I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at…read morethe beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

I recently started my small clothing business and needed shirts printed through DTG processing. The…read moretime to complete ran over about two weeks for 30 shirts and when the order was complete, I was devastated. Upon pickup, I reviewed each shirt to find that 17 were correctly printed EXACTLY how my example image was and 13 weren't. The 13 either contained a slanted design or shifted design. I am still confused on how this could happen with a company who has been in business for over 30+ years! After explaining the misprints to Margie, the order fulfillment manager, she advised that the misprints were my fault. She stated that it was due to the nature of my design. It was a linear design that should have been visually aligned on each shirt as it was on my example, and just how it was on 17/30 shirts THEY printed. It makes no sense that if the design was faulty, that 17 shirts could be printed correctly. Her solution in this matter was to blame the customer. Also, if there was a clearly visual misprint on even one shirt, why not make adjustments or contact the customer! I will never work with this company again as this was a very discouraging experience for a young business owner. I am stuck with an inconsistent order and it is a sunk cost for my business. I've attached a photo of what most misprints look like vs what should've been. Not recommended at all!

The final products were badly printed with barely any attention to detail. The DTG printing looked very nice on a few of the shirts in my order but most of the shirts designs look very faded red. I was told that the reason for the red looking faded is because they did not apply enough pretreatment to the shirt before printing. That is the lack of attention to detail that I refer to. Like i said before, some shirts look great but others look horrible. My order is completely inconsistent. Since my small business sells these T-shirt's, this inconsistent quality is a huge problem. If you're looking for T-shirt printing in Miami then your best bet is to look for another printing company. Especially if you care about your printing quality. I highly do not recommend this company.

I needed about 200 shirts and sweatshirts screen-printed for FIU Medicine. I called about 10 places…read morein the Miami/Broward area for quotes, and found that GN Signs had the best deal. I (being technologically-impaired) thought that sending a picture of what I wanted printed would suffice, but the owner's son called to explain that the design had to be done in a certain format so it could be enlarged without getting grainy. Since I was unable to do it myself, he graciously had another employee design it properly and sent me a proof within the day. I made several changes, but they worked with me in a quick manner until it was exactly what I wanted. I had the shirts/sweatshirts shipped from the supplier directly to them and they had the entire order done in about 6 business days (as promised). I was a little nervous that the lower price would mean lower quality, and also nervous because there were no Yelp reviews for them, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out!! And I have washed the shirts without the print fading or peeling. I will definitely be using them again, and wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is having similar doubts about the lack of Yelp reviews. Thanks again GN Signs!!

My husband thought we should try the place in the mall, but I thought that there is no way they could do the bag...all I ever saw there were shirts and hats. So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son.
