Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me -- even when I'm simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it's "not the correct box," even though the package hasn't even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. She may have made a mistake when entering the address, but I would expect a UPS employee to review the shipping information and notice obvious errors before processing a package. Instead, the employee entered a street number as the city name, and both the city and ZIP code were incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the employee had a defensive and dismissive attitude. Rather than showing any concern or attempting to help resolve the situation, she repeatedly responded that the information was what the customer had provided. While customers can make mistakes, I would expect a UPS employee to recognize that a street number is not a city name and make an effort to verify questionable information. What made the experience even worse was that she simply passed the phone back to my mother without showing any accountability, offering an apology, or demonstrating any concern about the situation. These were my birthday gifts, and my mother paid extra for 3-day delivery. The lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware of what happened. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend shipping anything from this UPS location. Customers deserve better service, especially when they are paying extra for shipping.

Anyone who needs to print needs to have the correct dpi with the correct pixels/size for printing. I went back probably 2 times. And also proof the print color. The 1st machine didn't exactly match but the larger machine did. Make sure to center your print. Luckily I found someone to do the conversion to jpeg with the correct dpi. I would have given them a 5 but they were short staffed and had a long line. All in all, the outcome was great!
