My first contact was looking for a printing company online I called and spoke with Jeffrey, he told me to send an email and never replied. I called back and spoke with a woman who confirmed they got the information and he will send a quote that day. After a few weeks they never contacted me. This is one of the worse print shop I've worked with, and would recommend staying away. They do not care about their clients, no customer service, will definitely not be using them again. Very unprofessional. Worked with Brad, not the first, but definitely last time. The images below were sent to me by client, which I sent them to Brad, who disregarded them as a vehicle issue after it was stated they were tried on multiple cars including older work vans and they were still stuck weak. My client was not happy to own giant weak fridge magnets, and did not feel confident driving with them. I took them back and Brad "tried them on a few things in his office, and a week later claimed they worked great after I took them in for a quality check. It's great that they stick to a fridge, but these were supposed to be car magnets. Very disappointed, to say the least. read more

Just had my christmas cards printed there. The turnaround time was super quick and staff was friendly. I had an issue with the colors on my file printing a bit darker than anticipated and they worked with me to do a test print and then reprinted all the cards from a revised file, at no additional cost. Will definitely be using them again. read more

I have to say, these guys are a life saver. I have an event in 2 days that came last minute and they pull together. After my editor made a mistake on one of the personalized name.... they pull it together and reprinted in a day. The material was perfect, the quality of the printing amazing and the size to fit the gift boxes was on point! I don't know what would I have done without then. I only 2 days they got the job done perfectly and I was able to pull it together leaving a great impression in the celebrities that received these boxes. Super friendly staff. I was recommend to make my business cards here. I'm so happy I did. Parking is a problem just because it's in the back. And it's only a one way in one way out!! But that doesn't make me not continue making business with them. After parking and walking in I was created right away and I was told to sit for few minutes, they had customers before be. The office is small and a little messy and they only have two chairs. When it was my turn I told the guy I was send by my office keller williams. The guy right away gave me some samples of prior business cards they've done for the company and that don't need to be revised by the company. I ordered my cards really easy to choose from. I had 4 options for the front and 2 options for the back. All I had to do was circle my options or if I wanted to designed my own I could. I placed 1000 cards. They said it would be send to my email so I could pre-approve them. A day later I got an email. I loved it but I decided to call them and ask if they could wait few days because I wanted to add my picture. The guy and the phone was so nice and said yes that would be fine. I'll be back after the holiday to get everything done. I'm so happy with the customer service. And can't wait to continue making making my cards. read more

Beware: This store is definitely one to avoid. I visited the store 2 weeks ago to get some printing work done. Specifically letterpress business cards, stationary, and some promotional items. I never heard back from them. They said they would reach out to me with a quote and also contact heir 3rd party letterpress company since they don't do it on site. I just visited again just to be further disappointed. A super nice guy informed me that they dont do letterpress anything. Very disappointed. read more

I went here yesterday to have a Word document (stored on my jump drive) copied (in color) and stapled. The young lady at the front desk was very efficient and friendly. I must say that the quality of paper, ink and print was beyond my expectations. I was very happy and will definitely go here again. Oh, and I need to mention that the price was also much further below what you'd pay at UPS or a FedEd-Kinko's. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

I can't say enough terrible about this place. These people completely screwed up our wedding invitations. The first time they printed over a third of our envelopes upside down. Ok fine they reprint those because they managed to only screw up my important clients and my fiance's family's invitations. Next, my mom gets hers and the ink they used was so cheap the address had half rubbed off. Now we're 5 weeks from when we sent out invitations and a couple people who haven't received theirs. I'm guessing because their addresses rubbed off even more. The real kicker and what finally tipped me over to writing this review, today I follow up with a very important CEO client of mine and this place, when they reprinted his envelope they also had to reprint the envelope for the CEO of a competitor and they some how screwed up so badly that this CEO got the other CEO's name to his address. I double checked my files and BOTH times I had the addresses perfect. Should I have double checked? Possibly, but with 160 people invited I was behind the proverbial 8 ball because of this place's first screw up and really how hard is dealing with an excel spreadsheet?? Especially since that's the format Minuteman requested it in. The invitation process has been a complete nightmare because of Minuteman. Yes, we got everything free because of their screw ups, but OTHER BRIDES BE WARNED!!! Honestly, I wish I could take stars away from this place. "ANGRY" doesn't begin to cover it. read more

Very unprofessional. I ordered 2500 double-sided flyers on a Tuesday for a 2 day turnaround. They charged my debit card for half the order, THEN told me it would be a week before completion because of the Holidays. When I went to pick up the flyers a week later, they were only printed on one side. When I explained they were incorrect to Jessica, she looked at me with this "Deer in the headlights" stare. So finally I asked if they could reprint them correctly double-sided. She said it would be done the following day. The next day I get an email stating the order is complete and a charge for the second half of the order has been done. This made me angry because I found it totally unprofessional to charge me for an item when I had not even gone back to inspect the flyers to make sure they were done correctly. When I went back to pick up flyers I stated to Jessica that to charge me prior to inspection was totally unprofessional. Her response was the "Deer in the headlights" stare, not even a word. I had used them in the past and had good experience, but with my last order, they cut my business cards with the top of my head cut off of the portrait, there where many mistakes and corrections needed before printing, they would not redo my cards. I had also ordered a sign and they misspelled the word "rent" on the sign. The worst part was their terrible attitude. I will never use this company again. read more
