Upon pickup, I reviewed each shirt to find that 17 were correctly printed EXACTLY how my example image was and 13 weren't. The 13 either contained a slanted design or shifted design. I am still confused on how this could happen with a company who has been in business for over 30+ years! After explaining the misprints to Margie, the order fulfillment manager, she advised that the misprints were my fault. She stated that it was due to the nature of my design. It was a linear design that should have been visually aligned on each shirt as it was on my example, and just how it was on 17/30 shirts THEY printed. It makes no sense that if the design was faulty, that 17 shirts could be printed correctly. Her solution in this matter was to blame the customer. Also, if there was a clearly visual misprint on even one shirt, why not make adjustments or contact the customer! I will never work with this company again as this was a very discouraging experience for a young business owner. I am stuck with an inconsistent order and it is a sunk cost for my business. I've attached a photo of what most misprints look like vs what should've been. Not recommended at all!

The final products were badly printed with barely any attention to detail. The DTG printing looked very nice on a few of the shirts in my order but most of the shirts designs look very faded red. I was told that the reason for the red looking faded is because they did not apply enough pretreatment to the shirt before printing. That is the lack of attention to detail that I refer to. Like i said before, some shirts look great but others look horrible. My order is completely inconsistent. Since my small business sells these T-shirt's, this inconsistent quality is a huge problem. If you're looking for T-shirt printing in Miami then your best bet is to look for another printing company. Especially if you care about your printing quality. I highly do not recommend this company.

We were looking high and low for a not good, but stellar company to help us with our screen printing and other requests. We basically explored every square inch in south Florida to find that every other company either charged us an astronomically high fee or just didn't have the proper equipment and even the material was poor. Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. You're paying for frustrations and disappointments. This business is unorganized and lack accountability. My family paid in advance for services that were never rendered days ago. Literally down to the day the t-shirts were to be picked up nothing had been done yet. The designer kept given us the runaround, promising to follow up and make this order a priority. The staff is rude and dismissive. The only person that was friendly was the designer and he gave terrible service with a smile. I'm not not sure if this business is understaffed or overworked but please stop taking people money knowing you can't get the job done and having the nerve to be annoyed when being held to the high standards you claim to have. You played a tremendous role in making lasting memories for my family and instead of owning your mistakes for the lack of customer service you chose to double down on the your unprofessionalism. You gave multiple deadlines and never met one. Ultimately the gut feeling was a lost in confidence that they could do a timely and quality job. They ultimately had to get a refund. It's a shame too. How did we go from finishing up 4 hours ago to y'all don't even have the pictures? The girl was really standing there waiting for me to send her 15 pictures! No ma'am I don't know who you have to call but the young man that placed the order has those pictures and you need to find them. Well she found the pictures, but they still had to be photoshopped together with the writing, so I still ended up waiting 2 hours! You'd think I wouldn't go back after that right? Nope! I stupidly gave them another chance. This time for business shirts. Went in, gave them the flyer, what I wanted on it. Picked out shirts and sizes. This was on a Thursday and it was supposed to be ready the following Tuesday. (btw, they always say they'll email you what's going on the shirt before they do it, but they never do). So after not receiving a email I called, once again, "can you resend your pictures" . Fine. My mom picked the shirts up for me and when I checked them, all the shirts were fine except one it looked like the neck line was already worn out. So yeah, after these two encounters, I am definitely done with this business. They have such good reviews on IG I wish I could've experienced that and I know all days won't be perfect but this happened twice.
