A thank you honestly doesn't seem enough to do the justice, but I promise you, if I could say something with more weight, I would. The company and I are so eternally grateful that God has blessed us with having this amazing, talented, diligent, hard working team working alongside with us. We were looking high and low for a not good, but stellar company to help us with our screen printing and other requests. We basically explored every square inch in south Florida to find that every other company either charged us an astronomically high fee or just didn't have the proper equipment and even the material was poor. Of course, we didn't settle. We had hope and tried one more spot and sure enough it was Hialeah Printing Co. The only spot we will be bringing our business from this day forward!! Mike is one of the most down to earth, understanding and professional individuals I've come across and his team is, again, the most talented, diligent, and hard working crew I've seen. They are wonderfully nice and actually listen to what your vision is. They take that vision and make it come to life! My pieces are now possible simply because of them. After being extremely frustrated, I decided to check out Peter Printer and I'm SO glad I did!! First, they have a HUGE selection to choose from with a great range of prices. Second, Jorge is very helpful! We have selected to go with Peter Printing because of their knowledge, style, and truly unique experience. They make you feel like family. Only advice, make an appointment and plan to be there for 90min - there's that much to look at.

Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.

THIS particular time, i came across a guy named Jacob. I was not attended by jacob, I was attended by another guy, as he was in the back printing my papers, Jacob was in the front and i asked him to please tell the guy helping if he can print it out in color. He grabbed the papers, rolled his eyes, curled them into a ball, and SLAMS them into the trash.. I laughed because honestly i was going to tell this guy off. He tells the guy and he does it for me, then jacob goes to the back. I then ask the guy if he can put the papers in a booklet for me with a cover (they do this for me EVERYTIME) he says politely he doesn't know how to do it, i'm assuming he was new and he asks Jacob to help him. This poor guy didn't even finish asking him and Jacob automatically says "I don't know how to do it " uhm..... sir you don't even know what he was about to say? RUDE. so i popped off and said you know what? forget this, i don't need his rude ass helping me because i will pop off so let me pay for my papers and leave. the guy helping me apologized to me, so i wasn't upset at him. Turnaround is reasonable as well, with a maximum of 12 hours from when I email my files during those nights at the office to having the actual printed paper in hand. Unlike the post office, service is always pleasant. Of course, I've also used this UPS store when I need to ship out packages (mostly dog gifts but anyway.) My only complaint is that I wish it was open later (7, 730PM please)!

When I called the store the Manager said how unfortunate, if i had only called 10 minutes earlier he could of done something about it.
