They will take your money and never ship the product you ordered. Lied about everything.

I wanted to reorder my doTERRA cards and this company indicates as one of their Popular Products: doTERRA Business Cards so I thought 'Great! That makes this easy.' I filled out the order form along with my wellness advocate number and clicked the option to view my card before paying for it. The instructions indicated I would get an email with a preview of the card. After two days and checking my spam, there was no email. I went to the website, filled out their contact form indicating I hadn't gotten the email. After two days, no response. I searched the website to find a phone number and found one in their privacy policy. I called and part of their message was that they would return calls within a day so I left a message. It's been two days and no response. At this point, I'm mad so I'm writing this review. If you'll notice, all the 5 star reviews were back in 2017 so obviously something happened to whoever owns this company but now in 2023, don't go there, don't do anything with this company. I'm not buying anything from them and it makes me wonder if I did, would I even get my order? read more

EXCELLENT service! Placed an order that was delivered in 4 days. UPS says they left it at my door but I never received it(I am guessing holiday package thieves, it was just before Christmas). I contacted Tight Designs and they replaced my order at about NO cost. The even apologized for the inconvenience caused by UPS just dropping the package at my apartment door! The replacement oreder was here in 3 days! I am reordering today! The cards are excellent quality and I am ordering a larger quantity! read more

As an Uber and Lyft driver, I have had Tight Designs provide me with custom artwork for my business cards. They've done great work at an excellent price every time. I'm very happy with both the quality of the work and the service I've received. They've earned a loyal repeat customer and I look forward to continuing to do business with them. read more

After my order went trough a few days later they sending me an email saying the order was ready to pick up. They claim that in the process of check out i select the pick up option ( which i never see it) i explained them i can't go and pick it up so thats when they ask for more money in order to ship it to me. I didn't felt comfortable giving more cash for my order already done so that when i ask them to cancel the order and gave me a refund, not only they not gonna give me a full refund because of the material they used they also require me to fill a cancelation form and fax it back. I explained them i do not have a printer or fax to get this done, that will require me to go to another place like office depot in order to do it and for the amount of the refund it was not worth it. Until now they still have the merchandise and my money. I opted to leave thing like that. I am feeling scammed i will never do business with this place again and i will not recommend this place to anyone. Update #1 05/03/2016 I still have nothing, not even a phone call. read more

These guys are great, They put the customer first in the way they do business. Due to a miscommunication my cards had to be reprinted. Reprints were shipped to me the same week, hassle free. A bit on the pricier side but would highly recommend a quality product. read more
