Additionally, I provided an existing frame and stored it with corner protectors in a box (which I handed to FRAMES TO GO, When I received my artwork back, the corner protectors and the box were missing. The frame was wrapped with cheap plastic and I did not even receive a shopping bag to carry it out of the store. I'm honestly speechless! To top it all off, I called to inquire about the readiness of my artwork, I found out that no one ever picks up the phone and that no one called me back even though I left a voicemail. I'm planning on finding another frame store!
