I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.

I had an event scheduled for months but, as a small business owner handling every aspect of my practice, I failed to order my promotional materials until the week of the event - 2 days before, to be exact. I reached out to several businesses on Yelp, feeling very defeated and preparing to be let down, despite hoping for the best. Kevin replied promptly and my order was placed, with Kevin accommodating my request for several last minute add-on items, even before other vendors replied. He assured me my order would be available next day but also called to inform me it'd be towards the end of the day, just to be sure he could deliver and I didn't need the products earlier. Throughout the rush order process, he communicated deadlines, instructions, and expectations clearly, and was promptly responsive to all my inquiries, which gave me security in knowing the product would likely be of a similar high caliber. The next day, Kevin hand delivered my order to me in Broward, just as promised. In addition to the impressive turnaround time, I was floored to see the high quality of the deliverables. Although this is my business' first event, someone else I know who routinely works these types of events was shocked when I told them the speed and quality with which it was delivered as well as the reasonable price point. I am excited to have these promotional items for my event and suspect they will inspire me to put my business out there more frequently now that I have an impressive setup thanks to The New Caribbean. The handwritten thank you note with well wishes for my business was just the cherry on top, I am so glad I found The New Caribbean and will trust them blindly with any future needs!

This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.

Very unprofessional. Worked with Brad, not the first, but definitely last time. The images below were sent to me by client, which I sent them to Brad, who disregarded them as a vehicle issue after it was stated they were tried on multiple cars including older work vans and they were still stuck weak. My client was not happy to own giant weak fridge magnets, and did not feel confident driving with them. I took them back and Brad "tried them on a few things in his office, and a week later claimed they worked great after I took them in for a quality check. It's great that they stick to a fridge, but these were supposed to be car magnets. Very disappointed, to say the least.
