Fast forward to 2026 and packages go missing without explanation other than to blame the delivery service which provides a photo as evidence of their delivery to the store. Upon calling, the manager could not even let me finish a sentence about why I was calling and kept cutting me off with "send your student back" even though my student had already filled out the missing package form. It just seems really unfortunate that a University this large, successful, and costly would allow this low level of customer service to occur. I fear sending further packages now, as I have stopped sending cards/letters due to the previous issues. Their latest response to the photo I sent proving delivery was "that's not our store. contact UM." Nothing else. Not even capital letters. Terrible customer service.
