He ran the prices for me on all the different carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) and ultimately advised to go with DHL since it was the cheapest. I then gave him a bigger package to get to London and he insisted I contact FedEx directly and try to ship it back as a "rejected package," otherwise, he noted, "it'll cost $160 to ship regularly from here." I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Next time I'm looking to ship, Postal Plus will be my go to stop. They also offer PO Boxes, faxing, and boxes (for moving!).

She may have made a mistake when entering the address, but I would expect a UPS employee to review the shipping information and notice obvious errors before processing a package. Instead, the employee entered a street number as the city name, and both the city and ZIP code were incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the employee had a defensive and dismissive attitude. Rather than showing any concern or attempting to help resolve the situation, she repeatedly responded that the information was what the customer had provided. While customers can make mistakes, I would expect a UPS employee to recognize that a street number is not a city name and make an effort to verify questionable information. What made the experience even worse was that she simply passed the phone back to my mother without showing any accountability, offering an apology, or demonstrating any concern about the situation. These were my birthday gifts, and my mother paid extra for 3-day delivery. The lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware of what happened. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend shipping anything from this UPS location.
