I always feel welcome whenever I come in. While prices vary due to brands, the sales rack always has magnificent options and they're 50% off. The swimsuit sale side are always a treat as well since swimsuits that are usually $100+ are priced at $25. Clothes are always a nice quality and have not failed on me. First off I love the bathing suits at this boutique I came in looking for a swimsuit and was able to get help in finding the correct size unfortunately it felt very hostile the sales associate seemed to be a bit tense and in a bad mood I wanted to continue looking around but felt incredibly uncomfortable and felt rushed and didn't want to look around for further purchases. Working In sales isn't for everyone. I had been treated a lot better in the past and decided to come back because not only are there swimsuits pretty but customer service excelled. My daughter came to shop at Neptunes for the first time, right before a trip, upon her return she went to the store to exchange one item for another that she had seen online, but apparently she missed the very short 7 or so window, and was turned away. I tried calling to explain the situation, apparently the owner was notified and she preferred to loose a customer than to exchange the item for my daughter. So, if going on vacation don't shop here as buy the time you get back the return/ exchange period will have past, and the owner is not flexible what so ever. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Old woman owner was SUPER nice to me when I was buying a dress was very friendly all the way up until I walked out! I purchased a dress for my baby shower. I am 8 months pregnant and the dress was extremely pricey for what it was. It was not even ten minutes after the purchase that I returned after speaking to my husband and he told me to return it because it was too much money. The owner wouldn't even look at me when I came back into the store LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER PURCHASING! She would not agree to refund my card. Not ONCE did any employee explain the store policy at time of check out. She told me she didn't have to explain the policy!!! They are crooks and will no longer have me or my friends as customers!! read more

If you are looking for clothes that meet the Triple B Requirements: Bueno, Bonito y Barato ( Good, pretty and Cheap) you MUST come check Neptunes out. At first I thought it was a store just for kids...I was sooo wrong!!! They carry beautiful clothes by Elan (I picked this fabulous pants which everyone complimented last weekend) as well as Vitamin A, Pili Q, Melissa Odabash, etc. The store is tucked in one of the bays off 72 Avenue. The owner's mother greeted me upon arrival, she was quite friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the merchandise in store. I plan on going back for more and pick a few more pieces for the summer.
