Also on the 14th I was told that upon pickup I would receive a refund for $2 for the t-shirt I provided them. I went back to the store on the 18th and asked why the proof wasn't sent after I had texted them earlier that day to enlarge the text and send a proof & got no response to that text. At the store at first they acted as if I hadn't given specific instructions on text size & for proof approval but agreed to remove the the text and enlarge it. Never got any notification that the order was ready & when I went back to the store for pickup on the 23rd I was told that they couldn't give me the $2 refund I had been promised because the safe was locked as if they have no change for their customers who pay in cash. They said I would have to wait around for the owner to show up for my refund whenever that would be who knows, I explained that I couldn't wait around for who knows how long as I had to get to work. I asked why would they make me drive back there another day & Jose just repeated that there was nothing he could do because my refund was in the safe with a big smirk on his face. So I left & I won't be coming back ever. They can keep the $2 as I have no desire to deal with those who don't keep their word and then taunt their customer with pathetic excuses.

Updated Review WHEN…read morethey replace this artwork with Quality ink.... digital work.... I will remove this review. Until then, ignore their words of replacement. They called me after they saw the 1st review. They even wrote a response to my review, saying they want to fix it, but NEVER bothered to REPLACE the crappy work that lacked.... ink! I saw their words, gave them my address..... told them that I'd update the review... still no replacement, weeks later. See from the photos that they decided to not use much ink, faded from the jump. I know that everything is pricey BUT, this job requires ink, lol. COMPARE in the photos - original with their work. You can see for yourself. The DOH and the CADUCEUS both lack ink. The feathers lack digital pixel quality that I can not put on my truck. I never approved the crappy pixels or lack of ink. See in photos. I asked about the quality of pixels and size of templates. I was told that my artwork was perfect for the job. When I got the artwork, the pink feathers were crappy, he told me that just don't have people stand too close to my vehicle! .... So crappy, I could not even use it on my truck. No matter what they reply..... I will not remove this until they send me the replacements they said they where interested in making.

At many times through the rush of everyday requests and demands, the occasional thanks can be taken for granted. As a result, I am extending this appreciation in written form. All companies are simply a name; but it is what represents the name that makes it recognized. That typically comes through leadership and staff. A1A Signs and Services excel in both. Many times over the years that your company has been contracted to Miami-Dade County, specifically we at General Services Administration, have always placed demanding deadlines in order to help us satisfy our clientele. You have relentlessly on each and all occasions managed to support us by meeting the insoluble limits provided. You and your staff within this past week proved yourselves again by beating all odds in meeting a crucial deadline for the Dade County Inn Transition South Battered Women's Center. This project included the fabrication of 128 signs of various sizes, and many of them involved the fabrication of architectural units as well as pylon units. This project would typically take three to four weeks. However, my request was for a one-week deadline and you managed to not only produce, but also install all sign requested. This task was remarkable and may I add your efforts are deeply appreciated by me and all concerned parties involving this project. It is extremely gratifying to have a valuable working relationship with providers of service, whether with fellow county agencies or with contractors. It is also rewarding to receive clientele satisfaction especially when we meet and beat the obstacles that at many times confront us to getting the job done. Without your understanding and willingness to provide the maximum support we would not be able to be as swift to the call as we have been. For all these reasons, please accept my gratitude and my appreciation and simply to say thank you. Sincerely, Michael Smart Graphic & Signage Supervisor Miami - Dade County General Service Administration
