Fast forward to 2026 and packages go missing without explanation other than to blame the delivery service which provides a photo as evidence of their delivery to the store. Upon calling, the manager could not even let me finish a sentence about why I was calling and kept cutting me off with "send your student back" even though my student had already filled out the missing package form. It just seems really unfortunate that a University this large, successful, and costly would allow this low level of customer service to occur. I fear sending further packages now, as I have stopped sending cards/letters due to the previous issues. The process at this UPS location couldn't have been easier. They have a machine directly across from their main service counter that's specifically used for Amazon returns. You don't need to have your items boxed or labeled for shipping - you simply use this machine to scan the return code you were given by Amazon, toss the item into one of the clear plastic bags that are located under the screen, close it up and attach the label this machine prints out. Simple, fast, painless and if I hadn't gotten stuck behind someone who didn't know how to operate her smartphone and had multiple items to return, I'd have quite literally been in and out of this UPS store within a minute or two.

She may have made a mistake when entering the address, but I would expect a UPS employee to review the shipping information and notice obvious errors before processing a package. Instead, the employee entered a street number as the city name, and both the city and ZIP code were incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the employee had a defensive and dismissive attitude. Rather than showing any concern or attempting to help resolve the situation, she repeatedly responded that the information was what the customer had provided. While customers can make mistakes, I would expect a UPS employee to recognize that a street number is not a city name and make an effort to verify questionable information. What made the experience even worse was that she simply passed the phone back to my mother without showing any accountability, offering an apology, or demonstrating any concern about the situation. These were my birthday gifts, and my mother paid extra for 3-day delivery. The lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware of what happened. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend shipping anything from this UPS location. Customers deserve better service, especially when they are paying extra for shipping.
