I went to Lululemon today to buy a backpack that is smaller than what I'm using and I am happy to see a backpack at that is perfect for my needs. The Cruiser 23L backpack is sturdy enough to be used for international travel, and have room and pockets for my laptop, sunglasses, phone and everything else. Its water repellent fabric is also a plus. Friendly and ready to help staff, and fast check out. Izzy was very friendly and helpful when resolving a hemming issue. While the products here are considered pricer, they do stand by their quality better than most brands I know. For example, they honored to exchange the pants for this issue. It's a busier Lululemon store with the full selection and for sizes they don't have in the store they can help you order online. Great value despite the sticker price! Located at the brickell city center mall, there's a lot of attached garages and people mover. read more

So admittedly I have never purchased lululemon aside from a fanny pack a few months ago. I was always under the impression that it was too expensive, so I just stayed away and enjoyed my budget athletic wear. For my birthday, I got a gift card so I made my way into the store at Merrick Park. The employees are super friendly and helped me pick styles/sizes etc. I tried on two styles of pants. When I put on the align leggings I was obsessed. It was the most comfortable fabric I have ever worn. It was at this point when I understood why so many people are obsessed with Lululemon. The quality is what sets the price point, but it is worth every penny. I loved the align fabric so much that I also purchased a super cute crop tank in the same style. I can say with confidence they are both my favorite athletic wear items that I own. I will definitely by adding Lululemon into my rotation of workout clothes purchases, as the quality and fit speaks for itself. read more

we're vacations visiting from California. I Stopped by to get my son socks. An associate immediately came to check on me. She made a big effort to look inside my bags assuming that I put something in. After that she stood right next to me pretending to arrange the display next to me not losing side of me. These loss prevention tactics are very offensive and degrading to customers. I had to stepped out of the store until my son came over to pick what he wanted in order to stopped the harassment. At the register, the associate just throw the bag at me when I told her that I didn't care for a large bag since that only gives the cue that someone it's about to steal. Such embarrassing experience, I've never been more embarrassed and humiliated! I'll never visit this company again. read more

Smaller Lululemon location within the mall. Stock seems basic, they weren't carrying any of the fun prints or special items. Sales associates here are willing to help but don't really seem happy to do it. Not at all as talkative and upbeat as other Lulus, I'm used to chatting with employees about workouts, new styles etc. There's a sale section here, it's hidden all the way in the back near the fitting rooms. Wish it was more exciting there, I am a major lululemon collector. read more

Waste of $300. If a guy comes in the store and not sure of sizes don't sell him sizes you think might work. The items sold were not the right size and can't be exchanged. Sell a guy a gift card. By the way the style sold were totally inappropriate for a workout. Worst workout clothes I have ever seen. Never will return to this store read more
