My school misspelled my son's embroidered name on his fabric sports jacket from another vendor. Stitches by Walter was extremely professional when I called, explaining that trying to repair embroidery is usually not a possibility because of the destruction the embroidery does to the fabric. He was polite and descriptive. The following day, I took my chances and went to his shop to show him. After actually inspecting the jacket, he fully explained the procedure and was successfully able to remove the stitching and re-embroider the correct name.
