I follow the store through IG. I watch their weekly arrivals and specials. Actually the boutique does several HOT sales throughout the year! I took advantage to snag a linen dress for about $20 on the 75% off everything linen. ( it was also on tac free month!) so what a steal! I got home and ordered 3 more ... for myself. Daughter and Mom! We had an issue with the order that not all items were not in my package when I picked it my ordered. But I reached out to the store and they made it right... sent the other two items UPS next day and even sent me 2 extra treats... I was soooo happy that the store came through for me! Really such a shame that both the quality of the clothing and the customer service of this boutique have diminished so drastically in recent years. I've been faithfully going to this boutique for about seven years. It has been my go to for emergencies as well as annual vacations. Unfortunately, the last few times I have made purchases, something has gone unnecessarily wrong. Last time, I placed an order for pick up a couple days before my vacation and swung by the store to pick up the pre-purchased online order the afternoon before only to find (when I arrived at home) that they had only packaged half of my order, and I would be unable to retrieve the rest of it for my vacation. They later threw in a cabana bag to make up for it and I forgave and forgot. Today, I just picked up a $300 online order and decided to try everything on in the fitting room before I left to make sure everything was in the bag and fit correctly since the sizes in the store fluctuate so much. Needless to say 2 out of 6 of the items didn't fit properly so I asked the lady in the front what my options were. I didn't assume I'd be able to get a refund but at the very least a store credit so I could purchase something else. Unfortunately, what I was told was that everything was final sale because it was a holiday weekend and that I was stuck with items of clothing that didn't fit (at all whatsoever) and I have no use for - over $100 worth. As a once loyal customer, I am deeply saddened but I will no longer be shopping at this boutique. I love nothing more than to support small businesses, but those small businesses also need to appreciate their loyal customers. I will never shop again at Prinzzesa Boutique. There are so many things wrong that it honestly baffles me. I ordered two items from their website and it showed I would receive it 3 days before Christmas. Here's everything that went wrong: 1. The item didn't arrive before christmas and i didn't have a christmas gift to give to my mom 2. The item shipped from Miami, FL to WASHINGTON STATE and back to my area in Miami, FL. I have no idea why. 3. When i called to follow up on the order, they didn't answer their phone and their website was shut down. Apparently they were on vacation for the holidays. That isn't the issue. Glad the owner actually does that. The issue is there was no notice on their website or a voicemail saying so. 4. The item was ultimately lost in the mail and it wasn't until I explained how angry I was that they decided to do something about it. 5. When I went to pick up the items at their store, the lady refused to speak to me in English. Let me be perfectly clear. I have no problem with people that only speak spanish. My issue is when she speaks fluent english but chose to speak to me in spanish which i don't speak. And i know she spoke english because she understood everything that i said. 6. When I got home, this is the quality of the product (see photo below). All of this hassle to pick up a garbage quality product. The clothes are cute but they have unethical business practices. At checkout I asked if anything was final sale and what their return policy was. They said one item was final sale and the rest could be returned within seven days. They specifically used the word "return." Then they hand me a receipt/invoice that says "final sale, no refund, store credit only" on all items. Can't argue with what's written but it clearly negates what they verbally said. I was unsure about two of the items and did not try them on assuming I could try on at home, now I'm stuck with store credit. Oh! And the store credit has to be used within 90 days. I've been a customer at Prinzzesa since 2013. I can honestly say every special occasion outfit I've ever needed since then has been from this boutique. From baptisms to date night to Vegas, I've always been able to find an outfit here. My closet is 75% from this boutique. I highly suggest to shop in store until you learn their sizing. I usually wear L/XL and I have some items from this store that are sized S/M and other times L do not fit. They are starting to have plus size sizing but it does not apply to every item. I do not see this as negative though since they sell different brands and just like stores at the mall everyone has different sizing. Just go in and try the items on. They have plenty of dressing rooms and helpful staff to assist. I have not had an issue with sizing on any of my online/phone orders and I've made about 10 in the past year. This is a family owned store so I see why they have certain hours of operations in place. They close at 6 during the week so it makes it difficult to stop by during week days, and they are only open on Saturdays during the weekend. The store does get really packed so I try to get there right when they open on Saturday. (I believe they are open a Sunday or two right before the holidays since the shut down after Christmas) I've only had one little issue with an in store pick up. I called in and spoke to an employee to let them know that my bf would be passing by to pick up my order, I gave her his name and he had a copy of my confirmation email. When he got to the store they didn't want to give him my order. I travel for work and we were getting ready to leave on vacation so I couldn't go in myself like I usually do to pick up. Everything was resolved after another phone call in to the store but I think it could of all been avoided. I tried to be as proactive as possible. Otherwise in store personally I have never encountered rude or unhelpful staff. I do not know any of the staff members or owner personally. Even though