me and my family have been going to this UPS store for over 15 years, and always had good friendly ser vice. the ladies that work there are helpful and professional too everyone, I'm there every day since I have 3 boxes. what this STUPIT people don't understand is there is a line of customers out the door at all times because no space for more employees. If you are in a rush don't bother! Service is super slow and if you arrive 15 min before they close they will tell you with an attitude that the store will close and anyone in line will be asked to leave at 7pm. Ok so this has to be the worse access point for UPS i have ever used. It's either a coincidence (which i don't believe in) or they have some sort of connection to the UPS driver and tell them to drop off customers package at closing. The only reason i use access point is because UPS shows up at my house super late in the evening, and i like to work during the day time so i need my parts early in the day. Every time i use this access point its the same deal package does not show any update in the tracking besides an arrival scan at Miami, not even when i call UPS do they know where it is and then at 7pm boom it show's up at the store right when they closed. How convinent for me. I have used two other Access points one being another UPS store and the other bieng UPS CC. Everytime i need a package on time or earlier it never happens at this location for some reason. Won't be using this store again. Besides the fact that the other time they wanted to charge me for something that is free of charge. I hope the owner or manager reads this and fix whatever mafia is happening between the UPS driver and that location. The first time was even more shady as the package said delivered to access point and ready for pickup, and i get there and the package is not there. An employee there said let me call the UPS driver and see whats going on. Then he said the driver was on lunch, hmm then same thing at close package magically shows up. SHADY! If you want a professional Access point don't use this store. I'll keep sending it to the Main UPS CC which is 5 min further but at least my package is there waiting for me bright and EARLY. read more
