in-store tailoring and other clothing for men. I ended up with 5 suits and 5 neckties, and my father got a tuxedo and some sport jackets. Alterations were finished on time and pick up was a breeze. I am very pleased with my new suits. Overall, a great place, and I plan to buy my suits here in the future and recommend this place to my friends who need suits. read more