I've been shopping there for years I do not know any staff members by name nor do they know mine. I don't want this to come off as a bias review. I recommend this boutique to everyone I know. I even have coworkers that drive from Coral Springs to go shopping here. Tucked away in the bird road arts district (I've been coming here since The 90s to buy Rattan furniture with my parents) is Prinzzesa Boutique. The boutique is nicely organized with an array of sizes and cute accessories, bathing suits, dresses, etc. I really love their palazzo pants. You will definitely find something here. The price tag is about $25 and above. Some accessories are like $40 for a string of bangles. So some things you may find a little overpriced and some just right. The good thing it's kind of like a one stop shop. You can walk out with a complete outfit without having to go to multiple stores so I'll pay a little extra for that convenience. I saw them pop up on my Instagram and decided to purchase 2 dresses and a shirt. The website said the model was wearing mediums in the pictures so I decided to buy one size larger to accommodate my body as I am larger than the pictured model. The clothes I received were huge and more like an XL/XXL. Aside from the sizing, the clothing itself is extremely cheap quality and does not looks as it is showcased on the website/ Instagram. I have attached photos of the clothing: 1) look how huge the black shirt is, it's especially noticeable in the second photo with the white dress over it. Both are size large. 3) the bronze/orange color dress is made of such cheap and thin material. It's completely see through. Just left from Prinzzesa. I will admit to this has been our daughters go to place for many years. I have truly never found myself anything because I'm an extra large. That's not a big deal. I thankfully have been on a weight loss journey and decided to go today. A lady approached me and asked me to hand her the clothing I was holding and if I needed any help. I said yes, can you please help me find something for a dinner. She said for you? I said yes, she made a little face. I said I know I'm not a small but I just saw a 3X romper and I'm not a 3X. I was in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area visiting this week. Having bought hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from Prinzzesa's website, I wanted to see the store. While, as an avid browser of their Instagram page, I recognized some of the merchandise on the racks, most of what I had interest in is only sold online or was sold out in my size. Of what merchandise that a saleswomen was willing to contact the online sales department, which is several doors down from the store, I couldn't use my preferred customer discount on them if I bought them in store. Therefore, I'll order them online &, in addition, as a New York City resident, I don't pay sales taxes on clothes. If you don't have your own transportation & are staying in the tourist area, I wouldn't stress yourself out to come to the boutique. read more

Disastrous return policy (reference: wasn't told an item was final sale until I tried to exchange it the day after and ultimately wasn't able to). I was opting for buying online, but their return/exchange policy is horrible. I didn't know it until I had to exchange a dress I bought on a Tuesday, I went to pick it up Saturday of the same week and made the mistake of not trying it at the store. Well, the dress was too big, and since they don't open on Sundays I waited until the following Saturday to exchange it, just to be told I couldn't since I only had 7 days to do so (starting on the day I placed the order, not the day I picked it up). I didn't even want my money back, just store credit to buy something else. After picking up my online order on Saturday, I saw a few things I wanted to get in-store but was pressed for time. I noticed that they had holiday hours and would be open the next day... Sunday. So, I returned for a shopping day part 2 and yes, I received amazing service on a Sunday!!!! Do not want to bash, just want to share my negative experience. Went on Thursday 04/21 with my daughter who bought a dress. On Tuesday 04/26 went back to exchange. Dress was too short for my daughter with heels on. It was at this point that I was told the dress is final sale. They were surprised ticket did not even say final sale like it should. They pointed out that the receipt says "FS", what does "FS" mean? To them it means Final Sale. To me, it could be the size which was small. I'm not in the retail business. I was not aware "FS" means final sale. You're not "TOLD" an item is final sale until you try to return/exchange it. This is not ok. No one at the store took responsibility for their mistake. The manager(Reyna), customer service (Amaya), the owner (Rosie). All of them know that the ticket accidentally did not say Final Sale and that the receipt only said "FS"(see attached picture) Their solution, offered me 15% off my next purchase, LOL. I declined. I will not be shopping at a place that takes no responsibility for their mistakes! Sharing my honest experience is more important then not being able to exchange a $80 dress. They steal money. I purchased 2 outfits online. They arrived with defects: loose strings, falling apart at seams and one had a hole. I took it to the store physically the next day and I couldn't exchange. They have me a gift card at return. It expired shortly after. They kept the defective clothes and my money. That is theft. They should have given me a full refund at return. Practices are dishonest and purposely inconvenient. Owner will say "we've always done it this way"--- which doesn't make it right. It only means she's been stealing for a long time. Please don't support shady businesses. read more

