I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

I'm definitely coming back for some of his ideas worth every penny I spent.

Very unprofessional. Worked with Brad, not the first, but definitely last time. The images below were sent to me by client, which I sent them to Brad, who disregarded them as a vehicle issue after it was stated they were tried on multiple cars including older work vans and they were still stuck weak. My client was not happy to own giant weak fridge magnets, and did not feel confident driving with them. I took them back and Brad "tried them on a few things in his office, and a week later claimed they worked great after I took them in for a quality check. It's great that they stick to a fridge, but these were supposed to be car magnets. Very disappointed, to say the least.

I was in tremendo traffic jam heading to pick up my order when Sergio answered the phone and even brought my order to the front so that I could avoid more delays during my rush hour commute. My cards are nice, shiny and printed on high quality cardstock. I had a small order but I know they can be trusted to deliver all kinds of voluminous orders at the drop of a dime. Originally, my order was set to be ready on Jan 30th but they were available by Jan 23 which is a great turnaround time for those last minute orders needed without time to waste. They pulled up my order quickly and Sergio facilitated my pick up experience seamlessly. I know I can count on this spot for all my future business cards needs. Thanks Sergio!!!

If you are a small business, think twice before dealing with ClubFlyers / ClubFlyers.com. We have…read morebeen struggling for weeks to get our refund. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.

He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.