Prinzzesa boutique has been around for years located in the semi-hidden fashion warehouse district off of 72nd ave between Bird Road and Miller. The spot has so many cute options at a really decent prices. If it's trendy they will have it - from casual to Miami chic I found a lot of things at this boutique over the years. They also have a really nice array of jewelry and handbags as well as shoes. The service is friendly and you don't feel pressured to buy anything which is something I love when you're going window shopping in a small boutique. Something that really surprised me was how many items they have that are more formal. This makes it good for special occasion outfit shopping far away from the big department stores where you may pick up a dress everyone has *qué horror*. One thing I always look for in a boutique is sizing options. Thankfully this boutique has the sizes that work for me. First time customer , I ordered 2 dresses online for a special event . Bad quality and company does not offer refund once item is returned only credit . Why would I want credit from a store I won't be shopping from again . Ordered smalls 1 dress was extremely large on top and the quality was not great other dress not the same pattern as website illustration. I've erased and rewritten my review three times and I think it's a sign this place is perfectly average. If you'd brought me here 10 years ago, I would've been in heaven. But instead I'm 26 with little patience (I'm working on it!). First, it's important to point out there are two stores - one that gives me kind of a Francesca's vibe and one that's only dresses (a few fancy skirts too). I went to the dress one and only popped my head in the other. Unless you want a raging headache, avoid this place anytime 16-year-old girls could be there. My first visit I had to wait (not exaggerating) 20 minutes to try on dresses. The only reason I waited is because I was desperate to find something for an event and the prices aren't awful. The dresses are mostly for a younger (prom) crowd but I saw women with more than a decade on me find things that looked good on them. They offer everything from casual to black tie formal. As far as I could tell, they only carry basic sizes S-L and if they're out of your size, you're out of luck. The store is pretty active on Instagram so you can see what they have before venturing there. Most dresses I saw ranged from about $40-$75. There's lots of jewelry too but I found most to be gaudy and expensive when compared to other items. I have been a customer for some time, buy for my daughter and my nieces. After yesterday and today experience with the staff at Prinzzesa I will spend my Money elsewhere. I'm sure they do not mind loosing a client, but for a store that has been prompting vigorously during this pandemic for small business support, they sure don't support their clients. My daughter is a frontline worked and has a crazy schedule, she orders a dress on line and received it last Wednesday. Yesterday she was able to go to the store to rtn since it was big, all she wanted was to exchange for another size or equal merchandise. She was told since the invoice was 11 days they could not help Her. She got home and checked exact day of arrival which would have made exactly 7 days. She called today to explain and the person who picked up phone plainly stated she can't help her it's 8 days. To write an email. In these times that there is so much uncertainty you'd expect some customer service and comprehension. But it's clear this small business is not interested in the customer just themselves. This review is based on customer service and pricing. This is not my first time here and I wanted to think my last experience with lack of customer service was due to my late arrival. However, today I dropped into the store around midday, looking for some outfits. Not only were there plenty (6 or so) employees working in the store today, the store had about 2 customers aside from myself. All the employees were walking around talking to each other with no interest in selling anything. One employee was standing on one of the racks steaming the shirts (credits to her she deserves to get paid, can't say the same for the rest). Not ONE employee asked if I needed any assistance nor asked if I was looking for something in particular. Not one asked if they could start a dressing room for me. For being a fairly adequate size boutique, your employees should be trained on Customer Service. I had a couple things in had and I just re-racked them my self and left the store. A couple of the same exact kimonos I saw at this store I found at Maruchi for $20 dollars less. It's sad that you need to over price your clothing being that half of Miami Boutiques have the same exact clothes for less. I am sad to say this would be the last time I shop here due to the continuous lack of customer service and over priced clothing. I like this boutique. All the clothing is not my style, but I've found some beautiful pieces. I especially love the jewelry selection and quality. It's clean, smells good and well organized. I usually will look through instagram stories and photos to get an idea of what I'm looking for as well in anticipation of my trip there. That being said, while I like the merchandise I dislike walking in. With the exception of one time where I received fair attention and help regardless of the way I look externally, I feel uncomfortable here sometimes. I also look very young for my age and maybe the employees feel like I won't purchase anything. I was in the store last week shopping for gifts and one lady unenthusiastically helped me briefly and dismissed me, a woman behind the front counter overheard me talking about a specific product and found it herself after the other woman said she didn't know what I was talking about. I came in shortly after opening in gym attire and watched other customers walk in and be greeted warmly and assisted before me. When the cashier finally paid attention to the fact I was in line I tried to make conversation with her commenting on the jewelry pieces and she just rang me up. I personally am not into designer labels and am usually in gym attire or my casual work attire when I've been in the store, maybe this is why I've not felt overly welcomed? I do regardless spend at least 100 dollars when I've gone in. I used to work retail at high end department stores and was a trainer for a high end cosmetics retailer. We were taught and would teach our employees to be inviting, engaging and helpful to each client and not to judge by exterior because you never knew who was going to come in and drop lots of money and become a returning customer.
